Clean environment. Friendly staff. Loved how my hair turned out. May need to pay more attention to times of appointments so things aren’t overlapping. The check in process was a little confusing

I love Pagave Salon! All of the stylists and front desk receptionists are friendly, welcoming, & professional. The salon is immaculate and excellent about maintaining all of the required COVID safety practices and protocols. Karen is the absolute best stylist! She takes her time, listens to her clients, and offers wonderful advice regarding style and products. She’s caring and funny and just a pleasure to have as a stylist. She loves what she does, and it certainly shows!

I went here for couples pedicures last week. Lan and Omi were amazing! It was our first time ever getting pedicures and they were so kind. When making the appointment, the receptionist was so kind and understanding when I mentioned it was a surprise for my boyfriend. The staff and environment were calming and amazing. We will be back here!!

Paul Van Lieu has created a warm, safe salon. The staff is lovely and the stylists are excellent. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Pagavé for so long, and I have never been disappointed!! Pagavé is the perfect place to have EVERYTHING done. I’ve had manicures/pedicures, my eyebrows done, makeup done for events, and my hair all done at Pagavé. My hairstylist Laurabeth is amazing, she always does such a great job with all of my hair ideas. All of the staff is greats, and feels like home!!

I walked into the cozy salon. Waiting wasnt long and was good experience with TV and jewelry to window-shop. The stylist was great. She listened and understood what I wanted and worked with my hair. She didnt mind doing a second glazing & washing of hair to get the perfect tone. I have haircut, hair color and highlights. Overall, I look forward to go again in future. Highly recommend for quality service.Tip: Carry cash for tip. Although they used my credit card for that, they preferred cash. Minor annoyance compared to the great service.

Ive been a satisfied customer here for years. Laura Beth is an absolute artist with scissors. The staff is very friendly and the waiting area is comfortable and inviting. I couldnt see myself going anywhere else.

Got my hair done here for prom and had extensions put in. When i called askin if they were able to put them into my hair and style my hair they said yes. I arrived and had them put in and then had my hair stylist redo the style (a simple braid) over and over again and i was not happy with it at all, it was very sloppy. The stylist says how it’s hard to do a braid with the extensions in and what i am upset about is why they said they were able to do my hair and then say it is hard with the extensions in. I would have rather found a stylist with more experience in that area. Also not very good service after me telling them i was not happy.

I have amazingly thick, arched natural eyebrows. I like when an esthetician knows how to arch, shape, and clean a natural looking/sometimes dramatic line. (no thin or straight eyebrows over here)Erin is *amazing*. She honestly does incredible work, while she will ask you what you like, and how comfortable you are with wax she can see what your eyebrows *could* look like or *should* look like if you stopped tweazing/stopped going to people who dont know how to shape brows/let them grow out.I began going to Erin 10 years ago when she was in Newark, DE. I have traveled from Rhode Island, Maryland, and Washington DC to Wilmington, DE to visit Erin at least once a month. Her work is truly one of a kind. I recommend booking 1 month in advance to guarantee brows for the day you want.The salon atmosphere is calming and relaxing, although it is not the biggest space (two pedicure chairs, 3 or 4 rooms for massages/facials/waxing and a bathroom) it is secluded and you can not hear one thing from the outside busy salon chatter or noise!The front desk staff is accommodating and helpful at all times. There are always cookies/pastries, hot tea, water, and coffee available. For Christmas they gave mugs to all their clients

I wasnt sure what to expect at this salon since Im not from the area, but I honestly was really disappointed by their service. I had to go to another salon to have my hair color corrected since the highlights were done so sloppy, the whole back of my head was dark brown and the front was blonde. I asked for a more natural look and it looked chunky and cheap. In addition to that, I showed up a few minutes late cause it was really gross and rainy out and they were annoyed by me being late and I felt so rushed and unwelcomed. It was awful. Never going back.
