Seriously the best nail salon in Wilimington! I look forward to going every time I get a manicure and pedicure. The staff is professional and kind and above all else always do an AMAZING job! Highly recommend. The owners and staff truly care about you. They are always very attentive and gentle with my nails. The salon is very clean and nice. They ask their clients to wash their hands before each service which is comforting in times like these. I cant say enough great things about Posh Nails.

First wanted too wait awhile before posting this review. Initially, started out with a male tech he was fine but as time went on he started too rush on my nails. So, I took a break from this shop while trying others in area. I’m new too this area, so wanted to get the right fit for me. I’m getting full set, pedicure, eye brow waxing every two weeks. After trying a few more shops, and giving them a try decided too give this place another try. This time tried a female tech, same thing. Rushed, and after telling them I wanted a pedicure and new dip set they reluctantly did the services. But only after trying to convince me too use another tech for the pedicure. My services were fine that visit. Next visit was same, this time tech actually complained to me that normally she only does nails not pedicures. Bottom line, they greet you as soon as you walk in. That’s good, but they rush you to decide what color, and they assign you a tech without asking you if you have a preference or preferred tech. For the price you pay for these services you shouldn’t feel rushed, and be talk out of a dip nail service you requested over gel. Customers should get whatever they request at their services. And not talked into another service because you prefer to do gel over dip. If customers request dip, provide that. It’s just that simple. As for the pedicures, not even 100 percent sure they are certified by state. Really, pay attention to their attention to detail. Just saying, you judge it for yourself. I’ve had received many pedicures over the years and some ppl, techs go through the motions but haven’t been state certificated. Moved on, I won’t be back. I hope they take this feedback to improve in area’s they lack.

I love Posh! Donnie did such a wonderful job that I never want to see anyone except him from now on out!! Very professional, very polite, gentle on your feet and doesn’t rush. He makes you feel like you are the only person who matters at that point in time!! I would 100% recommended Posh and Donnie!!

I love getting my nails done here but I do find the prompting for cash only tips after every visit in poor taste.Excellent job with gel and liquid gel, and even dipped powder nails though. If you call to make reservations, just know they dont really operate like that. They will almost always tell you to come in at that time, but they certainly do not reserve chairs. I cant tell you how many times people have walked in and mentioned that they called and made a reservation, only to stand or sit and wait for sometime before a pedicure chair comes available. Overall, I still give it a 4 out of 5.

Nail tech I had rolled her eyes at me and spoke to me in a condescending tone the entire time she worked on my nails. The acrylic was so thick I had to take myself somewhere else within a week to have the bulky-ness fixed. When I refused to tip her after paying she went to my friend and said me! Me! Wheres my tip my friend told her you didnt work on me Im not Tipping you.However the man that did my pedicure did good and I tipped him $20.But that experience with the girl did it for me and my friend. We wont be back and pray to never see her in another establishment again.

A very busy salon, managed very well. I got a Signature Pedicure and Acrylic nails with tips, gel polish and wax. They provided a free Mimosa! Each person did a wonderful job with it all. I am very pleased and definitely recommend!!

I have come here since I started getting my nails done on a regular basis and I LOVE it! The people are always so nice and make it such a great experience. Such a friendly and welcoming vibe!!

This nail salon is so disorganized and the staff is all over the place. We came in to get our acrylics off, sat in the chair with our fingers sitting in acetone for almost 2 hours. 3 girls had already come and gone with full sets by the time we were taken care of. I have never been to a nail salon where you have more than one nail tech doing your nails either. One person will start my nails and then another will finish them. So weird.Personally felt completely ignored until I had to say something in order to finally get our nails finished. Was a very frustrating experience..and a waste of money. Disappointing for sure.

The nails techs are awesome. My granddaughter wanted a design on hers and they mailed it.

I went in for the first time and after a week had a few cracks in my nails and called to see what they could do and they got me in right away, no wait and fixed me right up. Amazing customer service goes a long way! I will definitely be back and they will be my go to nail place from now on.

Not clear up front on pricing but did an excellent job on both finger nails and toe nails. Were even able to save a nail that I thought couldnt be saved.

Went for dipping powder and just beware: TELL THEM YOU DONT WANT THEM TO FILE YOUR NAILS DOWN TO NOTHING! I went in and had long real nails that I wanted dipped and I was talking with my sister and turned back and saw that he (table 12) filed them down to be super short, like super short! Didnt even ask me what length I wanted. Im devastated. He was not talking, rough and made my experience very disappointing.

I just had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure. The sugar scrub, the lotion massage, very thorough exfoliation and very clean. Every tool came out of a package and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. Each massage chair was thoroughly cleaned after every use. The leg and foot massage was wonderful and much more than what I anticipated. Then a hot towel after! The works! Most salons just give you a quick rubdown and still charge $40. This place is different. Sweet people, very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time trying out Posh Nails. There is a front & back door entrance. I waited about five minutes then was seated. He did a great job with the attention to detail of my nails. He cut them as short as I like them. I also got my eyebrows waxed. She did a great job. The shop was clean, friendly staff, very affordable even with tip & good customer service, I would come back here again.

Have been going here for couple years and have never had one bad experience!! They are top notch and so the best job of anywhere I have ever been! They are so fast also!! I love Mimi and the whole staff, I wish I could remember all their names!!

Pros: This is a nice clean environment, I was very impressed with the appearance of the salon. The staff seemed to be nice upon entry.Cons: Ive experience extreme pain when getting my pedicure done. This had to be the worse in my life because it was almost hard to finish it. The lady in the salon gave me tons of different colors to pick out for a French pedicure. I thought maybe they had a French pedicure gel kit like other salons Ive been too. It was just an overall awkward situation and I didnt want them touching my nails. I couldnt wait to leave. The reason I tried is because I moved to this area a week ago.

I am a man and I am comfortable getting a pedicure. They are very friendly and have amazing massage chairs. The complimentary beverages are a nice touch. Next time I am definitely doing the jelly thing...it sounds nice.Guy tip...I recommend bringing some flip flops or sliders because it kind of stunk getting my legs and toes all nice and smooth (while still hairy) then needing to slide my dang socks and boots back on.It was so nice taking my pregnant wife there with her swollen feet. She was so comfortable that she started to snooze. Big points fellas.

Living in Wilmington my entire life I have been to nearly every single nail salon in the area and have never been able to find one that consistently provides top notch friendly service until I visited Posh Nails with my sisters bridal party and I will never go anywhere else. First time at Posh, Feb 29 2020. Bella did my SNS, very impressed that she poured my powder into individual cups for safety, but at same time the other Tech Did Not do the same for her client, which defeats the purpose. All Techs should follow that procedure. I was happy with my nails and will ask for her again. I would like to see the shop be cleaner, the molding aND floor around perimeter is very dirty and could use a good scrubbing. The shop is very busy but no excuse not to maintain a clean environment for their business.

Ive been going here awhile for pedicures and they always do a great job. So when it came to me getting my nails done of course this is the place I come to. My first experience was great. The girl that did my nails did an awesome job. My last two times have been horrible though unfortunately. I just got my nails redone on Friday and its Sunday and already the polish is chipping. Not to mention the bumpiness that I can see on all the nails. I dont think Ill be going back because this feels like a waste of money.

Made an appointment to treat my mom for Valentine’s Day and asked to be seated next to each other, we were separated first thing and had to wait half and hour. Everything outside of “short square and one color” was outrageously additional to the base price. Ended up getting gel red tips, they were bumpy, uneven lengths as well as thickness. One nail one completely crooked. The price was outrageous for the quality. Honestly these were barely worth $25 and we paid $90 for two poorly done gel French sets. We were rushed out and we left unsatisfied. When it came time for a fill in we didn’t make and appointment this time because what was the point, weren’t able to sit together and the wait time was the same, but we figured that. We original only went back JUST to say “hey last time we were here these were bad and we want you to fix them” but as we sat there we decided we didn’t even want to give Posh another penny, even if it was the principle of the situation. We ended up leaving and finding the nail place of our dreams 💕 NT nails on market! I highly recommend them over Posh any day.
