I really enjoy having my hair cut by Veronica. She is friendly and cheerful. She does a lovely job with an express hair cut, exactly what I was after! The last before me looked great and seemed very happy with her hair cut too.

Specifically scheduled an hour massage that was given to me for my 50 th Birthday gift from my cousins, Paul & Michelle Mormile because they heard they were the Best In Wilmington, Ohio. WOW. I just think I may have to treat my husband, Dave to this luxurious experience. Jessica scheduled my appointment quite accurately and well, as far as Alexa and her skill of the art of massage. #IWILLBEBACK.

Everytime I visit the results meet my expectations! Also, they carry Aveda line which is one of the best products out there. My hair is a walking billboard for both and always looks amazing.

Ive gotten my hair cut and a pedicure here so far. The salon is gorgeous and the employees are awesome! They do a great job!

Cool salon, lovely staff. Liked my color a lot but left with quite a bit of dye on my neck and around my ears. I know this happens but I literally wore a scarf the rest of the day. Its hard to love a new cut/color when youre worried about that.

My mom recently went here to get her hair highlighted. The stylist (Kirsten Dunaway) had failed to do half of the highlight, one side of her head looked like it wasnt even been colored.When my mom called the next day to try and get this corrected. The lady that picked up the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Hours later the stylist called her on speaker phone both of them where extremely rude and unprofessional to the point my mom was in tears by the way they spoke to her.

Very Nice atmosphere and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Makes for a nice experience even for those who suffer from anxiety. Plus, Im all for natural products.

Every visit is a treat. Lala is so knowledgeable about color and hair health that Im always confident in her recommendations. Plus the salon is so beautiful and cozy!!

Messed up a simple trim, if I wanted my hair to be cut so poorly I would’ve gotten it cut at home or great clips, $30 waste.

Tuesday was my first visit @ The Cutting Room and most definitely wont be my last! I had an appt with Nicole for Dermaplaing for the 1st time ever, and it was amazing! She explained the process and even advised me on a skin care routine that would fit me best! I also got my hair done by Kali- total sweetheart! She did a wonderful job on my hair and was in no rush go get me out of the chair (like some places) the color is perfect and honestly looks better than what I had envisioned! Im already looking forward to my next appt! ❤

My girlfriend got her hair done here and they were super fast and friendly. Prices were pretty good too! Her hair looks healthy and happy and feels the same way. Plenty of friendly and experienced people in there to help with all of your hair needs.

It was an ok experience.. I made appointments a week in advance because I needed to relax a perm. They called me once to change the time (which was fine), then called me the day before saying they might not have enough time for me, but they would call me back and let me know for sure (they didnt call so I figured everything would be fine). When I got there, she told me she wouldnt have time to do what I wanted, but she had a quicker way around it. It did the job (mostly) but left my hair wavy and frizzy. I have naturally very straight hair and was hoping to go back to somewhat normal.My sister and mom came with me. We all had different women. They charged my mom the most, and did the least on her hair. Basically just a trim. And the woman did not listen to me when explaining what to do with my little sisters hair (who cant speak for herself). Over all not the best experience, but could have been worse.

The Cutting Room is a fabulous place. Ive been going to Amanda since before she opened this lovely place. All the stylists are very professional and skilled. The atmosphere and décor are incredibly cool. The foot soak and scalp massage are just the some of special pampering you will find here.

I was in the market for a new salon closer to home when I found The Cutting Room. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and smells amazing. The staff are very helpful and kind. I went in on very little sleep and more than a little cranky, but I had the priviledge of having Taylor as my stylist. I was so relaxed while she put the foils in that I was fighting sleep, but as soon as she trimmed and styled it I was wide awake. She did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and I am in love with it! I could not be more happy with my choice to go to The Cutting Room!

Went in for a highlight. Was instantly asked if Id like a drink. Was given a water with frozen fruit. (Where am I?!)Brittany was amazing on her A-Game! She instantly knew what I needed to lift my hair and is a pro in foil. She flew through my mess of a mane and had me relaxing in 20 minutes. During my processing time, Brittany sat me with a warm footbath and a glass of wine. I was asked if Id like a cut or style afterward, all-inclusive.It was the exact price Id been paying elsewhere for just a color/highlight and style.The best part, the way my hair looked afterward and how I felt when I left. Id never been treated with pampering from a salon and felt like a million dollars.Ive told everyone on facebook and all of my friends in person. They too, plan on visiting.No doubt Ill be coming back. Already scheduled.Thank you so much, Brittany and The Cutting Room!

I have Janet Cole style my hair and she does a wonderful job. I like the atmosphere except at Christmas, dont expect to hear Christmas music.

My friend went to the hair salon and her hair looks TERRIBLE! The lowlights are only at the tip of the hair underneath. Only two stripes in the front in the “bangs”. The distribution of lowlights is terrible...and there isn’t even highlights. It looks so bad with the little lowlights she has and with no highlights. She paid way to much for the outcome ($100) and her hair is super short, not much highlights/lowlights, they weren’t positioned very professional, the shampooing does not make up for the extra money that she had to spend, etc...

As always my experience at the Cutting Room was great! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the service is always professional.
