Really enjoyed my apt today! I went in for a pedicure and was in and out in 45 minutes and they did an awesome job. Attention to detail and the experience was great. Online scheduling was a breeze. I cant wait to come back for my nails!

My nails look so bad. I just visited this location 2 days ago for the first time. Let me just start off with 3 of them are crooked. They look like they need to be filled in already and I just got them done. I did not get what I asked for I asked for my nails to be Ombre and I got white nail polish with some glitter dragged down to look like Ombre. The paint job looks so bad to the point where on the sides of my nails it looks like its chipped/missing paint. There is acrylic and paint on the side of my thumb that is now like peeling off. I also asked for my nails to be square and half of the nails are oval looking. I am NOT impressed. I have an event to attend Saturday so my nails have to be redone before then. I hope the Hampstead location does a much better job than this.

This is my new nails salon. Love this place and my best friend requested it and wasn’t wrong that they do it well.

Buyer beware. We spent close to $200 the other day and all of our nails are chipped. Had a mani and pedi done on Tuesday (5-4) by Wednesday (5-5) mine had already started chipping away and by Thursday (5-6) my sisters started chipping away as well. I personally live 40minutes from town so coming in just for a new coat is ridiculous, especially when I had gel applied. I do not do any hard work throughout the day with my hands so there is no reason this should of happened. I have never had this issue at any other salon in town even when I worked in the food industry. I could of overlooked some of the health concerns I had while there but the product speaks for itself.

I love love love QT Nails :) they always do such beautiful work...just be prepared to wait if it’s busy...and it gets busy. It’s probably because everyone loves them as much as I do 😂 this was the dip manicure I got yesterday and I’m obsessed with it 💜

It was good. Should have diceders between clients when sitting next to each other. I got to sit for 10 minutes next to another client. Whe she left. I was asked to sit on her seat/ chair. It didnt get cleaned or sprayed disinfected after she got up. So I changed the chair to the one I was using. Dont know if that one had been disinfected though. I was not asked to wash my hands after I got the filling and filed up. Before nail polish was put on. Usually I get to was my hands after then. Mask required and washing hands as soon as I entered the salon thoughWhich was very good.Nice work from Amy. Good price.

I have been coming to QT Nails for a while now and I will only go here to get my manicures and pedicures done. All of the staff members are wonderful, however I have been going to see Melissa for a while now. She takes her time and is very detail oriented. She always goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The salon itself is very clean and makes sure to request every client to wash their hands, wear a mask, and social distance. I have used this place in the past and will never return here the quality has went down. I recommended people to this business if you see this review please dont come here. GDN bar is where I have my nails done and couture lashes is where I get my eyebrows and lash extensions done. This business need some serious help and quality control is going down hill fast. I wanted to keep my natural nails long, and I didnt want to do tips/extensions. My nails were getting too long for regular gel polish to keep them from bending/breaking, so we did an LCN overlay. They look, feel, and have held up absolutely incredibly.

I was excited that a new nail salon opened up in the Mayfaire area. I waited a few weeks after it opened until there were some reviews and I finally decided to check it out after seeing nothing but positive reviews. This salon is VERY customer service orientated and it was hands down the best nail salon experience I have ever had. I was instantly greeted and offered a beverage. They have soda, water, wine etc. when I sat down to get my nails done, my nail tech, “Q” made sure to ask me my preferences every step of the way and checked in after every step to see if I was okay with what he was doing and if I liked it. He took careful time to shape my nails giving me the best shape I’ve ever had! I had planned on only getting a manicure but after watching another customer get what looked like a heavenly pedicure I decided I had to get one too. Their Deluxe pedicure was very reasonable pricing and included either a hot stone, parafin wax or mud mask treatment. I got the hot stone massage and it was heaven! This salon is very impressive and has won me over as a customer. I highly recommend you check it out and experience this top quality service and treatment.

Pretty disappointed after my recent experiences at this salon. I’ve been coming here for my mani/pedi’s for a couple months and in the beginning I was raving about them. It’s kind of hard to find a salon in this area that use disposable tools and are as clean as QT nails is. I appreciated the cleanliness, it made me feel more comfortable and I also like the area the salon is in. In terms of the service I haven’t been happy. Most recently, I’ve been trying to get ONE nail fixed that had broken after I had just gotten my nails done. (The seal of the acrylic was not correctly placed on my nails and the acrylic fell off with my tip). It hasn’t even been that long since I’ve had them done.I called beforehand to see if I needed to make an appointment and the man on the phone told me “no it’s OK, come in” so when I got there, to my surprise they were packed. I waited 30 minutes and still did not get helped. Then I politely told them I would make an appointment and come back and they told me they were booked two days out already. I show up again today and the salon is packed, was told someone would accommodate me, waited 20 minutes and decided to leave for good. All I needed was one nail fixed and I never had an issue with that. Now, I have to find another salon to fix my nail. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I just moved to Wilmington and was looking for a nail salon I found QT Nails on google, the pictures looked nice so I thought I would try it out. I ended up spending almost $200. While there, the employees made fun of how long my nails were and made me extremely uncomfortable. After a week I started noticing this green hue under my nail. I ignored it but I noticed it developed on another nail as well. The green hue turned out to be fungus. Ive been getting my nails done for about 10 years I’ve never had a fungal infection after putting on acrylics. Very disappointed.

I was looking for a new nail technician and saw the reviews and Instagram photos of the work they do & booked an appointment with Luna. Greatest decision Ive made. Ive never had a nail tech who cared so much about shaping the nail perfectly and keeping your nail extensions in amazing condition. Shes so quick too and my nails are never sloppy. The wait time is average if you dont have an appointment. Highly reccomend, its worth the hour drive every single time!!

I went to see Tanner, he did AMAZING! The best coffin shaped nails I’ve ever gotten done. My nails look perfect, he took his time but did a great job and I didn’t have to wait 2 hours for perfect nails. Highly recommend, will be coming back for a fill

I’ve been going to QT nails for at least 8-9 years now and have followed them to their new location because they are just the best. QT nails is a very clean, professional and friendly atmosphere and really enjoy getting my nails done there. For basic manicure they do an amazing job especially with how long my nails lasts afterwards (up to 4 weeks) however I wish they could do designs better that is my only complaint. Compared to other nail salons in the area. Also my Pedicure french lines wasnt even and didnt look anything like the picture I shown but the nail tech was amazing and really enjoy the friendly atmosphere. I also had my eyebrows done but didnt last as long. For the amount of money I feel that the prices dont really match up. I started to go back to my original salon across town but will go back here if I need basic service done. If you want something basic and nothing fancy this is a great place to go.

Melissa is the ONE you should ask for when you come to QT Nails! She was friendly and wonderful at her job! My friend and I were amazed at the work she had done because it was picture perfect. You can definitely tell she is a skilled worker. She did wonders on my hands and my friend’s hands as well. I look forward to coming back here again for Melissa !!

I asked for simple nail art and had to change my design multiple times. Cool. Then I settled on an even more basic design and it was MASSACRED. The lines are messy, my nail shape was completely wrong, dip color was not what I asked for. Overall trash.

Selena at QT Nails in Wilmington, NC. is extremely good at providing a professional manicure and pedicure. I always request her since she provides the best nail buff anywhere. My nails stay shiny sometimes for over 2 weeks. Her pedicures are also very relaxing and never rushed. On top of all this she is very friendly and caring. She is very highly recommended!

The environment was very beautiful but the fact that they cut me four times, my nails were chunky, the lines were not straight, and the white part was so watered down after two coats were still see through made me decide to not come back.

I was pleasantly impressed by the excellent service and super friendly staff. I was seated right away and Thao took care of me. I told her i couldn’t decide on a color and she offered to help me pick one out. I also told her I like acrylic nails, but I’m not able to get them as long as I want due to my job. She offered me the perfect solution! Short cut acrylics with SNS. She made them look natural and just what I wanted. I am so pleased with her service and how my nails turned out. QT nails & Thao will now be my favorite go to place for any nail experience. I got my eyebrows waxed by her as well and she cleaned them up very nicely! 10/10 recommended QT nails and Thao!!

That’s was the best pedicure and full set of dip powder nails I’ve gotten in a while! Mei did my nails and did an awesome job. She took her time and made sure they were even and perfect! Its so hard to find a good nail salon in a sea on nail salons. I really enjoy coming to QT because of how bright and clean they are. Making sure to wash your hands before you start anything and the people there are so nice. I love the big TV on the wall so you can enjoy it while youre getting your mani. They have a ton of color options to choose from and its always been a great experience. Tao was able to do a reverse French manicure for me and I LOVED IT. I also love that its right by the Starbucks! haha

I feel as if it was a competition to see who could do a fill in the fastest and was extremely rushed. While she was filing my nails it was burning, I continued to pull my nails back for a break. My nail shape is extremely uneven, the polish is uneven, and quality of my fill in was terrible.

Even though two technicians to help at the same time to save time was not allowed during Covid, I had my acrylic and Pedi done here last week quickly, easy and pretty.Personally, I hate listen to manicurists talking the language I dont know ( Vietnamese ? ) while they are doing the job. I notice that they are not doing so this salon.It was a relax and calm experience.Highly recommend.

Every time I have gone to QT I’ve been so happy with the work done! I’ve gone for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxes and I’ve never left the salon feeling unhappy. Everyone who works there is so friendly and does such a great job! Today I had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute and they were so kind about it and eager to help me reschedule. Also I’m really picky about getting my eyebrows done but Thao does such and amazing job!!

Everytime I visit QT nails I ask for Melissa. She’s so friendly and is very skilled at her work. I can always count on excellent customer service and conversation when Melissa is doing my manicure. She’s very neat, precise, and takes her time to make sure my nails look exactly how I like them!

I scheduled an appointment for my bridal party and family in advance of my wedding. They were able to accommodate people seven total and did a phenomenal job (efficient while maintaining excellent quality). They were very helpful and patient in assisting with picking the perfect polish colors. I highly recommend their services and will continue to return to them for all my nail needs in Wilmington!

This salon is clean, staff has always been friendly, and I have been pleased overall with my nails afterwards, which can be hard to find. But I have been to this salon a few times and did not want to leave a review until I was sure this was a trend. Each time I come I have an appointment scheduled beforehand and I wait at least 45 minutes before the service begins, sometimes longer! When I schedule an appointment I expect to be helped at that time or close to it. I think this salon takes every walk in and call that comes in. With covid I do understand that business is business and they need customers. But that leads to a very long wait time for customers. I have been here sometimes 3 hours, after scheduling an appointment beforehand, to get a basic pedicure and manicure and out of that time, an employee was with helping me for a little over an hour. It’s disappointing waiting so long for a service. Again, usually happy with the outcome of my nails, but take into consideration if you have plans or errands to do after.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE! First guy put the wrong matte top coat, broke three nails in less than a week and one nail melted when lightning a candle, after my fourth time coming back in a week I ask him to remove nails and a refund manager refused and cussed at me in front of my young daughter saying “ he doesn’t care my nails broke” when I mentioned writing a bad review he said “ you can write what ever the hell you want” and insist I pay for having the broken nails removed. The girls seem to be the most professional.

I always go to QT Nails to get my nails/eyebrows done. Selena does the BEST job there. She is so professional and friendly. Really makes you feel very comfortable!! On monday I came in for acrylic oval nails and they came out really bad. I emailed them bout it and they told me to come in today which is Tuesday to fix or redue them. They came out amazing.
