I love this place. Been going there for about 4-5 years now. You might wait maybe 5-10 minutes if you made an appointment and they’re busy but they’re always really nice and the quality of their work is great. I always ask for either KC or Stephanie because I like their work the best. Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and i went to go get our nails done. he wanted black nails and stephanie said no and gave him clear and said it will look better. a separate time i went there stephanie laughed at my tape in extensions and started grabbing at my hai while my nails were drying. the older woman there also manages to cut my cuticles all the time. the owner is nice

I have issues with cracks in my feet, & dead skin, they got so much off, & did an amazing job, I did mess up my own polish, but that was my fault. I loved how quick they were & prices were very very fair 🙌

I went for the first time yesterday. I’ll give them a 2nd chance but I didn’t care for the dog running around as everyone isn’t a dog lover. She cut me several times and i told her the saw felt sharp....I asked for dip and only one dip option is on the menu for $30. She dipped my fingers in clear powder then placed regular nail polish then gel clear, i said oh that different all other places have colored dip....she said that wasn’t what I asked for - i said “dip” she said you want “dip powder “....I said I wanted what you have listed, she said what I got was $35..I said ok it’s only $5 . At checkout she charged me $30 :)

Ive only ever had a mani/pedi by Stephanie, and shes great! I love how she shapes my acrylic nails and they hold up wonderfully. All the staff are nice and friendly.

The BEST manicure, pedicure, and waxing in the area! Ive been coming to Perfect Nails for years. I travel for my job and always get my nails done there when Im home! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and educated on the latest trends. The salon and equipment is spotless!

If I could I wouldn’t give a star!Not only was the water not warm, but she made my toe bleed!! And when she did my nails I was supposed to have cat eyes BIG FAT NO I must have five layers of polish on, and my right ring finger she keep using the buffer tool on my skin not my nail.

I love it, first time there, Stephanie was so sweet, she does great work and is a friendly person. I would recommend going there to anyone. Its my go to salon.

Small place but very clean. Staff is friendly, some technicians are much better than others. If you prefer gel colors they claim they can only do gel colors on your finger nails and not toe nails. If you are going for a manicure/pedicure or a fill/pedicure and you want a gel color for both, forget about it they wont do it. They will have you pick a gel color for your finger nails and then waste a bunch of time trying to match a regular color for your toes. This is the 1st salon I have ever been to that claims they can not do gel colors for a pedicure, when most nail salons do. I have found another salon I like better who do both.

Worst manicure/ full set Ive ever gotten. I walked in with a picture of matte nails and was told they could give me that look. not only did she shape my nails crooked, she didnt use the color I asked, she rushed through the provrss, AND they didnt even have a matte polish. luckily I brought my own and even then she did not apply enough coats because it would matte more when it dries....which it didnt. I do NOT recommend coming here. Ive never been so unhappy with the look of my nails.

I treated my mother in law for a mani and a pedi. They were very nice, attentive and great! We were both very satisfied with their services. It was the first time here. They have a very large collection of gel polished. The also have powdered polish. I like the standard “French mani/pedi” with my spin on it....turned out awesome in gel!

All I can say is wow! I came in with my husband treating me to a spa day and it was one of the worse experencies ever. Its super small and it seemed like everyone was taking their own little time not to wait on US. I requested dipping powder, a process where the nails should be dipped several times in acrylic powder, sanded then buffed Lol...instead..she sprinkled the powder on my fingers with a small spoon like thing which left several tiny white marks inside of my nail. I always get clear white. She tried to sneak neutral pink until i told her that thats not what I asked for. Sooooo unprofessional and inexperienced!

Small and chemical smell is strong but they do decent work for the prices. I loved my acrylics everytime I went but beware some of the nail techs do better work than others.

Worst pedicure ever. From the moment I sat down, the technician was rude (rolled her eyes at me, laughed, spoke other language while glaring at me). It was very uncomfortable. Pedicure took about 10 minutes. She rushed through the whole thing and I did not feel relaxed. Left thinking I will never go back!

I had been a loyal customer for years - but Ill never go back.One nail tech who did my pedi was so rough on me she practically had me in tears and proceeded to ask in a demeaning way how many toes I wanted done on the other foot.She even told me she wasnt nice.......save your money folks.

Tonight was it for me. I sat while a technician did my nails listening to another tech and a customer complain. First it was about the customers daughters dyed hair, piercings and tattoos. While I sit one row in front full of tattoos, with an unnatural hair color and guages in my ears. Then they started how poorly they treat their husbands. At this point MY husband who was waiting got up and sat in the car. I was sooo close to walking out. The tech that did my nails was okay. She took her time, but cut me twice. No apologies. I got a color changing gel polish, which she only applied two coats of, so my light color is blotchy in some spots. This use to be my go to place. As of tonight I will not go back.

Felt very unwelcome. They had a nasty dog in the place and refused to sevice us because dog was uncontrollable. Dog charged towards lady in wheelchair and she was told she can go somewhere else.
