Went for a mani and pedi. I get acrylic on my hands and feet. First off the pedicure was rough. She cut me twice. Also she never refilled my acrylic on my feet, even after me asking multiple times. She almost acted as if what I was asking for was too much and I was gonna get whatever she felt like giving. If that makes sense. I was so disappointed I didn’t even want the full set. What a waste of $28. Needless to say they won’t have to worry about another $ from me in that establishment

Prices cant be beat for this area, and you can always get an appointment immediately and youre in and out quick... my only complaint is that the last 2 pedicures Ive gotten here, theyve chipped within a few days, which is a bummer since pedicures usually last me until my nails grow out and Im good for around a month, but it is what it is

Very clean!!! 2 of the older ladies give the BEST pedicures ever! Quinne always does my nails and I am satisfied, she is also good with nail art. I typically show the owner what I want and he picks everything out and Quinne makes it happen. Love them here!

Great Place to Treat Yourself, Relaxing!🌞

I went in with the idea of getting dip powder on my natural nails. I picked a very pretty hunter green and gold glitter as an accent nail. I told the girl doing my nails the colors I wanted and she brought over a lime green and purple/pink glitter. I told her these are not the correct colors and I grabbed the dip powder book to show her. She said the colors will be exactly like in the book. When she finished, the colors did not look at all like the book. The “manager” went over to grab the book and I held my fingers up to the colors to compare. The colors are totally off. The manager tried to tell me the colors are the same. I stood my ground and told him the colors are totally off, it does not even look good. To fix the problem, the girl painted gel polish on top of what she did. Again, this did not solve the problem because the colors are still completely wrong. I was too upset to say something for the 3rd time, i just left. I am never going back again.

I had the best pedicure. Very thorough, she took her time and did a great job! I was very happy and will be going back!

I went in for a color change.I had just gotten my nails done a few days before at a different location, so a refill wasnt necessary.I chose black and white gel nail polish and wanted to add some gems and rhinestones to my ring finger.Well the lady who did my nails filed my nails all wrong, that I lost the shape of nail I originally had.Also the black and white gel polish was all over the place. It looked really sloppy!I had nail polish on my skin and everything. Oh yea and I also did not get any gems put on.She claims she did not hear me say that I wanted gems. It was as if she was in a rush. But it was not busy at all. 3 customers.After she finished I immediately went to a different salon and had gotten my nails redone. Highly disappointed in this salon. I will not be returning to this location.

Waited for over 40 minutes just for them to mess up my nails and still charge me $70. I will never go back.

I always have the best nail experiences here! They do the best work and the quality is phenomenal. Ive had this set for over 2 weeks now and my nails are still holding up great.

Horrible to say the least. 1 hour 25 minutes for a pedicure they had to do twice...which still turned out horribly. 1 hour refill which I’m extremely unhappy with. None of my nails were the same shape and my acrylic is still two thick after telling the lady that worked on me 3 times that the acrylic was too thick. The young Man at the counter was the only friendly face. I will never visit this establishment again. True waste of time and money because I had to go to another shop the following day. Avoid at all cost if you expect good to great work!

Very disappointed with the results and the procedure. A neighbor suggested this place to me like a year ago. The first two appointments went well. Then, I stopped going for pedicure because the woman who was doing the pedicures she was hurting my feet with her long nails although I complained. That definitely wasn’t a feet massage. Also, my gel manicure usually was lasted for a week from this place. I don’t need to mention that when I tried a powered manicure and when back to do a gel manicure the woman almost ripped off my nails!! That was the last time I went there. I know that they have cheep prices but It was an awful experience and I don’t mind to pay 3 more bucks to have a relaxed and great gel manicure. That’s all that I wanted. I wouldn’t suggest it to anybody. Sorry.

They were very busy which was no problem, however they did a sloppy job with me AND my two friends, all three of us had ruined nails. My paint job is AWFUL and I requested almond shape two times before just settling for square. My friends both had wrongs shapes also alone with some nails even being croaked!!!! The paint job does not look nice either! Very clumpy on my friends and too thin on mine, would not do extra layers. Do not waste the $30 for a regular full set.

The lady who did my nails did a TERRIBLE job. The day after I got my full set done at La Bella nails my nail SNAPPED off without me even noticing or even feeling it which shows how POORLY she put my nail on, not to mention they are overpriced, she did a terrible paint job on the actual nails itself not to mention she left the powder that they are SUPPOSED to layer over over the nail once they glue it, she left a giant glump of it under my nail and didn’t remove it. And she was on the phone with her air pod in THE ENTIRE TIME. she wasn’t listening to me at all and didn’t do the right shape that I asked for. DONT GO HERE !!!

Unbelievable, asked for a pedicure. The tech Lady thought I can just to let her swish water on my feet. I had point out the pedicure procedure otherwise she was just gonna wash me feet and cash Me out. Looking around they just wanted to wash your feet and collect the tip. Bad business

I’m a little disappointed in this nail salon. Gel pedicures are reasonably priced and they do a good job. I went at 4:30 today and told we’re closing soon come tomorrow, the store is open until 5. If you close at 4:30 then say that... I’m now at another salon that also closes at 5 and took me without any issue.

First time customer as of today and I plan to go to la bella nails again, a young lady named sue helped me and Ive got to say everyone including her was very friendly. I had a great experience for it to be my first time, sue did my nails with no hesitation and so perfect to me. I recommend you give la bella nails a try!

Very nice people, but the manicure I just recieved looks terrible. I cant paint my own nails, thats why I go get them done. The paint looks like I did it myself. Which isnt good. sadly, a waste of money.

My fiancé literally drives me 35-40 mins from northeast Philadelphia just so I can get my nails done. The prices are good, the place is pretty clean, They have a lot of colors to choose, speak good English, and so far have loved most experiences!

Worst Pedicure and manicure. The manicure was very quick. Soaked nails in cold water, was trying to decide on design and was just brushed off No offer of suggestions. The massage on birth hands maybe totaled 30 seconds. Next I was sent for my Pedicure. There is 3 older women who perform the Pedicures. They either need to retire or go back to school. Hardly any cuticle was cut off. I was telling her the great toenail was digging in on the side. She starts wiping my nails again with remover. She never scrubbed my feet or legs, never smoothed the heels. She just kept cupping her hand to run water over my leg. I asked for the great toe to be one color and the rest another color. She alternated the colors. Most worst experience ever. This was my 3rd and last visit. I really did try to like this place.

This place is a gem and me and my family frequent this location often. They are among the friendliest of people and make you feel like family when youre there. They will even do your kids nails which alot of places wont do. The owner has a magicians hand in nail design. The pedicure seats are amazing and the only thing that isnt good is when they end. Def will be only using this location for our nail and feet needs. They also do all the things to your face you want. Stop in now

So I normally get my nails done down in Claymont and for whatever reason I could not get in today so I went to the place by Bella nails and normally I have a nail tech that can understand me and help me with my nail needs but today I had someone that couldn’t understand me at all and did not have anybody to help her. My nail tech first hurt me taking my set off and repeatedly dug into my nails and I tried to tell her at her but she kept doing this over and over again . Then she tries to put on the new said she did not even file my nails down right and cracked the front index finger and instead of fixing her mistakes you just cut it off. Then she left my nails completely jagged and on the even I tried to ask her to fix my nails but she didn’t understand what I was saying and then had somebody else look at my nails and they went along with her I even asked for a different color or a darker shade of what I originally had. she left me with this bright red that did not fit me and you could see every mistake in the nail, overall my experience with bella nail place was horrible I would not recommend anybody go there if that is how they can leave their clients nails on finished and in pain

This was my second time here and it wasn’t much better than my first. My Technician was on a phone call through head phones the whole time and didn’t even ask me which shape I like my nails. If you’re a contact wearer like I am, this is a big deal. I got gel polish my first time & it was decently applied but had a few bumps, so to avoid this I decided to try out dip powder. $45 for a very bumpy and wide flared nail. I’m in the beauty industry myself, so I payed the amount because of her time given to me, but I’m not happy about it. I also got a pedicure and the lady abandoned me while drying, & it was SO SPLOTCHY even my boyfriend noticed from a few feet away. The young technician helped file my nails a little thinner but I’m having trouble even typing this. It was clean and they did have a good color variety, the service just needs to be adjusted a lottttt.
