I stopped in New years day on a chance theyd be open. They were and I got a gel manicure. Looks nice! I was happy and tipped well as I knew no other nail salon was open today.

I really don’t recommend this place. My friend took me here to get both our nails done, and neither of us had a good experience. She got fillings and I got a full set. The service took a very long time, all of my nails are lumpy and different lengths, and she didn’t push my cuticles back so it looks grown out after just a few days. My friend’s nails were different lengths, lumpy, and crooked. We also both got our fingers hurt by the electric files.I’m happy with the color, so that’s what’s keeping me from removing it all, but this is definitely not the best place to go. It’s worth researching for another place. Especially because while I was sitting there, they constantly told people really long wait times or just told them to come back another day. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but we paid $60+ for all this! Not worth it.

Not impressed! I needed a manicure, remove gel polish, trim nails and gel polish again. The tech nearly shaved my entire nail off to remove the old polish and my new polish is lumpy. Overall not satisfied and will not go back.

Honestly this place use to be great. I dont know what happened over the years but the reviews are true. The customer service is horrible. They are rude as soon as you walk in what you want, instead of what would you like or what do you need done. I use to get my eyebrows done here occasionally but there service is not that great and they cant do nails, there are plenty of other salons in the area. I would never recommend this one. Go at your own risk

Nanny is extremely unprofessional and not customer friendly, at all. It was an hour before closing so I understood wanting to get home, so dont service me instead of being rude. That was more acceptable than me paying my money for a horrible job. I gave her consideration by asking if she had a bad day or just was tired. She just ignored me. The next day my nails were already chipping so i contacted the salon to speak to the owner, as I was told. I am still waiting for a call back, Mr Lee. Too many nearby salons for this rude professional behavior.

Do not go here. Asked for white gel nails and without asking they decided to add glitter. Another time they gave me a different color then what i wanted and added a flower pattern without asking me if I wanted the pattern. Adding the pattern caused me to have to pay extra money for something I did not want. They take forever to do your nails because they stop to talk to one another. Will not be going there ever again. I will gladly find a new salon!

Awful. my nails are different lengths and the shape is all wrong. the girl doing my nails took so long to do them I didn’t have time to stay and get them fixed. I left with a finger bleeding as well. no one is paying attention in this place to correct the situation and they offer no refunds. now I have to go to another salon to fix this mess

This is my favorite salon for eyebrow wax for more than 2 years. I visit during my lunch break. Im in and out quickly and they are reasonably priced. Anyone that does not take the time to understand cultural differences might feel the staff is disinterested or rude but I do not find that to be the case. They are service oriented not the American version of customer-centric. BUT if you take the initiative to engage the technicians in conversation about something very generic - the weather, do you have children, etc. - they open up, laugh, and become much more personable vs service. AND, if you are not happy with your manicure/pedicure tell them immediately. They WILL FIX IT. YOU as the customer set the pace. and tone for your visit.

Great bunch of gals. Friendly and very good at what they do. Always busy which is good.

This is the worst salon with the worst service Ive ever been to. On two separate occasions they have told me that they cannot do a fill or full set until the next day TWO hours because the salon was due to close. I only went there because other salons closed at 6pm. I will NEVER waste my gas going there again.

The employees in here are very neutral in their tones and how they speak to their customers. The prices are very high and go up often, most likely because its in the mall. The woman at the front counter was very rude when she gave me my change in bills back, and acted like she wasnt going to give it back. I was counting it back, and getting my stuff ready to leave and she repeated the change and service amt. to me and rushed me out, seeming annoyed that I only had one waxing service done. Dont waste money here if you can help it.

Worst experience Ive ever hadNever had to leave a service until today, she sanded down my actual nails so far it hurt repeatedly and cut down my gel nails from the sides, all I asked for was a fill.Asked for something simple and Im left unsure how to fix their mess. Baffled at my experience today left in tearsWouldnt recommend to anyone!

Got my eyebrows done and she took about 2 minutes on them. Sped through the whole thing. So uneven and made my eyebrows far apart. Never going back.

I left very upset. They were all sitting in the pedicure chairs debating who was going to service me and then rushed my nails needless to say my nails are all different shapes and they kept trying to convince me to keep a color that I didn’t want. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to Bella nails it’s worth it.

I went there to get my nails done just because it was closer to my job and my normal place was closing early that night.Worst experience EVER. I wanted gel nail polish. I showed her a picture of nails basic white with straight lines. Asked her if she could do it. She said yes....She didnt file my nails but used a drill. In doing so she cut my pinkie finger on my right hand. Ok I understand sometimes that happens. I let it go. The base white is uneven. And clumps along the sides of all the nails. The lines are not straight. The lines are not even. I could have done a million times better. I was rushed in and out.NEVER again will I go here. My advice is to NEVER EVER GO HERE!!

Do not go here!!! Very Very rude and unprofessional they are always turning down service you can come in at 6:30pm and they will tell you to come back tomorrow when they close at 9pm. My niece went in and asked them what time they stopped taking people they said 10 mins to 9... but that’s false! How do you have an empty salon and and turn down paying customers!

Best pedicure Ive ever had!!

What an awful place! I went there once for nails for me and my girls and it was o-kay a few years ago. Not great, but it was cheap and I couldnt afford everyones nails elsewhere. I was talked into a gel and didnt know I couldnt get the gel off at home. I ended up peeling it off.I have brought the girls there a couple of times for eyebrows since it is convenient and cheap ($6). But last time I went, April 9, 2013, I needed nails done last minute and my daughters brows done. The three ladies were laying around with nothing to do. The one immediately started cackling and laughing and singing. They were all staring at my daughter and laughing on and on.It was so incredibly rude. I felt they were making fun of her which was pretty apparent. I was going to cancel but I knew my daughter needed her brows done, so I sat through it. After we left, my young daughter agreed with me that they were laughing at us. We boht realized they were probably making fun of our (her) weight.We may not speak their language, but were smart enough to see their body language and hear their tone. Dont ever go to this place! I have experienced the same thing in the past. We also saw them treat another customer very rudely. Its amazing they are in business!

Well.. The SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! AND MY FAKE NAIL BROKE IN LESS THEN 24 HOURS. The lady acted like she did not even want to do my nails. I saved alot of money just to get my nails done and i was very disapointed!

I just came from this place and the service sucked. My first time there and I hated it. The man doing my nails was so rude and he made them look so bad... And it was $40!!! I will never go back 😡
