Out of town and stopped by as a walk in because I desperately needed a pedicure. The man who did my pedicure was gentle and took good care to do my nails how I wanted. Very enjoyable experience.

This is the only place I actually like going to but the fact that when theyre busy & customers coming in they are bad at greeting their customers & seeing what service they actually came for so a lot of ppl end up coming in & walking right back out because of this. Bad for business but definitely love this place.

I asked for a design on my natural nails and told him before they even started if it was too short I could pick another design and then they move forward with it and when i point out how it doesn’t look like the picture they leave me sitting there with my hands in acetone and no follow up. never returning

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They are rude, especially the older man, and they did not address me when I walked in! I assume because I was only getting a manicure and not spending 40$ on gel or tips, he was upset. So he half did my manicure and complained about it. I did not make a seen, and I let him finish because he had already started. I definitely will not be visiting that business ever again. I should have read the reviews first because they were spot on!! They really don’t deserve one star because of the lack of professionalism alone!

I love this place. Its usually not too crowded except one time and I forgot it was holiday. I usually get my laugh on with them. The man there is full of humor so dont take it too serious. He tries to make you relax and enjoy your visit as best He knows how. I have gotten the glow nails and love them. Excellent with pedicure and wax you must get a deluxe to get the extra 😊👍

I love this place. Great staff. Always have something funny or fun on the tv. Descent price for a great nail job. I gave them 4stars because of the wait periods they have sometimes (or i come the wrong days). I wish they had more great staff cause then i would give 5.

Davy did an awesome job on my pedicure and powder nails. Katrina and him were super friendly and very kind. Wish we lived closer to come more often. If we are ever back in Wilmington we will definitely be back!

Yall really need to charge your nail glue. My nails have been popping off like crazy only after a few days of getting done. Its definitely your nail glue... Dont use cheap things

My favorite nail spot in my area! Great service and their fast. So many different things to choose from so its a great variety if u want to switch up and do something different each week.

My 5 year old happen to have to use the restroom extremely bad. I asked if she could possibly use their restroom because she said she couldn’t hold it. My daughter was standing there holding herself and the owner looked at her and said take her to Walmart. It was the most disgusting thing to turn down a 5 year of using the bathroom knowing she was about to pee on herself. I absolutely do not recommend them at all.

Horrible the older women working there is TERRIBLE!! I went in to get waxing done first she has an attitude the whole time while she attended me and someone else. While she is doing the waxing she was jerking the wax while she was applying it she literally DID IT ON PURPOSE!! My whole upper lip is swollen and red covered with marks where she ripped skin off! While she was cleaning up she was so rough i asked her to be gentle because she was hurting me! She said something in her home language and continued to do it! Obviously the owner wont care but i DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE OR SIMPLY JUST HER

Daughters nails were so thick, and they are already popping off as well. No point of going back to fix, will just go somewhere else.

Nails are very lumpy and thick. I was not asked what shape I wanted.

I was suggested to come here so I was very disappointed in the rude customer service and lack of care. I shouldn’t be made to feel bad for asking to get my nails done the way I am paying for them to be done, especially if I askpolitely. The overall experience was horrible.
