Vickie is awesome! I am from Michigan and have been coming to Wilmington regularly for about 10 years, with that being said I have visited a few nail shops all decent but Vickie’s work is far none. Her shaping and eye for details is amazing. Not only is her shaping skills and nail foundations great but her art work and designs are flawless! Like I said I’m from Detroit where nail artist are plenty and talented so to discover such a talented person here in Wilmington I’m super excited and can not wait to see her again! If your a person who enjoys the latest nail trends and loves nail art you MUST see Vickie! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Best set I’ve gotten done in years by Vicky! Overall great experience! If you want nails with latest trends they have everything! The worst is going to a nail salon with a nail set idea in mind & being turned down, that is NOT the case here. Not only that but show them a picture and Vicky will be do it even better. I’m in love with my set! They have a new, happy, customer.

I love Thompson and his wife VICKIE!! they both always do a good job on my nails ❤️ My mom knows Thompson from him doing her nails she doesn’t go there anymore due to how far it is from her new house but now I do!!! I love my nails and feet !!!!

The employees were all very nice and had good communication skills with their clients but my nail painting job was done very poorly. personally i’m not amazing but i could have done better. he didn’t paint all the way to the side of my nail on the 2nd coat and it is very noticeable. some of them are uneven in the painting and is see through in some small spots. the experience was good but not the job

Called to see if they accept walkins. They said yes, we drive over and they said it would be a few minutes. An hour later we were still waiting and they kept having us move around to accommodate other people. They kept extending the time and started doing other walkins. The place is dirty and we went somewhere else. Terrible customer service. If you don’t have time, tell people. Don’t waste mine.

Vikki is awesome ! She can do anything. Just show her a picture and she will create it! If you’re into celebrity looking nails, she is your go to person.

I went in for a fill in and a pedicure I didn’t like my nails so I went back the very next day and the head nail technician got upset and started trash talking about me to another customer. My nails were way too thick, I asked her to fix them and I’ll pay the difference she told me no. 100% will not return.

Vicky is very awesome, and creative. Vicky can do any design to keep you with a smile. Overall the staff is Professional.

The owner really has a attitude when someone informs her of a complaint. She also rushes on your nails when shes not happy about it. My biggest problem is that she does your nails the way she prefer, but not what you requested.

Ive been to the salon twice and had a terrible experience both times I even had one of the technicians to tell me they only been doing nails for 2 months and my nails show just that dont waste your time

Vicky did a wonderful job on my nails! I can’t say the same about the man who painted my toes and did my fill-in yesterday. I’ve been twice now, and both times his paint jobs were not great at all! If I ever return it will only be for Vicky

My experience here was terrible. The staff was ok, but my nails looked atrocious when I left. Not to mention, the way he did them was extremely painful.

Got an appt promptly booked online amid the pandemic, got a waiver signed and temperature checked, plexi glass between customer and technician but not sure if chairs are sanitized after you leave, but the technician who took care of me was rough.. the hot stone was too hot and despite me pulling my feet couple times away he didn’t get the hint. I ordered the middle package to get a massage and that didn’t last 5 minutes either. Overall nails were done decently for what ordered.

Please let me share with you how amazing my service was today. First and foremost, I am not from Wilmington and happened to stumble upon Rose Nails. Today, Linda and Thomson took care of me by providing a pedicure and gel polish manicure. I enjoyed our pleasant conversations as well as noted how particular they both were to make my nails look amazing. After completion, I could not find a single Uber or taxi to take me back to my hotel. It was very clear I wasnt going to make it back on time. Thomson was kind enough to drive me back to my hotel so I could be at my class on time. Now how incredibly sweet and outgoing is that! This is not a service I expect nor did I ask for it. Thank you, Rose Nails, for making me feel like a regular and valued customer. I will choose this nail salon over in other in Wilmington after todays experience.

If you are getting acrylic I wouldnt go here or design, they had a sweet young lady paint and design my nails she was learning, and the full set is uneven and bumpy, then when I about cried they fixed ur best they could but its still bad and told he not to wear black pants cuz fur everywhere as if that had anything to do with y I was happy!!

Two stars for niceness.Went to this place based on raving reviews while in town for business.The place is dirty. There’s dust all along the walls and on furniture.They use metal tools, but I didn’t see a blue light machine anywhere ( saw cleaning tub though and there was just a container of bleach next to it). Clippers were just taken out of the desk without being sanitized. At my regular salon, everything is sanitized appropriately and packed into special sealed bags.The nail job itself: two layers made the nails see through. The nail polish itself cracked minutes after I left the salon. The gel was not completely dry on the sides of nails and lint and hair got stuck to it. The technician also left me to just sit there while she was doing another person’s brows without saying anything at all.The hours posted online are incorrect and so are the prices. Was told on the phone that gel manicure is 25, the menu inside of the store says 30, and I was charged 35. I paid it, whatever, but maybe, just maybe, all the things that are wrong with this place, are the reason that they don’t have customers. Thy literally try to run a business but not invest into it. I would never go back, and I can’t belive this is a regular place for some people or so they say. The conversation I had with the technician was very nice, but my primary goal for being there was to get my nails done, and no one has ever done as poor of a job.

New owners and the customer service has digressed! The wait time is HORRIBLE, even with an appointment! Made an appointment on a Tuesday for a Friday appointment. They left me soaking for 40 minutes....water turned cold. Why accept appointments if youre not going to adhere to them! The guy is definitely not personable. Why spend money where your time is not valued and customer service is now LACKING! Ended up drying my own feet and walking out. Looking for a better establishment!
