Cash payment preferred. They have an ATM available with no surcharge right in the corner. They do accept credit and debit card with a minimum purchase of $10. Currently under renovation - they are installing beautiful tile underneath the spa chairs. Staff is so friendly. I walked in and got seated immediately for a regular pedicure $25. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. They could even add music if they wanted to- but I appreciated the sounds of the water pouring into the basin. Nail tech I had the pleasure of being serviced by was very meticulous in his techniques also considerate of if he was causing pain- making sure you felt comfortable.This nail salon does not smell at all! There is amazing ventilation... when you walk inside it does not even seem like you walk into a nail salon (scent wise).I definitely will be back! Thanks for an amazing experience!

Great service, good prices

Pedi was done okay not the best Ive had or the worst either just so-so. The price is definitely fit for Pike Creek, very over priced. For a pedi and eyebrows I paid $50. Which is about $40 for a regular pedi. Everyone seemed friendly tho and the place was pretty clean no wait as I went at opening on a Saturday.

They are very close to my neighborhood so its very convenient. Steven is my nail tech and he does a beautiful job each time. The biggest thing for me is that they listen to what I want done and do exactly that. Love this place!

Had a mini pedicure today, tech engaged conversation, was very pleasant, did a great job. After I got home realized, was rippled from not drying completely. After running errands returned to have fixed. Pleasant surprised not charged. Those employees great, plus clean salon. No smell from chemicals and polishes.

This was my first having a dip powder done as my nail salon was closed, due to this virus..Very nice people. But I like the way my salon does my nails. But I would go again.

Today was my first time going to Jade’s! I made an appointment at Linden Hill Nails and they were horrible and unprofessional so I decided to come to Jade’s. As soon as I walked in, I was serviced by Steven. He was absolutely amazing and personable. I will definitely be back for Steven again! Excellent service and friendly faces! Thanks Steven!

Ive been coming to Jades for over a decade. They are the best, hands down. Friendly staff, clean environment and reasonably priced. I made the mistake of going somewhere recently and it was awful. It really made me appreciate what a great place Jades really is.

Very poor manicure — rough handling and nail edges, messy polish application, unapologetic response to this unhappy customer. Never going back.

Poor service, overpriced and dishonest dont want to give receipt. Insist on cash. Got bruises around nails. They take advantage of location. They get rude if you dont give good tip. Do not recommend.

It was my first time there being new to the area. I was not impressed with the overall set up, the waiting area shares the dry bar so very limited seating. My nail tech was not as detailed oriented as I like and it irritates me the most when a tech looks away while filing and files your skin. I feel rushed and a bit too aggressive for my taste. I would not care to come back.

Jade is amazing, as are all the other employees who have done my nails. I’m always happy with my eyebrows as well. Very clean, reasonably priced, and relaxing environment.

Ive been going here for a few years now and it is usually great. I have been doing my acrylics myself for a few months because its way cheaper. I decided to go get them done today as Im leaving for a trip on Friday and wanted to treat myself. Today when I went I waited an hour for someone to start on my nails. It was someone who has never done my nails before and it put it nicely, I was disappointed. I got acrylics and they look awful. She asked me how long I wanted them and when she cut them they were a fine length. Then she filed them down so much they look like stubs! The acrylic is way too thick, uneven and crooked and it didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. She cut up almost all of my fingers with the file and I started to bleed. All of my fingers hurt now. I now have to find time tomorrow to go somewhere else and get these taken off and new ones put on. I can honestly say these are the worst acrylics Ive ever had and I will not be going back. I think it was just because of the one tech that did my nails, but I cant believe she is working at a nail salon!

I got a full set here and it was really bad. The waiting area is not organized and you sit on little stools. Then my full set was sooo bad. My pinkies were so messed up they were uneven and the shape was really bad. Not recommended.

I have been going to Jades for a long time, but when I have an appointment, I have been waiting for over a half hour. Last week I tried to schedule an appointment and they told me I couldnt, just come in???? No consideration for your time!
