I have been going to Elaine for over 10 years. I can honestly say that she does the best nails, and if you let her get her talented hands on your eyebrows, you will never go to another esthetician again! I know I must admit I have tried because she is quite a drive from me now. But I swear anytime I do ‘cheat’ on Elaine I regret it! She is worth the extra miles and time! I have been going here for a few years now and have had a great experience. I think their service exceeds other nail salons. I typically get a gel manicure and my eyebrows done and every single time they come out perfect. The get on my nails never peels and lasts as long as I want it to. My eyebrows are always well-shaped and the ladies there who do them are so sweet and genuine. I have been to a few nail salons and this one is my favorite.

This place is AMAZING! I have been going here for years to get my eyebrows done and they always do a great job. All of the workers are extremely nice, I have never had a problem with any of them.

I hadnt had a pedicure in a long time and my feet were a disgrace. I also have issues with my feet so there were a lot of calluses.Well, you should see them now! Nancy worked on my feet a long time. She was gentle and thorough and did an EXCELLENT job. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon and their prices are very reasonable too.Thank you, Nancy!!

Not a bad word to say about the facility. I have been going for over a year. Very accommodating with times. Ive broken nails and been fitted right in to repair them. No issues with either my manicures or pedicures. Recommend them all the time.

Just wanted to let all know that Nancy and Elaine do a fabulous job with waxing, mani and pedis. I have been coming to this shop for a couple of years and see the same faces every two weeks. That alone speaks highly of the shop. Service is great! Keep it up! Thank you!

Came in for a pedi and asked if there was a wait, she told me it would just be a minute so have a seat. i waited 30 minutes and she finally took me over. the whole time she seemed more interested in talking to the woman next to me and barley even spoke to me, the result was ok but i was disappointed that my hot stone massage was all of maybe 3 minutes and was very half assed. then when i was paying she told me it’s $27 but because she had to remove my prior nail polish (which was regular nail polish, not gel) it was and extra $5.... so that tiny piece of cotton and some acetone costs $5, that’s a joke!i happened to read the entire pricing list as i was waiting for a half hour and never saw that on there nor did she tell me at the beginning when she was doing it. is this just an fake throw in charge your just seeing if you can get away with charging people? so not worth my $40

I had two friends recommend this place but I was not impressed. I got a regular ol manicure and the polish got a small chip by the end of the day and a huge chip within 3 days. More large chips occurred a few days later and I had to remove the polish myself before the week was up. Ive had regular non-gel manicures last me 2 weeks from other salons. Their drying station was not the best either, just a regular small fan set in a weird table set up. They didnt have UV light fans for drying and I ended up hitting my nail against the upper table top and creating a smudge. At least I could see their autoclave and sterilizing packs in clear view (although my manicurist did not open the pack in front of me). Will not go back. Would not recommend.

Every time I come here my nails other dont come out the same shape/length or Im told they cant do it right now when the place is empty. Over priced and not good costumer service

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN WILMINGTON AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY CUT YOUR SKIN AND MAKE YOU BLEED AND MY WIFE CAME HOME WITH BURNS AND CUTS ON HER HANDS. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! DO NOT GO TO THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THEY HAVE SANITARY ISSUES AND I WILL BE CALLING THE BOARD OF HEALTH!!
