DO NOT GO HERE. I never leave reviews but it was that bad. I got dip powder and it peeled off within 4 days. The woman didn’t do half of the steps she was supposed to, and kept fighting me every time I asked her to do one of the steps she skipped. Worst service ever. Worst manicure ever. Dirtiest nail salon ever. Save your time and your $.

I highly recommend this nail salon. They do a wonderful job. I couldnt believe how clean and organized the salon was. The owner and staff were very professional and friendly, and they do amazing quality work. Have a Blessed day....

I’m Vietnamese but I not know how do nails so I would like to my nails look pretty then I go to google look for where nails shop near my house. Then I did find the right place to get my nails done and pedicure so I’m very happy with the service and they make me feel so clean and very comfortable with everything. My girlfriend is so pleased that the management changed at this salon! She went here with the previous owners and was not as pleased. New owners are very nice and respectful. They do excellent work! She is going to be going to this salon from now on. I suggest everyone gives them a shot. I hope you are as happy as my girlfriend was.

Happy Camper here. Loved my nails. Powder dip French in pic btw. First time here today. Ladies were very sweet. These chubby toes and digits are ready to be seen unlike the claws and boxer hands I walked in with.

Wonderful experience with the technician Jade who provided the dip powder service on my hands. Her younger cousin serviced my feet and did a wonderful job! Service was fast and the experience was personable and efficient!!

Comfortable atmosphere and I loved my nails afterwards. The techs were nice. The only problems I had was I got matching toe and nail polish and the colors were definitely off one looked purple and the other looked grey. My sister and I were also under a time crunch and there were only two techs that we saw and we had to adjust our plans.

My girlfriend went to get strip eyelashes and they tried to charge her 20.00 when she brought her own strips and them the lady tried go go down on the price when my girl told her they not individuals and after she tried to put lash on she glued my girl eyeshut and didnt attempt to help there is no business there and we going to file a lawsuit

GREAT service! Took my daughter there because previous salon was not well sanitized! Minimal wait time. We will be BACK! Service with a smile, staff was very friendly. Even offered us bottled water. Enchanted Nails is GREAT! Please remember to TIP! These women work hard!

Best bang for the buck I have found for a spa pedicure on Naamans Rd. It is clean and the staff is polite. Accepting credit card payments is nice.

101 on how not to lose a long time customer. I will go elsewhere. Apparently my time has no value nor my $ and generous tips. I purposely made an appointment so I would get taken care of with in my time constraints and not have to wait. Get there. Salon locked up. Back at six so I wait. At 6:20 I leave, but I made calls. Got hung up on 2x. After home, I call. Come back Ill do now. Was there by 7 and soaked my feet for 1/2 hr while she did someone elses nails. Left again and wont be back. Lost over 1 1/2 hours for being loyal customer. Youve been warned. Rant over.

The owner did my nails. She did a good job but the only bad thing is that some nails don’t look like coffin nail.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I visited Enchanted Nails twice. The first time my nails were just ok, not the shape I wanted and paint job sloppy. I decided I wasnt coming back. So yesterday I decided that I wanted to take the acrylic off of my nails and I would go to Enchanted because they were close to my home. Big mistake! First off the lady asked me 3 times in 2 minutes what I wanted, when I told her she decided she was going to do what she wanted to on my nails. When I told her thats not what I wanted she had an attitude. so its no surprise that she filed a big gash in my real nail, that is sore and so noticeable! When I went back today to talk to a manager all he said is if its not bleeding than its ok. Wow! really?!? its not like I wanted a discount for the next time or anything but not even a sorry was given! NEVER going back!
