It might not seem like a lot to you guys but I will not be returning to this nail salon for several reasons. I don’t have anything bad to say about the salon itself as it was clean and didn’t smell bad or anything however I went there last week on a Friday to get my nails done for senior pictures and spent $70 on a short nail it was $70 because the design was $30 extra (never again) I see nail techs do better jobs than salons!!! But anyways I got them done and within a day or two the rhinestones I got put on were falling off it started off little but I’m concerned that I didn’t get my money’s worth so I called to get them fixed Alex was the one who did my nails first and at least he put a top coat on it but I don’t feel like they are meticulous enough with their work because some rhinestones were overlapping each other and are crooked there’s also left over rhinestone glue on my nail that was never cleaned up there’s STILL acrylic under my nails some nails are longer than each other and my appointment was at 2:30 I didn’t get in a chair until an hour or so later and when I went back to get them fixed the person who was fixing my nails wanted to rush on them when she saw the white girls didn’t push in the rhinestones and didn’t even put a top coat that Alex put on my nails on my nails and I pointed out to her which Rhinestones were missing and which ones wasn’t pushed in and she ignored me and told me to just put my hands on the dryer like girl what?! And the same day I left which was Monday the rhinestones she put in fell off because she was trying to rush my nails even though it was only a few rhinestones Missing they look cute from a far but up close look like who did it and why and I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed at 6:00 and left at 6:08 I will NEVER be returning I am highly dissatisfied but everyone has different experiences this is just mine I should have just scheduled an appointment with a NAIL tech (the stuff under my nails is makeup I do wig installs 🥰)

Awesome work and the salon is beautiful and very clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend and I will be returning.

First time coming here and while I love my nails Ive noticed that my tips arent securely glued down to my real nails.. i can clearly see the open space between my real nail and the tips on five of my nails. Nice clean establishment... they offer drinks while you wait but should practice on their craft.

The wait was excessive. Our appointment was for 1pm and we waited at least 25 minutes before we were taken to the pedi area and my wifes soak began. I waited at least another 25 minutes before water was run for my soak. From there waited long enough that we had to add hot water to begin my pedi. My feet feel great, but why bother accepting appointments if you dont service them with priority?

Amazing place was a slight wait, but well worth it! Alex took care of my finger nails and he did an ombré pink to blue on me. He did amazing details and took his time! They even took a picture of them. Very good prices as well. Make an appointment and you won’t be disappointed!

Got a last minute appointment for my boyfriend and I today for mani-pedis. We ended up being an hour late but they still accommodated us! I had Emma, who was wonderful! Atmosphere was clean and calming. Had a wonderful experience, I definitely felt pampered!

This nail shop is very neat and spacious. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately my nails did not look as good as I would have liked them to. The nail technician filed my nails very poorly. I had to fix them when I got home. Even though my nails were not 100% to my satisfaction I will probably go back and just request a different technician.

Tay was great! Helped me pick a beautiful color and fun to chat with! I’ll be back soon!

Went here for the first time yesterday and was not pleased by the service I received. When I was called back to sit down, Daniel did not sanitize his station before requesting I sit at his station. Another nail tech sanitized hers properly before her next customer, so I asked him for something to clean the surfaces. He did give me a small paper towel with alcohol. Next thing, I told Daniel several times I was getting the deluxe manicure, yet he rushed through getting my nails prepped for a regular manicure. He seemed irritated, saying that I didn’t tell him, but I certainly did communicate it. After he took the deluxe materials out and started it was the sloppiest and half done “deluxe” massage treatment I’ve ever received. It seemed like it was his first time doing a deluxe manicure. His whole attitude was not desirable and he was rushing through the steps. I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure as well, but after that I decided against it. While I know others around me may have had an attentive and pleasant experience, mines was not and for that I will not be returning. I gave three stars because at least he did my nail design right.

I am an out of towner (I live in Pittsburgh but I’m from Philly and sometimes travel across the state) I was looking for something open on Sunday with good reviews and traveled here. Now the design and full set I got was beautiful. However I noticed my nails lifting only one week after. Here it is 10 days later and one nail broke and another was halfway off my nail (which is soooo annoying) so I just took it off. My sets usually last almost 3 weeks. These issues I’m having now usually happen close to 3 weeks. There is no way nails should be lifting before 2 weeks. One week is absolutely unacceptable. I took a chance but I’m just going to stick with my Pittsburgh and Philly nail techs. When you get your nails done you definitely don’t think they’ll only be nice for just 7 days.

Nice, clean place with a variety of the latest services. Polite and thorough, I did get nicked and the nail tech brushed it off even though I was bleeding a little, but that could happen at any salon it was clearly an accident. Otherwise great service, slightly pricey, but you pay for quality.

They did a really great job! Great hospitality. Offers fruit water and snacks. I got my nails, feet and eyebrows done for $68.50. Sanitation is a priority there. Also, the use liners inside the foot tubs.

This nail salon is AWFUL.. I sat and waited a hour and they kept telling me they’d be right with me …. Keep taking people before me and ALL i needed was a refill. They’re extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As i was walking out of the door they said they could help me. Don’t come here if you don’t have three hours to be here. Ridiuclous.

I love this nail bar. The owner does an amazing job. He has been in this business for years and it shows. He is very talented and stays up to date on the latest trends in nails. I love the color selections. They are able to so things I have had other shops tell me cant be done like adding decals to gel nails. I absolutely adore his daughter and her cousin. They are very sweet and bring a sense of youth to the shop when they are there helping out. Anyone having a bad experience must not have communicated with the owner. He is very big on making it right if it is in fact their error. This place understands customer service and does an amazing job with it.

I went with my granddaughters to get my nails done yesterday and it was a really nice experience. Everyone is very nice and truly cares about what you want to have done. Salena was great helping me choose a color and Tony did a wonderful job on preparing my nails with a gel overlay. The salon was nicely equipped with safety precautions against the virus so I felt very safe. Thanks so much for a great time!

The customee service is amazing. Im always in and out but everytime i get my natural nails done with gel i have to go back and have them fixed. I think the gel polish used might be cheap. The last straw for me was my nail breaking on the side. It looks like it is chipped ( maybe from the electric file) amd i have 3 children 2 businesses and a full-time career. I cant keep going to the salon every week

I went here for a pedicure with gel polish. It was $50. So Im from North Jersey and the same pedí is 35 and I dont have to give directions on what should be done. When she was finished I showed her all of the cuticle she left and she didnt clean under my toe nails. After some direction it was okay. FYI...DO NOT USE THAT ELECTRIC FILE/SANDER. I swear I thought a part of my foot came off when she wasnt paying attention. It felt like a burn.

I can never get an appointment when I needed . And after 1 week my nails lifted ???? They have always lasted at least 2 Weeks

The customers first impression is everything when you run a business and from beginning to end I did not have a great first impression of this nail salon. The front desk gentleman bothered me several times throughout my visit about getting a gel manicure and I repeated myself several times that I was there for a regular manicure. He patronized me with my not seeming to understand that a gel manicure lasts longer than a regular manicure when of course I know that. The nail tech, that I had, messed up her own work on my nails twice because she kept bumping her own hand against my freshly painted nails which didnt make me feel like she was taking the time to do a good job which frankly she didnt. I would leave pictures but its half a week later and my nails are chipping which wouldnt realistically showcase the mistakes Im referring to. I got a french manicure and she only half covered the whites of my own nails with polish so the whites of my nails were showing beneath the tips of the french manicure. French manicures arent supposed to look busted like that. Lastly, after sitting with my nails drying for 15 minutes with no further instructions (in past experience elsewhere the nail tech will check in on you as your nails are drying or theyll tell you how long they need to dry for) I decided to leave and my nails were dry so I go back to the front desk to pay and the same patronizing gentleman just looks at me blankly and flatly and asks me if Im okay. It gave me such a bizarre feeling. I just was so confused by both employees I interacted with and it did not feel like a language barrier thing at all. I did not leave any gratuity and I will not be back. My first impression was as lack luster as it gets. I never spend the time to write negative reviews but had to as I had expecations from other google reviews and I read. I will say the interior had me fooled. The place looked beautiful on the inside. Maybe they should have spent less money on the decor and more money on customer service training.

I think Ive found my new local nail salon I will frequent loyally for waxing and nail and feet care. Its a new place opened a few months ago, nice clean new equipment. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my requests and needs. I got exactly what I asked for, and Anna was patient with making sure I left satisfied. Last couple times Ive been in its been weekdays before noon, and its been dead when I walked in. Fine by me less wait. But I hope people start hearing about this place and giving it at least a chance to see the quality of what they have to offer.

They have really good customer service I have been going here about 3 times and the first time I had no issues and I loved it and went back the second time after getting my nails done I fell in love I did the jack skeleton for Halloween and loved loved it but then about 1 week later my nail broke and my nail Polish on another started peeling and I thought ok that’s fine I’ll just go get a fill and fix it but literally while I was sitting in the salon another nail just broke out of no where after being back it’s been about a week and now two of my nails have peeled completely off I love this place but I will not be returning

This place is absolutely horrible!!! A 5 year old can do better nails then these people! It literally took them 3 hours to do my nails because they kept messing up! Don’t let the Wine, snacks, and watermelon they offer trick you, their work is TRASH! Don’t waste your time or money here.

Um yes I’m very pissed off!!! Like I haven’t had my acrylic nails for 1 week and 2 nails were very loose. The next day 3 FELLED OFF!!! And the other day 2 felled off. I’m very disappointed and you charged me $25 for nails to last 5 days? Not returning ever again !!!!!!
