I had been looking for a good nail salon but instead I found a great one. This place is awesome and from the moment you walk in you feel special. There’s nothing but quality service and you’ll definitely extremely satisfied with their work. Friendly and professional staff who makes everyone feel special.

Walked in for a much needed post Winter pedicure. This place was bright, clean and welcoming. I’ve only had a handful of pedicures in my life and this one was divine. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure and it was exactly the pampering I’ve needed. Took about an hour, I melted into the massage chair, the hot stone massage was amazing. Walked out with soft, happy feet and totally relaxed.

They have excellent customer service, very perceiving professional. Wait time was great! I got dip powder and its not thick

Today was my first visit but it wont be my last. I got a French Gel polish change and Maleena was great!

I absolutely LOVE this place its so clean, classy and wonderfully put together. I got a Mani Pedi and my nails were so neat and clean. The people here are AMAZING!! everyone is so upbeat and friendly, especially the two girls in the front their both wonderful and super friendly. I am DEFINITELY coming back here and definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel comfortable and prioritized.

Really had a nice experience there (My usual spot was closed)a lot of times for me it’s about convenience but ladies we have to learn to spend our money where it’s appreciated these ppl offer you drinks the spot is very clean bright and spacious they cater to you ..nail shops now and days don’t give you lotion afterwards or even the warm towel once they finish your nails but this place does and for the feet as well.

This is my first time coming here. I came for a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon is very spacious, pretty and clean. The staff is very friendly and my nails look great. I definitely recommend.

It’s a beautiful place was expect better nail service I walked out with my nails many different sizes and lumpy nail polish it was my first day there because my nail tech was on vacation. I usually get bedazzled nails and my nail tech will free style today I gave the nail tech at coco nail spa 3 color she got frustrated because she didn’t know what to do with it so I went with plain yellow gel polish that was botched in the end, a little frustrated because I expected more and I paid full price, I told the receptionist all she said was “ aww sorry” but yeah nice place but I will not be going back

WOW WOW WOW! I am BLOWN away at this place. Talk about experience!! From start to finish. Jojo the receptionist is incredible, with great customer service! I’ve been here two times, each time I’ve had wonderful nail techs. I drive from south Jersey to this location because it’s SO WORTH IT! The salon is stunning and super clean. What i really like about this salon, everyone is so kind and makes you feel right at home. At other salons i get nervous to go in but not here!! I also love that they don’t have tv shows playing or the news, it’s all about the experience here, they have nature scenes on their TVs. Their music isn’t obnoxious it’s pop songs but in a calming way (maybe acoustic?) so it’s great that you know the songs and sing along but you’re still calm. Thank you so much coco nails! Can’t wait to come back in two weeks!! Oh & Steven gave me the best foot massage of my life!!!

Co Co nail spa. Very nice decor environment very inviting asked for a pedicure then changed it to a gel pedicure which was listed as 37$ which wasn’t a problem when I asked how much my gel pedicure was he said 47$ yeah not cool I won’t be going back I don’t care how nice it is there. Stick to one price ppl work hard for their money. Never again.

I just moved up here from Florida. I was going to the most perfect salon in Florida and so when I moved to Wilmington, I did TONS of research. I looked at photos and reviews of this business and decided to try this salon out.I went in for a dip manicure. The salon is beautiful, clean and has a very friendly staff, starting out with the beautiful receptionist who greeted me with a smile (under her mask). I noticed, however, that no one took my temperature. No big deal. She proceeded to bring me to my manicurist and gave me a selection of colors to choose from. I chose d-005 a super pretty purple sparkly color. And so it began.My manicurist filed off most of my previous dip color. Then he took out these cotton balls and soaked them in nail polish remover. He then took out 10 aluminum foil pieces and wrapped my nails with cotton soaked in polish remover and let my nails sit. After my nails were wrapped he jumped on his phone for 5 minutes, sending text messages to whoever he was talking to. After that he took the foils off my nails and started the dip procedure.He started dipping my nails in this white powder. After my nails were dipped in white powder he took the actual dip color and started on my left hand. He painted clear activator on my nails then dipped my nails. Then activator. Then dip. Then activator. Then dip. Then activator and then dip one last time. So, including the white powder, I had 5 coats of dip powder on my left nails. Then he moved to the right hand and dipped my nails in the white powder, then activator, then dipped my nails in the color then activator then color. So a total of 3 dips on my right hand.When he was working on my right hand I told him my left nails were much too thick (I like my nails looking as natural as possible, because they’re my real nails and I hate thick nails) it looked like I had on acrylics. He then told me he would fix it. He took the tool and after my right hand was done he started filing down my left hand nails. After he was done he started back on my right hand and my left hand nails were still much too thick.Fast forward... he kind of fixed them. My left nails are still much too thick but I had been there over an hour (this should have taken 30 minutes) and I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment.I’m not sure why my left hand was dipped 4 times in color and once in the white powder. I was looking at my nails and some of them are uneven. I will have to fix them with a nail file myself. I went to pay for my appointment and they gave me $2 off. I gave him a $10 as a tip, thanked him for my nails, but I am so unhappy with them. The left hand is a much darker shade of purple than the right one is. I will not be back. I didn’t catch his name (I’m assuming he’s new). I’m really disappointed that this place got so many good reviews and I blew $50 on nails I’m really unhappy with.

Super friendly, very bright and clean place. They make sure your comfortable while you are there. They follow covid precautions. Very nice atmosphere with lots of options. Ill definitely return!

I went there to get my nails and feet done. And i was amazed how pretty it is there. Very clean well maintained workers are great and friendly. Prices are good as well. Got a refill pedi and a design from pinterest and he hit it dead on color and all. This will be my new spot. It was so worth the 35 minute drive. I also got my daughters nails and toes painted and they look wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Upon arrival I was told that my manicure would cost $25.00. When service was complete the charge was $42.75. I was charged for extra gel, I did not request, and for nail cut down on nails that were already short. Yeah, I got played but Im a firm believer in karma. What goes around comes around. Never play a player!

Came the first day they opened and loved it!😍 It’s so big and beautiful there’s a spot in the back for VIP’s/private parties a little bar that after COVID will be full service but right now serves water and soft drinks. Amazing at designs, definitely my new favorite spot.

There’s too much to explain. All I can say is my nails are so freaking UGLY(that it’s funny)!!!! Never again will I return. The nail tech conversation was decent however every time I asked for something to be fixed it was a problem or she had an explanation as to why her work was a mess. My services were a full set & pedicure.

Ken is the best. I wouldnt trust anyone else :)
