Always loved this place. Able to just walk in most days, which was the case today. Had a wonderful deluxe pedicure $60 for lavender soak, scrub, heated towels, hot stone massage and gel pedi.💅🦶👍 Super friendly and very relaxing!

I had Sara and she was very attentive with my nails, but finished in a reasonable amount of time. I got an acrylic set with gel polish and it looks great. My only thing is that their matte polish did not maintain more than a couple days.

I just left bay state nails and loved it. The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. The salon is really clean. I loved how my pedicure came out, perfectly shaped. I loved how she took her time and didnt rush usually nails salon rush and are quick to attend other clients. My full set came out fabulous, I love the color and the way it came out. Sofia was the one who attended me. Im for sure coming back! I had no bad experience. Sofia really takes her time and is very detailed. I loved that. Thank you so much!!

Great little nail shop with reasonable prices..Very nice owners that take care of their customers, had a broken nail and wasnt due for a fill, nail was fixed and polish was changed at no cost to me. This place is a hidden gem.

First time here - really clean salon, good prices and they do the works with hot towels, lotion, free bottled waters. Each set of nail tools are in sealed steri pouches, always a welcome sight! And of course the manicure came out looking great :)

Not sure if the management changed but my sister went here twice and both times her manicure has led to her nails being cleaned in such a way that finger started bleeding. This place used to be great and our go-to but recently it has gone downhill

I had a very bad experience. Two employees started fighting and they had to call the cops while I was the only customer in the store. The woman doing my nails did not ask me how I wanted them so I was very displeased with how they came out. She was also on the phone with the cops while doing my nails. Several times she also got up and walked away to deal with the fight. I understand fights happen but there are better ways to handle that. After all that, I had to pay full price.
