I have a contract with Window Ninjas to clean the gutters and wash all the windows in my home. They come every 4 months and do a wonderful job. No more ladders for me!

Window Ninjas was supposed to be at our house at 9:00 am on Wednesday May 5th. I scheduled this appointment back in March. I received a phone call at 8:52 am this morning to get told we will not be there today. The truck we were using broke down? The manager called me a day later and was able to get us re-scheduled for the following week. The two workers that came out were very nice and professional. However, a screen was not put back and we found some window sills that did not get cleaned which were supposed to be part of the cleaning package. We also had to clean up some of the solution they used to clean the windows as it dripped on to the frames of the window. For the better part, they did a good job. I am sure with the overall volume of accounts they have to get to, they have to move quick to get job to job. I wish they had taken a little bit longer and inspected their work. I do not blame it on the workers. I know during this time businesses are struggling finding people to work.

Quoted me one price and then demanded a higher price when job was done. When I told them I was quoted a lower price when they called me to solicit my business, they vehemently argued with me and said they did not offer me that price, and then said the person that called me was new and should not have offered that price if they did. They also did not clean one of my windows and promised to return to complete the job, but never did. I will never use this company again! Beware!

I was concerned about the amount of pressure used to wash house. Antwan and Cameron were very careful and the house turned out great ☺️.. windows are sparkling and cleaned. Appreciated they took the time to clean the bottom of the sliding door. Great job.

Two appointments and two no shows or callback. I’m not wasting any more of my time with this company. If I could rate as 0 stars I would.The response is inaccurate in that the company DID NOT call and advise me of them rescheduling from the first day nor did they call stating they were running behind on the second day. I only received a call when they arrived to the area at 4:30pm for an 11:30am-12noon appointment. The person who called me at 4:30pm stated. I refused them access as I had waited until 2pm before leaving to complete other things that had to be done that day.

Had the entire house pressure washed and cleaned, and the windows done. They did a great job, and were professional throughout the entire process. Great company!

The guys were on time, personable and thorough. In addition to washing the windows inside and out, we had them clean the window tracks and screens and power wash the drive, walkway, patio and screen porch. All furniture and planters were returned to their original places and screens and window blinds reset properly. Due to Covid, they wore masks and shoe coverings whenever they were inside the house. Really a first-rate job.

Horrible! Sloppy work, left window grids they took out on the beds, never put back, screens not put back in properly. Was misled that they clean also the window sills and was told they dont and was told they do everything by hand but they didnt they sprayed because I think the guys just didnt feel like getting up on ladders. Very sloppy work would never use them again!

Ive used Window Ninjas twice now. I had them clean all our windows last year. We have over 40 windows in our house, so thats no small task. Their crew of two finished that job a lot faster than I expected and the results were great. This year we had them clean our dryer vent and gutters. The guys who came to do that were friendly and got the job done quickly. I wont hesitate to contact them again if and when Im in need of the services they provide.

They did our home first and did such a great job, we called them back to do our fence. There was a miscommunication as to what parts of the fence were to be done, and once they realized the mistake, they came right back out and finished the rest of the fence without charging us anything extra! Fantastic work. Last year we asked a firm to do the same work; their results were not even close to the results of Window Ninjas. The house looks new; and the gutters have never been this clean. If your house is relatively new and gutters are starting to have gray/black streaks running down them, this company can make them look like new. Best of all they give you a 10% discount off your next service. We’ll definitely be back.
