I had my home pressure washed by Completely Clean Power Washing last month and they did an amazing job! They showed up a few minutes early and introduced themselves. They walked all the way around my home, located the water spigots, and verified exactly what was needed. They got right to work and a couple of hours later my home was spotless! Made an appointment to have the driveway, front walkway, and front porch pressure washed. Overall, the quality of work was amazing and the concrete looks brand new, but there were a few mishaps.First, when transitioning from the driveway to the walkway some dirt was blown out of the expansion joint all over the garage door and siding and the technician performing the work did not clean it afterwards. Second, it seemed like the technician moved everything off of the front porch except the doormat and proceeded to pressure wash the porch and the doormat, which is now ruined (it was a custom mat with our last name which is now only partially visible). Last (and by far the biggest mishap), the technician did not clean all of the dirt/sand/debris that was washed from the driveway away from the driveway entrance, which left about an inch of filth that got tracked back onto the driveway when my wife and I got home this evening.I spent about an hour and a half correcting mishaps #1 and #3 (unfortunately, the doormat is beyond saving) this evening. Afterwards, I contacted Travis (the owner) to discuss the issues and he was professional to a tee. He was extremely apologetic, understanding, and was not satisfied with the work performed even though I assured him that, overall, I was pleased. He refused to accept any sort of payment (I wanted to at least pay for the cleaning chemicals that were used), offered to come and correct the issues personally, and even offered to replace the ruined doormat to the best of his ability.Although the work wasnt perfect, the customer service was. This is probably the best customer service Ive ever received and, for that reason, I highly recommend using Completely Clean Power Washing.
