Not only did he do my house but my mothers and all the driveways in her neighborhood. I just had a great experience with Michael’s Pressure Washing. He washed our house yesterday and did outstanding work. We had a couple of requests for areas to avoid, he listened and the work turned out exactly as I asked. At the same time I called Michael, I also called two other companies for a price quote. He explained the process, his chemicals etc. We had trees stain our roof and he was able to clean it without granular damage. Our roof looks brand new! Where do I start?The white truck with the big teddy bear on top showed up...We did the roof, siding, windows, brick, rear deck, driveway, pool decking. RearGotta say the roof came out the most impressive! This house had a ton of trees 2 yrs ago but now youd never know it.Exterior looks brand new!Attention to what not do was very appealing! Had cheap guy once and all my fascia was chipping off later on.Also, they did some extra work painting handrails, siding areas and stained/sealed the deck. All looks brand new now!Very happy- the house looks brand new!!!

Michael & his team are always courteous & professional, he keeps his schedule & they know their business. A lot of people think just pick up a pressure washer & youre in business but they know when to use high pressure & when to use low pressure. They also know what chemicals to use to accomplish the job & not leave the surrounding vegetation burned or dead. Michael and his crew came today when I was at work. It was dark by the time I got home so I cant tell how the house looks yet but the front and back porches look good. My issue with Michael is that he sent me an invoice for payment while I was still at work and then when I didnt pay him within 5 hours (because I was still at work and then driving home in traffic), he sent me 4 texts insinuating that I was skipping out on paying him ! He was very rude. I would suggest making sure that you pay him immediately at the time of service to avoid texting harassment if you are going to use his company.

Michael and his crew of 2 men recently washed our stucco home and deck and exterior brick stairways.Our soffits had quite a bit of mildew on them and my wife and I were thinking that they would need to be painted. However, after Michael’s cleaning we were happy to see that the soffits look just fine and probably won’t need painting for another few years.We also had some mild staining on the stucco siding in many places and I had sprayed straight bleach on those stains to no avail. Ordinary bleach had no effect on those stains. But Michael’s formula of bleach plus surfactant completely removed them.One minor complaint: Michael told us that our windows would dry spot free. They didn’t. We will need to wash all of our exterior windows. We weren’t expecting the house washing to leave us with perfectly clean windows, but Michael shouldn’t have made that claim.That aside, the house and deck look great. Michael and his crew did an excellent job.
