Great job overall - service tech was courteous and helpful. I did not like the mess from the gutters that was left (no fault to them) and would suggest maybe that be a service they include in the future.

Everyone was courteous and efficient. Gave great tips on how to fix other gutter problem.

I have had Labor Panes do work at two different properties and have always had great results and customer experiences. They do great work at a great value. I have had them pressure wash my houses, decks, sidewalks, and driveways - very satisfied customer.

Got a $50 coupon in the mail from this company for a house washing. Called to make an appointment but was told that the coupon would not be honored for the full value of $50 because the coupon wasnt correct. (even though I was holding the coupon in my hand and read it to the Labor Panes receptionist) she said she would only take off $30 but not $50 & then asked me if I wanted to book an appointment. This became no longer about the money...Kinda sounds remarkably like bait & switch to me...

We were very happy with our house pressure washing results. I almost did not include the window cleaning and driveway wash but glad I did both--the windows are cleaner than I could ever get them, and the driveway looks like new.

Great service! I had my windows cleaned and two workers came to complete the service. They were efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. They took the time to answer questions and thoroughly checked the seals and let me know any issues they saw, which were very minimal - mainly just one broken seal on a very small window tucked out of sight. Also, they arrived in the window of time given when I scheduled the service. I will be using their services from now on and would recommend them highly!

The Labor Panes workers did a very good job power washing my house at what I believe was a fair price. They showed up on time and were easy to work with. I would use them again.

The two young men were very nice and knowledgeable with questions that I had with the process. I love how my plastic fence enclosure for my recycle and trash cans came out, looks like new. My only disappointment was with the cement pad on my porch where my front door is located. It is a covered place that gets NO sun thus I could not see much improvement in that area. The brick steps, driveway, and short sidewalk up to the brick steps looks great. One tiny issue was that a lot of the debris/mud was left at the end of my driveway so when I took a walk of course I walked in the mud and spread it on my clean driveway.

I had Labor Panes powerwash my historic downtown home in May 2017 and hired them again this year (April 2018) because they did such a great job! Easy to book over the phone after receiving a reminder email, the technician (Cameron) was professional and called ahead of appointment to confirm (he was running early), and house looks beautiful again. All at an affordable price, too! Plan to call them again in 2019!

I asked them to re-install a shutter blown down weeks earlier by hurricane Florence which they agreed to do did for a nominal extra charge. When hanging the shutter Dan Happick discovered a hole in the roof that opened beneath shingles damaged three months prior by an insurance adjusters mis-step. Dan volunteered to cover the hole, and even made an extra trip to install my tarp, all offered at no extra charge.
