I had a gutter cleaning company come to clear the gutters. One downspout was so badly clogged up the water from the power washer couldnt flow through. They informed me the downspout would have to be replaced. I called two gutter repair companies and they said they would come take a look and give me an estimate. Both of them did NOT show up nor called to let me know theyre not coming. I found G & S Gutters on the internet and saw they had very good reviews. I called and spoke with Glen, explained the problem and sent him some pictures. He said he would fix it which he did within two days, and at a very reasonable price. Instead of having to replace the entire downspout, his two-man crew took down the downspout, took out a huge plug of hardened dirt and reinstalled the downspout. All in less than an hour. GREAT work! Glen is very knowledgeable in gutters. He made very helpful recommendations on how to divert water away from our foundation. He and his crew installed gutters and gutter guards on our house and our rental. Their work is impeccable, so much so that we are hiring them to install gutters on our daughters new home. G & S would get 10 stars from me! Its nearly impossible find any company with this type of customer-service oriented work ethic any more! After hiring at least 10 contractors for post-Florence damages I can honestly say that Glen is the only one that came through for me in a timely manner. Others had a lot of promises that were either never fulfilled or I was put off one more week time and time again. Glen quoted the job the first day I inquired, was there within 2 days to start the job, and even came out on a morning (3 days before the job was due to be finished) in anticipation of rain later in the day to finish the job to make sure my flower beds were protected from the impending rain gush! Called the next day to ensure my needs were met and all gutters were working properly. They were and are........top notch service, quality product, friendly and honest - you cant go wrong hiring these guys!!
