My home was in the middle of renovations when a storm ripped the protective tarp off of our exposed roof and poured into our living space. Jonathan and his team (Ricardo, José and Heiry) were on site the very same night. The structural damage was already done, but thanks to their quick response most of our personal belongings in the room below were protected. In addition to limiting the damage on the night of the storm, they performed cleanup and evaluation. It was a 2 day process removing mold in our apartment the first day Jack and Julian came in showing me and explaining to me what they were doing what the treament was and so forth. The second day Mike and Sam came to finish the work oh man they discovered more mold they worked for up to 6 hours straight to make sure that they were no more molds in the kitchen. What was impressive was about them was the patience they had, their great customer service skills and how tirelessly they work to get the work done. Like our health matters to them because mold is dangerous.

Jonathan was an amazing project manager. His responsiveness was hugely important to us and he exceeded expectations. Ishmael and Odalis were on the emergency dispatch crew and were at our house very quickly which was incredible given that we were facing water damage from an overflowed bathtub in the apartment above us. They assessed the situation quickly and got to work. Julian and Sam did and excellent job completing the repair work and all was done within a week and over a holiday weekend!

Great experience with Serve Pro after our furnace exploded. Jonathan responded right away. He was always available to answer any questions we had. Clean up was fast. Reggie and Juan did a fantastic job cleaning our basement. They were punctual and worked quickly to get our house cleaned up.

SERVPRO to the rescue! When my hot water heater erupted on Sunday of a three-day weekend, Project Manager Jonathan and his crew of Hector and Juan were there in a flash. They took great care with my personal belongings. Hector and Juan moved items with thoughtfulness and concern. Items werent just stuff to get out of the way...they treated them as if they were their own. On Wednesday, Jonathan returned and continued to oversee the project with Ishmael and Franklin who worked as a team to remove the blowers and dehumidifiers only after confirming there was no water damage to the walls and they were completely dry. Im grateful to SERVPRO and their teams of experts. What a horrible way to meet such wonderful professionals.

Dillon did a fabulous job of coordinating things. He made the process of dealing with a leak in the house and subsequent damage seamless for me. His team- Reggie, Juan and Julian were incredibly thorough- super conscious of keeping the area contained to avoid spreading dust/mold/etc around the house. I am so grateful for how efficient and conscientious they were. Dillon was also very mindful of the dogs and kids and made sure that the process would be minimally disruptive to them which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them again.

Great team led by Jonathan (project manager) and his crew was Hector, Ricardo, Silvio, and Juan who together sorted a flood in our condo. Time was a real concern as we had the condo up for sale. We were assigned a ServPro project manager through a recent insurance claim. We were very impressed with how quickly Jonathan reached out and made himself available. He quickly organized what needed to happen with some water issues. Very quickly he had an environmental tester on site. Testing was done in 24 hours when Jonathan then had his crew on site. His crew of Reggie and Juan were extremely polite and really worked to keep the house clean! Overall, we were VERY pleased with the work. Jonathan also has followed up to ensure all is in order.

Jon was extremely responsive when I reached out to ServPro late on a Sunday evening on the mist of the pandemic lockdown. His crew, Sam, Reggie & Ishmael, came out quickly (within 30 minutes!) and went to work quickly to ensure the proper protocol was taken to begin drying out our building from tidal water that had backed up through the city drainage system and into our building’s parking garage and into the building. They were on extremely responsive, on time, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I am hoping we do not need their services again anytime soon, but I the unfortunate event we do I would not hesitate to call Jonathan immediately.

Unfortunate events seem to occur at the worst possible times. In the case of my home, I was out of the country when water from an upstairs bathroom leaked into the ceiling and walls resulting in a fair amount of water damage to the kitchen below. A call to SERVPRO of Boston while I was overseas connected me with project manager Jonathan, who responded immediately on-site to inspect and assess the damage. Jonathan communicated with me throughout the process, even considering time-zone differences, and made all necessary arrangements to contain the damage and coordinate the work needed to remedy the situation. Crew chief Hector and technician Silvio performed all work expeditiously and to the highest of standards to prepare the affected areas for my plumbing and building contractors to complete their work properly and safely. Suffered a catastrophic sewer line collapse just before the Veterans holiday weekend causing sewage to flood my finished basement. Jonathan Marcianic and his teams led by Samuel and Hector were amazing. Fast, responsive and great about getting air scrubbers into the home even before the official cleanup began. Teams worked emergently even after working a full day on a separate job and Jonathan was great about working with my insurance company so I could avoid the hassles of bills and reimbursement.
