ATI worked marvelously. We had a nasty molds in our basement and its affecting our health. I called them and they were able to clear out the molds.

Had a pipe burst on one of our bathroom. Called ATI and they were able to fix the problem in no time. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

David Babin calmed our fears and was really knowledgeable and organized.

This is an open letter to homeowners about company called ATI. Theyre calling it says they are full service excellence in restoration environmental reconstruction. We had a flood and fire in our apartment the ceiling was pulled down there was a special those contamination of my brand-new furniture and water damage as well damage as well. The worst part was being locked out of our apartment and leaving our possessions in the hands of strangers for seven weeks. When our stuff was returned our worst fears were confirmed and some of our most precious items were missing. Including an antique lamp and a pair of very expensive speakers. Lamp and a pair of very expensive speakers. Our initial action was to ask AN Ati representative and regional manager for assistance. He said he would look into the matter and resolve it to our satisfaction. That was In April. To this day we keep being told this matter is being looked into and have gotten no other response. In 2 months this seems excessive... to say the least we are very unhappy with how ati delt with our situation and we would like to warn other consumers about their unprofessional behavior.
