The Deck attached to our home developed quite a bit of mold as there is very little sun in that area. SEERVPRO OF HOCKESSIN/ELSMERE Responded with very professional associates and cleaned the entire area. Their Customer First Ethos is outstanding.

A busted pipe in my very large basement, led to 4 or 5 inches of water, flooding the whole place. My basement was full of storage. Everything & anything you could name. Some in Rubber Maid tubs, but lots in cardboard boxes. Anyway, I make my claim to State Farm, which went smooth ... but the BEST result was getting this Hockessin DE Servpro company to my home. The crew was supervised by Matt Sheehan. A great guy. Respectful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In fact the whole crew was the same. Matt took charge. Explained every step of the way, as this was my FIRST insurance claim. He treated my basement, like it was his own. I had some irreplaceable memorabilia, pictures, papers etc. etc. that got soaked. Matt went out of his way to separate each piece carefully, and placed near the fan(s) & dehumidifier(s) they brought. Matt and his crew tell me each day when they will arrive. And every day they promptly arrive at the time given. if you need Servpro, get the Hockessin/Elsmere Servpro, and make sure that you ask for Matt Sheehan ... and to Hockessin Servpro... whatever youre paying Matt, isnt enough IMO. The young man deserves a RAISE !!

This company is very disorganized, rude and unprofessional. They went behind my back and changed my insurance company’s assessment. What a slime ball! My experience was horrible.

My washing machine overflowed onto my hardwood floors and down in to my basement. Servpro Hockessin/Elsmere was recommended by my Insurance carrier. They did a fantastic job! They came within hours and dried everything out, including laundering my items from the washer and the towels I had used. I did not lose my hardwood floors. The team was polite, efficient, and overall excellent. I hope I never see them again, but if I have another emergency, they will be my first call. Thank-you!
