I did not have an appointment and I came in with a flat tire, the car did not come with a lug wrench key. Jermey was able to order a new key as well as get the spare tire on the car. They even washed the car. Everything was done under 30 minutes. I really appreciate the efficiency and customer service. Will be a returning customer again.

BMW, they wanted to charge over $14,000.00 for well known timing chain problem. This is due the redesign engine on 2012 to 2015 models. They are not accepting the liability and they are not willing to pay for the repair.

This place is awesome and most of the people there are outstanding. However my service rep was not so awesome thats why I gave 4stars.

Not good, i asked for an appointment and they just figured out if they could do it or not(a service).Lady at the phone when i called hang up suddenly and didntlet me finish what i said.Bad service!Thought bmw wanted money.the worst service i ever seen.Not recommended

Terrible! They charge u way too much and dont fix things when they say. I dont recommend at all. If you live Northern Delaware it sucks because they are the only bmw dealer. Their communication is also very bad.
