Dylan and his team went above and beyond to handle several miscellaneous issues in a short window of time. After rushing parts in they made sure I was comfortable in a rental not to disrupt my busy lifestyle. Two days later I had my Jeep back and all was safely taken care of for my peace of mind. Could not have had a better experience. Stopped by just to look at a 2018 Jeep and wound up driving off in my dream 2021 Jeep. Jordan was incredible through the whole process - no pressure and kept us laughing the entire time. Brian in finance was also fantastic, explained the extended warranty to me top to bottom and again, no pressure. Had zero intentions of buying a Jeep today but I am so glad I did and had an amazing experience doing so! Cannot recommend Jordan Brown enough!!

This was one of the best experiences that I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. When I saw the vehicle online I quickly requested to be contacted. Tim Collins contacted me shortly afterwards, & well the rest is history. He was so helpful, kept me informed throughout the whole process, & was extremely professional which is oftentimes lacking in the customer service industry. Most importantly the pickup process was super quick. I would definitely refer Tim in the future!

I want to thank all the gentlemen that helped me buy my Rubicon Jeep. Adam Wells let me sit and explore a couple of Jeeps as I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Gladiator or the Wrangler Jeep. He stayed with us and answered all our questions.. he knows his product well. I fell in love with the Rubicon Wrangler right down to its soft leather seats.. so he let me test drive it that day. There was no pressure from him to buy although I know that Jeep’s lately don’t stay on their lot very long.. He offered to give me a quote with my trade in and it was very fair so I jumped on it the next day. While I was working he ran through all the papers and when I arrived after work he had the Jeep ready to go and between him and Kevin Fox my papers were signed, put on a convenient thumb drive, and THEN even though it was dinner time, Adam stayed and got in the Jeep and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the computer screen, settings, apps, etc until I felt comfortable enough to do it on my own. All of these guys are kind and thorough. Even the next day when I was having technical problems with the UConnect app, his IT person, Patrick helped me resolve my problem in about 10 minutes. I am an extremely happy and satisfied customer. Thank you guys so much for helping me find and purchase this Jeep. I love it so much!! Can’t wait to have some fun adventures in it.

I had purchased a vehicle from Hendrick Dodge Jeep Ram or Wilmington that was brought in from a dealership in Fayetteville. The car was as perfect from the outside like the pictures displayed it online.However the car was not properly detailed. There were crumbs and chips under and in between the seats. There was stains on the dashboard from a chemical that wasn’t for dashboards. I payed money out of my pocket to get it detailed. Mind you it is the second day owning the car.The check engine oil came on the 3rd day and I contacted the dealership and I had to bring it back because no one did an oil change to the vehicle.A week later I am on a road trip in the vehicle when the front left tire starts to peel off as soon as I entered Georgia. I almost lost control of the car a couple of times getting to the dealership. This car was not fit for the road especially in Atlanta traffic.I had to go out of my way to a Hendrick dealership. The issue wasn’t the tires. It was the alignment both tires in the front were peeling. The alignment with tires came out to almost $950. It took longer for the dealership in Georgia to get I. Contact with the Wilmington dealership to send the bill than to fix the issue.Hendrick dodge jeep ram dealership’s issue isn’t the salesman. It’s issue is with quality.I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. It is not the salesman’s fault the car was having issues. He/she doesn’t do the inspections, oil changes or details the car it’s the dealerships job.Do yourself a favor when you purchase a car from this dealership and take your car to a mechanic and get it inspected.

My husband traded in his truck for another truck (used Toyota Tundra) about a month ago & we couldnt have asked for a better experience from start to finish. He initially reached out via online chat about the Tundras specifics and the team provided quick/accurate info. When he decided that he wanted to pursue testing/purchasing the truck he got in touch with Joe Speaker. He was great through the entire process! He was very genuine and kept us laughing. The absolute worst experience that you could have having your car serviced. Thinking that it would be nice to let someone else do the oil changes and the tire rotations and all of those things, instead of doing it myself, I purchased a service package when I bought the car from this dealership. When I picked my car up from the dealership there was a receipt for services rendered in the front seat States clearly that they rotated the tires and they changed the oil and the oil filter so when I got to my house I took my little extension mirror to look at the numbers that I write on the inside of my tires so that I know where they are in their rotation life....... THEY ARE ALL IN THE SAME POSITION!!!! So basically the service center lied to me. How could I possibly be confident that these people would provide the correct service thats necessary for my vehicle after they have lied to me? The simple answer is I cant I would always cast doubt upon anything they said because of this. No one at that dealership will ever put their hands on my car again ever so I go ahead and warn everybody that reads this: Im not saying dont buy a car from this dealership the sales staff is excellent but I would suggest strongly that you make arrangements for service in a different area than their service center at that dealership theyre horrible.

I want to highlight the incredible experience that I had today with the entire service team at Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Wilmington. A visitor on vacation, I had a pretty serious electrical problem with my 2016 Ram 1500 Sport. The service team quickly booked an appointment for the same morning. Upon arrival, the service team greeted me with courtesy and a friendly attitude. The Service Advisor listened carefully to my service concerns and the symptoms I experienced before passing the truck to the service technician. He kept me informed throughout the service appointment, to include the nature of the problem, the repairs necessary, and the estimated cost. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided a masterful solution and completed the repair in a professional, friendly way with clear quality. The repair cost was reasonable and I believe that I received incredible, quality service. So impressed by the entire team today. Thank you for recruiting and hiring great employees, who clearly care about customers.

Double and triple check everything when you get the extended warranty. Purchased an extended warranty while the dealership was still Neuwirth. Was explained the lifetime warranty process and no issues there but was told the extended warranty would have me covered up to 160,000 miles. That wound up being false. The warranty started the second I left the lot vs when the manufacturer warranty expired. Now I need service work and have paid for a warranty that serves no purpose.

While on vacation from Michigan our air condition went out. Hendrick got us in immediately and even had a rental car for us to use. Vincent Bing kept us up to date and had it all taken care of. Routine oil change for 6 month was completed although only had about 2,700 miles ( not usual 5,000 miles accumulated). Was not allowed to use my last pre-paid oil change in package I purchased. So lost my $60.00, and in addition had to pay $259.00 for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Had package been honored, cost would have been$129.00 for alignment.Was in on 08-23-21, and management stated package expired Sunday, 08-22-21... Although first available appointment I was offered was 08-23-21, and was advised package would be honored, no problem. My service advisor did his best,but it was Managements decision.

I was happy to be able to get my vehicle serviced so fast. I have no issues there. However, the customer service was less than par. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle there were three agents at their stations. None of which greeted me or the other patrons that followed in behind me. My agent, Brandi, was on the phone with a customer when I walked in. She saw me and once she got off the phone, she then immediately made another phone call as I was standing right there. After standing there for several more minutes, it wasn’t until the gentleman behind me spoke up and asked if we were going to be help as more people entered the room. The other agent, who was on his cell phone became super rude towards him and snapped at him saying that he was going to get him checked in shortly. If this is how your customer service agents are going to treat customers, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. It was very disappointing.

The service itself was good but since they did not fix my tire leak issue the first time you dont get a good review for the repeat visit. Also the service advisors like to chit chat out of customer view with people waiting. I should also note that the chit chat is not work related because you can hear them and talking about someone dedicating in a urinal is not related to auto service as far as I am aware.

Everyone here is great. First off, I came in for service and an appraisal after wearing masks for Covid was no longer mandatory for vaccinated people. Im vaccinated, but I was still wearing one. I came in and noticed nobody else had one on, which is fine. However, Amanda, my service advisor, and Josh, my appraiser, both put one on for me even without me saying a word about it, which was very courteous and considerate.The service I received exceeded expectations, AND they even waived a fee for something I should have been changed and have already agreed to pay for. HENDRICKS has the best team I have ever encountered at a dealership. The service department is exceptional! Vincent acknowledges the customers as if they are the only person in the place. ( all of the associates as well)I appreciate Chad stepping up and initially getting the process started. No wait time. Had an appointment, was told to wait because the car would be looked at soon and needed repair would be discussed. 2 hours later, I was told my car needed a battery replaced. 1/2 hour later, after looking at my repaired car from the waiting room window for 20 minutes, I went up to my assigned service coordinator and asked when they might be done. I was told, it’s been ready but they were busy and didn’t get a chance to tell me.I understand many businesses are understaffed, but the communication was completely lacking.

I generally have decent experiences when getting my Jeep serviced at this establishment. When I called to make an appointment, I was reminded to wear a mask when bringing my vehicle in for service. Upon my arrival, I noticed that there was a sign on the entrance door to the Service Department clearly indicating that all patrons entering the facility should wear a mask. Of course I had my mask on going inside; however, I noticed that there several patrons, not wearing a mask and some of the employees working there were not wearing their masks properly,. Masks were over the mouth only, masks were completely under their chins or just hanging around their necks. Needless to say, I felt very uncomfortable, especially considering the current COVID-19 Delta variant spike. Obviously, the mask requirement was not only being blatantly ignored, it wasnt being enforced to keep patrons safe. As a result, I am considering taking my vehicle elsewhere for services where the business is committed to ensuring the safety of their patrons and employees.

Salesperson - useless, not clear exactly what their job description is. I have no idea how to use all the options on my new Jeep.Financing/Signing - painless and fastDelivery - vehicle was damaged (wrecked bumper) and delivered to me without salesperson/dealership acknowledging damage. Absolutely unacceptable and shady. It has been repaired at their expense but was a hassle.Only issued one key- was given a second after arguing with salesperson, emailing GM and a phone call to the sales manager. HassleOverall - I do not trust this dealership and dread having to use them for my service contract over the next three years.Service Dept - Excellent, especially Shell at the rental desk.

Being on vacation 1,100 miles from home and having cooling system issues is not a good thing. After searching for a dealership to try, I contacted Hendrick to help with our Grand Cherokee. I called and explained what the issue was that I was having. I was able to get in the same day for an appointment.I can honestly say that this was the BEST service experience that I have ever had. Amanda was second to none. She worked with our extended warranty provider to make sure that everything but the deductible was covered. I got her the name and number for the provider and she took care of the rest. Amanda contacted me after a tech looked it over and diagnosed that the water pump needed replacing. She explained everything that was found and the plan of attack for the work to be completed. The work was completed on-time and allowed us to make it back to Wisconsin confident that we were not going to have anymore issues.I wish that they could bring their dealership and service to Wisconsin. We certainly could use a reliable and honest dealership that knows how to take care of their customers. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, various dealerships might save you a few bucks on a new vehicle, but their follow-up service might be nearly non-existent. Customer service in the service department are critical to any good experience. Well, service and a fixed vehicle that is.I HIGHLY recommend Hendrick in Wilmington for all of your vehicle needs. If you have service needs, I hope that you end up with Amanda as your Service Advisor as she will take great care of you. My wife and I purchased a Jeep Gladiator from here and had a very pleasant experience. A couple of weeks ago, we test drove one with Jesse Mallett and he was extremely nice and not pushy at all. When we entered the dealership today, we asked for Jesse to help with our purchase. I’m so glad he was there. Jesse is super nice and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would have to say after going a few times the customer service there is great never have an issue with any of the employees they are always polite and attentive . Only thing I have an issue with is how dodge charges you for every little thing like updates and diagnostics. I think they fall tremendously short on a good maintenance package like other vehicle makers are able to provide.

I bought my Ram at this location in 2018. I only have it serviced here as I know it will be handled professionally. The service advisors are amazing and help point me in the right directions when I am confused! I would recommend either Brandi or Aaron as they are very knowledgeable! I am delighted to report that Patrick Dean is a real person (I called him as suggested below!) I thought the response to my review was made up but after talking with Patrick, I am sure it wasnt. He explained Hendrick has many processes in place to ensure customers are satisfied with their service and products! I am changing my rating and have faith in both the customer service and technical expertise.******************************Truthfully, the customer experience for me was very average but what really dropped my rating down a star was when I overheard how the Service Advisor talked to other customers! I was waiting and heard the interaction between the Service Advisor and three customers checking into their service appointment and I couldnt believe how rude and curt he spoke to customers when answering questions the customer was concerned about. The answers were not only sounded flippant but he didnt even look the customer in the eye while talking - he continued to look at the computer screen.Luckily my warranty issue was fixed by the team working in the garage on my car without any problems. But while waiting for my vehicle, I did hear three new car owners complain about issues with their vehicles.

Horrible experience with buying and servicing your vehicle. Originally bought a vehicle in 2015 while it was still Neuwirth. We were able to get oil changes and service completed at a local dodge dealer since we are over an hour away from Wilmington. Later, when going to trade in the 1st vehicle, found out it had been wrecked prior to our buying it and wasnt worth half of the payoff amount left. Had to go back to Neuwirth for trade-in against our better judgement, just to get a little extra (still not near payoff) in 2018. They turned around and listed that wrecked vehicle for more than our original payoff amount. Now on vehicle #2 from them, we are forced to drive over an hour for oil changes and any service. You can never get an appointment in a decent time frame, have to wait all day for completed service, and they find a way to wiggle out of any service warranty through all of the pages of very fine print.

My last car buying experience was not pleasant. Adam, Allen, Brian and the team at Hendrick made this experience superb. I have never felt at such ease with purchasing a vehicle. The employees really seem to love what they do and care about their customers. To hear employees of a car dealership working for the same company for 8+ years or more is almost unheard of in this industry, but the employees at Hendrick say it with pride. In June a defect appeared on the touchscreen on my 2018 Dodge Challenger T/A plus. It appeared as a large air bubble that interfered with the operation of the vehicle. On further study I learned that this is common problem with this particular radio assembly. The touchscreen delaminates causing it to to operate erratically and the vehicle was just out of its warranty period. I approached Hendrick Dodge and Dodge Cares and through the efforts of the service advisor Amanda Clairemont who coordinated the entire process the repair was completed on 8/19 flawlessly. I cannot praise Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT or its parent Stellantis enough for the quality of the customer service I received with the support of it’s management employees and suppliers. I purchased my truck from Neuwirth in 2015 with a factory lift kit. I have had constant trouble with the suspension and alignment. When Neuwirth owned the business they acknowledged that there was an issue and even paid for 2 of the 4 tires that needed to be replaced. I went back about a month ago b/c of suspension issues and a speaking noise when I turned left. They said it do to the lift kit settling and they had to shave some metal off a knuckle to get the tires to stop rubbing and making the speaking noise. They didnt make me pay anything so I didnt complain after I had been there all day. A couple weeks ago I noticed the front 2 tires were wearing really bad on the inside so I took it back and they said it was b/c the tires are too big for the truck so I need to buy a smaller tire and found a set for $1800. I asked if they were going to help me with the tires since they do all the work to the truck and they put that size tire on with the lift kit. They said that was the best they could but they said they could have that tire the next day and were going to call me when they came in. The next day I waited for a call but never got one so I called the following day, Saturday, to see if the tires were there and they said yes. I asked if they could put them on that day and they said only if I could bring the truck and leave it all day.

My 2019 Ram 3500 had a broken A/C compressor bracket that spelled Catastrophe if not replaced soonest. The issue was much further complicated because my family was going on a 13 day vacation and I needed that truck. My wife and I paid $7,000.00 for the vacation.I was having custom wheel work done when the owner of the business told me about the broken A/C compressor bracket. He told me this must be replaced immediately!!From the custom shop parking lot, I called Hendrix Ram on Market St in Wilmington and talked to my Service Manager, Aaron. I explained the situation to Aaron and I could immediately determine Aaron understood the gravity of my predicament. He asked a few preliminary questions: Is my Ram driveable ? Then, do I feel comfortable driving my Ram to Hendrix? Do I need assistance?I immediately drove my Ram to Hendrix. Once inside the Hendrix Service Center, I.provided as much additional info to Aaron as I could recall. At that time, a member of the Service Team drove my pickup into the Repair Facility.Aaron told me him and his Team would evaluate my concern and determine the next step in repairing my Ram.A few hours later, Aaron called me with an update. He provided a detailed report on my cracked A/C compressor bracket. Aaron told me there was a shortage of that exact compressor bracket. And he’d come up with a solution as soon as he could. Aaron also told me he was confident I would be driving my Ram for our family vacation.The next day Aaron updated me with latest, he could not receive a replacement bracket for up to several weeks.Aaron then offered an immediate and workable solution. Remove an A/C bracket from another identical Ram and swap that out my broken unit.Naturally I agreed. In the background, there was my wife for me to deal with. She had herself convinced my Ram would not be repaired in time for our vacation. Which started in less than 48 hours.I told my wife I have absolute confidence that Aaron would exhaust ever supply chain option at his disposal. I further told my wife that Aaron is resourceful, knows his vehicle specs intimately well. I told my wife we will be driving our Ram on our vacation. I had and have that much confidence in Aaron. That he would make the necessary repair in now less than 36 hours.The one update from Aaron, with less than 24 hours to go until I needed my Ram, Aaron told me he had the part and the mechanic, who I can’’t say enough positive compliments about, would work late to install the A/C compressor bracket.To summarize, Aaron pulled off a magnificent repair, considering there were several significant conflicting issues, all in less than 48 hours.Aaron is a valuable frontline asset who clearly demonstrated his ability to complete the next to impossible. Last Thursday my husband, daughter and me stopped by to look at and test drive a Ram Rebel. Ashley helped us. She was very friendly. She asked us what we were comfortable with. Test driving the truck with or without her. We wanted her to come with us. We all wore our masks. My husband test drove the truck. She explained the truck’s features in great detail.
