The team completed a dozen trips for us (24 visitors) over the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. We stayed in 4 different vacation homes while the event was held in Wilmington. Easy email requests, invoicing, confirmations, and reminders. All of the SUVs, vans were clean and comfortable. The drivers professional, welcoming and flexible when necessary. I was flying into Wilmington from FL at midnight w/an end destination of Oak Island and couldn’t find a ride that I could book the night before. When I contacted Coastal, Robert texted me back w/in minutes and then spent the next day searching for another ride for me b/c he didn’t have anyone available. When the ride he found me became unavailable a few hours before I was to land, he texted me about the change and picked me up himself. He was waiting outside when I got there with the same humor and positive attitude he’d maintained from the beginning. Coastal provided me (single female traveling alone at midnight ) a safe ride 45 minutes away for a very reasonable price. Absolutely amazing service, beyond what I could have even expected.
