I had a few things going on with my truck, I called and dropped my truck off to them, they called me back within an hour or so to let me know what they found.. they repaired it and the problems are history. They were very prompt and professional and I will definitely be returning if I have any more problems.

My windshield washer pump was not working they said it was the arm on the steering wheel and suggested running a switch directly to the pump making the repair a lot cheaper then buying a new control arm. I drive a 2002 kia Optima and so I was happy to have a cheap fix. I am not trying to keep it factory new at this point I am trying to get to work in it. I actually like the cheap fix they came up with better. They have done a ton of work for my brother who recommended them to me. I started looking for a new mechanic when Triple A wanted 60 dollars to replace a H7 light bulb which is a two min job requires no tools and the bulb cost 10 dollars.

Visit 1“Do you do emissions testing?”“Yeah but the guy who does it isn’t here, come back later this week”Visit 2 (Later that Week)“Here for the emissions test”“Can’t do it today, come back Monday or Tuesday”Visit 3“Dropped off the vehicle this morning with the key, left a voicemail, haven’t heard back.”“Send us your registration”Sent registration.“What time will it be ready?”Radio silence.Went in person.“Is the vehicle ready?”“We’re not going to be able to get to it this morning. We’re backlogged and I decided to take the day off.”

The only reason for one star is, no option for less. Brought car in alternator not charging. They replaced the alternator and belt. Still not charging. Replaced PCM .still not charging. After going through the wiring harness, they said they couldnt find the problem. I trailered the car home and checked under the hood. They had put the belt on wrong. I fixed it and it started charging. Had to take it to another shop to fix what they messed up. Not a very pleasant experience. Never go back.

Nice shop, good people running it. I think they are way under staffed. Had my running diesel towed in 6 months ago. It took weeks to get in in and looked at. Every time it needed something it would get taken back out and sit for weeks until they had time to get back to it. Paid 150 to tow it there, $250 for a new starter that was $187.. $180 to install said starter. And then they charged me $200 (2 hours) to remove the engine bay harness,(which wasnt needed) that only took 20 mins to remove!! . Was charged for fluid disposal which I have no clue what was disposed of. And then had to pay another 150 to get it towed home. THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS, THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITH A PRICE OR WHATS NEEDED AND YOU WLNT HEAR ANYTHING FOR WEEKS. OR THEYLL GET A PRICE ON A PART AND NEVER DO IT!!Bottom line.It went in for p pump work that was never performed, had electrical work done that wasnt needed ( it needed a crank sensor installed that was missing) I paid $300 in tow bills, plus $600 to get my truck that was running returned to me NOT running! So I paid $900 to get my truck taken apart over a span of 6 months. Thank you OSC!For a added bonus my dipstick is missing, the same dipstick the owner asked me if Id be interested in selling for another one of his customers. I said no. Now its missing, and its one of the most expensive lipsticks ever made...
