Installed a water pump about 1.5 years ago for a reasonable price. The water pump went bad with14,000 miles on it! Not happy. As they packed up shop and dont exist anymore, I am out $850.

Awesome place. Better than dealer. They only fix what is needed. Dealer gave me a quote for 3.5k and it did not even include the part that was malfunctioning. This place did it for 250 and replaced the correct part.

I wouldnt trust my German stable with anyone other than James and his crew. They handle it all - from preventative service to tires to performance/aesthetic mods. AV Auto Worx does an amazing job. James is extremely knowledgeable and he knows exactly what it takes to get the job done correctly. They have done carbon cleaning, and various other jobs for my Audi RS4. They do custom performance work and routine maintenance like oil changes. The pricing is very competitive as well. Great group of guys, they know auto work because its clearly their passion. I drove from PA because a friend of mine highly recommended them, and they did not disappoint. They took the time to listen to my plans for my Audi S5 and even told me a few things I didnt know about my car that will help me get the most out of it.

I adore AV Auto Worx. James is wonderful and so nice, he definitely jumps through hoops to make sure your visit is pleasant. So professional, and I feel very comfortable trusting him and his staff to work on my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable and diverse. First of all, James is incredibly honest with his customers. Not only do his prices undercut local Audi shops by 40%, but the work is done professionally and the right way the first time. Nothing but good things for this shop.

So I went here because everyone raved about the service.......what a joke. Paid for a diag only to be told that my car was unsafe to drive because my wheel was gonna fall off. I was told that I wasnt allowed to leave the lot with my own car and if I tried to they would.call the cops on me. Now for 100 bucks they told.me I needed new wheel bearings, axles, hub assembly, all my turbo bolts were falling off and basically my car was going to explode but they had a guy whom for 50 bucks would tow.me off the lot so I called AAA. Upon further inspection by a competent mechanic one of my axle bolts was loose which I had asked them if they checked that and they stayed they did so we tightened down the bolt and what do you know problem fixed. AV Autoscam wanted close to 3000 dollars to fix my front end when all it was....a loose axle bolt. Oh and btw they never told me what the problem was that I went in there for which was a simple over boost issue. So basically was held hostage, and had my car on a lift for 4 hours which they looked at it for 10 minutes of moved my tire around and plugged in an obd2 scanner for 100 dollars.

James was easy to work with and solved my wiper motor problem quickly. I will only use James for all my Audi work from now on! Thank you!

This shop was recommended to me by a friend and I thank him. James and his crew are masters at what they do. My GTI is driving like new after 80k mile service (timing belt, cv joints, thermostat, carbon cleaning, cam follower). All this was done with a higher level of craftsmanship, and for a much better price than Winner VW. AV Auto Worx will be the only shop I go to from now on.

I took a used Jetta Sportwagen to James for a pre-purchase look over. He was recommended by another shop that was too busy to see me. He put the car up on the lift, taught me a lot about what to look for, ran diagnostics,took it out for a test drive, explained the service schedule, even helped figure out how to connect the bluetooth. He charged me more than reasonably. Its clear he knows all things Volkswagen/Audi inside and out, right down to those pesky little details that make all the difference. I live in Annapolis, but now Ive got to figure out a way to get my service done by James in Wilmington!
