Autobody repair work was scheduled and completed as promised.They even washed and vacuumed it prior to delivery.I also discovered that they do mechanical work as well.It was a great experience from start to finish.

I feel like lately its hard to find anyone who cares about the work they do. Thats why its important to give credit when someone takes pride in their work. These guys did an incredible job on my repair. Not only was the damage fixed, but every unrelated scratch was buffed out, the interior was cleaned, and the whole vehicle was shining. Couldnt be happier with the timeliness and quality of work. Well worth 5 stars.

Fantastic auto body shop! After my car got into an altercation with a no soliciting sign and my bumper got scuffed pretty good I got an accurate estimate on how much the fix would cost and how long that would take. Very much a rarity in the car repair business.

Triple Nickel Auto Body & Repair did a fantastic job restoring my car and totally eliminating the caustic odor left from the heat and fire. I cannot recommend Lee and Triple Nickel Auto Body & Repair in Wilmington, enough! I am a 29 year old female, and auto repairs are always a daunting experience. I ended up having a couple claims with my insurance, 1 for damage caused by debris on the highway that scratched my hood and broke my headlight. Another claim for hail damage. I let months go by before I went in for services because I was overwhelmed. I also had my windshield repaired by Safelite.The services I needed:New Tires,Oil Change,Trim on my window fixed (Safelite mistake), Headlight replaced,Hood Painted & repairedLee talked to my insurance for me, got all the paperwork squared away . He gave me multiple updates and got all this work done in a week and a half!! My car looks brand new. The paint matches perfectly and he even washed the exterior, my mats and wiped down the dash, steering wheel, seats, ect for corona safety.Couldnt be happier, & will be returning. My wife and I experienced different problems with our cars at the same time, and took both to Triple Nickel for repairs. Lee gave us a fair estimate on what it would cost to fix the issues, but also gave honest advice and recommended other alternatives given the age and overall condition of the vehicles.The office area of the shop was extremely clean. The staff took measures to avoid direct contact and sanitize pens or any other items that would potentially be shared or touched by other customers or employees.We are relatively new to the community and Triple Nickel gained new customers for as long as we remain in the area. We were treated with kindness, generosity, and honesty. While we hope to not need any additional servicing on our vehicles in the near future, whenever the time does come we will be sure to call Triple Nickel.

I recently had an accident that involved someone hitting the side of my vehicle. I was very impressed with how professional Lee (the owner of Triple Nickel) was with me. He told me when he could fix my car, and when it would be finished. When I got the car back, it was on time, clean, and the paint job matched perfectly. I was also in need of a new rim, which the insurance company was originally not going to pay for. However Lee was able to work with my insurance company to get the new rim included in the job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants a great job done on their vehicle. He is truly an honest and sincere business person. Just picked up our car that had some relatively minor bumper/rear quarter work done. Car looks great. Reasonable cost. Honest work (finished early in fact). Not that I want to be a frequent patron of a body shop - but would absolutely recommend. In fact, the owner (Lee) mentioned they also do general auto work - oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I plan on going back for that.

Highly recommended! We needed a repair for significant damage to our Nissan after a fender bender. We had initially planned to shop around for estimates; however, Lee and the other staff members at Triple Nickel were so friendly & helpful that we decided against shopping around and moved forward with them repairing our vehicle. I recently went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they said that I needed brakes. Today, I brought my car in to Triple Nickel in Wilmington expecting to spend $600 or so to get all four brakes done. I received a call and Lee, the owner, said that my brakes were totally fine and just bring it back in the fall to check them again. Most shops probably would have done them anyway, but I got out of there with no charge. I will definitely bring my car back there again!

After I was rear ended Lee did a wonderful job. He didnt have an opening for a week or so but he took it in early instead of risking water damage, as my trunk was partially ajar. He went above and beyond in replacing the parts as well as matching paint, I cant even tell there was damage. The best part about the whole experience is that he was able to fix everything before other auto body shops could even take an appointment. Highly recommend.

As many other reviews mention, Lee is a super nice and personable guy and answered all of my questions. Just like most people, Im always expecting to get walked all over when I go to a mechanic as I have a few times before, but this place is different.. they are very upfront, honest, and simply in business for the right reasons. I came to know Lee earlier this year after I hit a little deer. Had little damage in my car but got a big quote elsewhere. Came to Triple Nickel because of its great reviews and Lee didnt let me down. He tried to save for me as best as he can and my car turned out great without spending too much. This week I got some bad luck and had to go to a body shop again. I came here directly without hesitation. Again, solid work, quick turn time, and reasonable quote. Looking at the reviews here, it doesnt seem real that a body shop can even be this good. But after my experience with Lee at Triple nickel, its nothing but the truth. I called in with a lot of damage to my Infiniti from the snow storms and he told me I could come down within the hour and he will have a bay open for me. When I pulled up he was waiting outside and walked me through the whole process of how everything worked and what the initial estimate looked like s far as time and cost. And to top it all off he called in a favor with enterprise up the street and hooked me up big time with the rental car process too. I even got to leave the rental car at his shop when I picked mine up after it was done.He was very informative throughout the whole entire process, making sure everything was being fixed quickly and properly along the way. Another shop told me it would probably be about a month to get my car done and Lee had my car looking better than when I got it within 2 weeks.I have a pretty bad view of auto shops and I feel like the majority are shady and look to screw you over, but that couldnt be further from the case here. My car has a lot of aftermarket work done which makes it even harder to find a shop I can trust and he just earned a lifetime customer out of me. Ill never go anywhere else.

Ive been to a lot of body shops in my day. But never have I had someone take care of me like Lee at triple Nickle. I had no insurance money and he new I needed help he charged me half of what any other body shop wanted. On top of that the car came out perfect he did everything I wanted done and more. I also had some engine problem with my BMW which no one could figure out. His mechanic new BMW well cause the car has never run better. All in all great experience would recommend to anyone Lee is a good guy.

Brought my truck to Triple Nickel auto after it had failed an emissions test at another shop. That other shop had told me I needed a whole new exhaust system and two new brake lines. Turns out after having Triple Nickel inspect the truck, only one of the catalytic converters and only one of the brake lines were in need of replacement. Had the work done and now the truck is running great without having to pay the extra cost of unnecessary work.

Lee is nothing but a crook. I took my car to his shop and he absolutely ruined it with his low quality workmanship. It started with a hood that didnt close properly, then I discovered that the axle was leaking oil badly. One month later, I noticed an awful grinding noise every time I drove, and that turned out to be the wheelbearing that he replaced. Now Im having trouble with the suspension and the transmission and he is refusing to fix it. Ive spent thousands of dollars to get this car repaired to the same condition that it was before the accident and it is still not the same. He has no clue what he is doing! Stay away!

Stopped here during a snowstorm when one of my windshield wipers stopped working, I was helped immediately and with the tightening of one bolt the wiper was fixed, I was helped and back on the road in under 10 minutes free of charge. Great service, highly recommended!
