I loved having Allstate, I really did. But after receiving a car insurance quote for over $150 LESS for the EXACT same coverage I had to say Goodbye. When I called to see if theyd be willing to see what else they could do for me, whomever answered the phone was super nice but also informed me that the rates for all Allstate customers just increased. Another reason I had to go. But I still stand by them for 5 stars bc of the honesty and service.

They are very professional. I filed a claim and my claim representative Brittany Smith helped me tremendously! She was kind, empathetic and comforting. I couldnt have gotten a better Representative. I am extremely pleased with Allstate!!!!!

My personal experience with Allstate has been a good experience when my car was damaged by a hit and run driver they were there for me helpful me every step of the way. Debbie has been the person Ive spoken to every time i have a question and she has been very helpful.

I have been with the William Heydt Agency for years. Because of their attention to my needs and requests, it is difficult for me to imagine going any where else for my insurance.
