WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.I called this agency to transfer my auto policy and to get a renters insurance policy. The lady I worked with made me feel like I had to do all of their work and did not explain any details with me that I had to waste time and find out later. When I called to hopefully seal the deal frustratingly working through email I was advised the lady I was working with was off for that day. This was frustrating due to me explaining to the lady that I wanted to complete this as soon as possible. The lady that helped me in her place did not seem interested nor cared if I transferred my policy and advised me that I would have to use an E-check for payment (who uses checks) and get more information that I could have got the 1st 2 times I called the other insurance company. Frustrated I just went with another agency that actually seemed like they cared and wanted my business. Disappointed with my experience.
