Cary Lisbon is a wonderful agent. Every year my bank mortgage holder asks for piles of information about my flood insurance. Cary has stayed after hours to fax pages and pages of the policy to the bank. Of course, the bank never reads it until I call them at least twice. Cary is always ready to provide whatever information the bank asks for (twice even). She is just super and Id recommend her to anyone looking for a great insurance agent!

Pam Volz was a lifesaver during our home purchasing process on Holden Beach. We used her company for our flood insurance and she was able to help us navigate with the mortgage co that was trying to make us get more flood insurance than we were required to. During inspection the roof was fine. I found someone else with a better price & no issues with the roof.

Im a homeowner and an owner of two businesses (one since 1986) so Ive had some experience with every aspect of insurance. One of our current business needs special insurance as a farm, event venue and agri-tourism business. Needless to say many brokers, have no clue or policy resources. Our last broker didnt even have us classified as a farm and charged us twice as much as needed to the tune of $3,000 EXTRA. Very frustrating. Got a commercial policy thru these guys under a new llc of which the previous building had insurance no problem with them for 5 years. Pay an outrageous amount to start the policy only to have underwriters come in and say that couldn’t insure us no longer.I’ve asked for a refund of deposits since the policy couldn’t be continued and no luck of getting a call back from our agent or their supervisors....Do not do business with John Mieser or this insurance group... I hope this gets attention to right channels so I can have resolution to our situation.Edit: I forgot to mention this company is quick to cancel a policy but is non responsive to stopping the payments from account

I have been with this insurance agency for 3 years and always have paid on time. One month out of the 3 years I have been with them a payment was forgotten. When I reinstated my policy there was a form that needed to be signed and sent in to the DMV. When I called them to get the paperwork they knew nothing about it back when it happened. Now 3 months later I am having trouble renewing my registration and have had them working on getting it fixed for 3 weeks now and still nothing. I have been told that there is nothing they can do about it because it was from so long ago. This would be a great insurance company to deal with if you do not need anything done. They want to take your money, but not help you when it comes down to it. I will be switching to an insurance company who actually will work and fight for their long time customers as soon as I can. I am severely disappointed in their customer service.
