So I was offered lower insurance through this “company” everyone was very friendly and I got the cheaper insurance but here was the kicker... I told them me and my husbands birthdates and even wrote it down they also had our license but yet I get the paperwork in the mail and they have us born in 1886 we were born in 1996 so they throw the extra 40 on us a month even messed up our names which resulted in extra issues through the dmv. Here I am almost two months later I call and ask for a FS1 form for the dmv and the lady on the phone says I have a invoice of $124 and I asked what do you mean I’ve already paid my insurance bill she said no it’s just a invoice and then proceeds to ask me do I want to pay it today I said no not today because I don’t even know where this supposed invoice came from?! So I get a email later on a bank account I no longer use and have the card turned off that she’s tried taking the payment twice and it was declined thankfully because card was turned off. I’d just like to warn others not to do business with these people because they are thief’s and liars and will do anything even screw you over to make you a customer and then try to steal from you! I don’t know how they manage to get so many great reviews unless the bad is filtered out! Just please shop around before making the same mistake we did!

Purchased auto insurance from Superior when I moved to the area. The policy was set up for 6 months. At the end of the 6 months I decided to shop around for a lower rate and wanted to bundle with rental insurance. I spoke with the “owner” and he quoted a lower rate if I went through his office. He still added on a $30. fee to renew. Meanwhile I received a lower quote with better coverage and was able to add the renter insurance for less than what I was currently paying. So when I called the “owner” and explained that I found a lower rate, he began to get defensive and said “look I have hundreds of customers and don’t need to nickel and dime I can’t lose one”! I was shocked! Wow really? What a jerk!!!! I told him that he has a bad attitude and I hung up! I then called the other company and said, draw up the policies!Do your homework and really shop around. His attitude was the deal breaker!

What you have here is a company that is able to give you competitive premium options by shopping multiple companies to ensure the best price without compromising quality of coverage.
