Let me tell you about this office and how happy they made me. I mainly worked with Daniel but occasionally Mike and Lori helped me out while Daniel was working with other clients. Daniel helped me obtain better insurance for a less expensive price and was able to include some life insurance and a hospital income policy to help me protect myself and my family. I now feel more secure as a human being.

At first when doing business with Daniel, everything went well and even if it didnt he made sure the issue was taken care of properly.Calling in and speaking with the others was almost a guaranteed fail at the simplest request.. such as my name change, adding another person (whos name never made it on the policy), etc.Make sure you pay through the 1800 Customer care or you will be paying an extra $50 to the DMV.Check I repeat Check your statements dont just pay because I made the mistake of not checking my bill and just happened to open my recent bill to find 2 complete strangers insured under My policy and when I addressed it to the lady she made it seem as if it wasnt a big deal. From that day which was about 3 weeks ago I requested that she change me to a different agent. She explained that it would be changed and tonight when I paid my bill via the customer care 1800 they rep said that she didnt see any note or anything that showed that it was transfered. Im So over it!! Daniel was great as I stated before but once he doesnt have time for you your best bet is to leave.

I had a very hard time with this agency. I did not know that the only agent there is Gunnar Schultz and everyone else is a rep. I had automatic payments taken out that were not authorized. My rep Daniel was VERY HARD to reach. I left at least 50 messages for him to call me from all different sources that he said he never received. I am very unhappy with the customer service I recieved. I am currently changing agents and if this doesnt help I plan to leave State Farm altogether.

My wife had car insurance with Gunnar Schultz and State farm we have it on automatically payment on or credit card. On the 31 of December we received a letter from the DMV saying that we need to pay a 50 us fee because or insurance company never surrender the f1 to the DMV turns out that our insurance was out and they never lets us know not email or a call or a letter warning us that our insurance was terminated. Today we call Gunnar Schultz he doesnt take time to return that call and only a Secretary asnwer us we send you a text message a Big lie I hope this help somebody and dont trust in this agent or can be surprised like us one day paying a fee and having problems with the DMV for a unprofessional agent
