For over a year, they had my husbands vintage porche They do no communicate, and are not honest about work done. Over$5000 and car is in worse repair than ever. They never call with up dates, you must call to inquire and hear all kinds of BS to get answers which are lies. They did not do the work. They took a year. They did not refund a dime. They are thefts. Trust me...dont bring your car here. Crooks. Unprofessional. .incapable. they basically said, we are done. And we had to tow car back to our house. They have our money . When a mechanic tell you a price. You pay it, and car is worse than before...they are theifs, bandits. I hear they are closing down. Good riddance.
Miss Page working the front desk is the best dont know how much she is making but she deserves a few dollars more for sure.Had shifter service done on my car, when they went to show me the other issues they found, the mechanic stated he was putting a clip on my car that he hoped would work. About a week later, that clip broke. Why they didnt fix it correctly the first time, NO idea. I had to have my car towed to them because my car would not go past neutral. Had to take time off work just to get the car to them to fix their mistake.Decided to take my car to them again with an AC issue. Advised them all they had to do was reset the codes. They decided to put freon in it, WITHOUT telling me first. They charged me for the Freon, that I did not ask for. My AC blows freezing cold air and they were told that before my car got in the shop. WHY would they add Freon? To make money... YES. Do I feel like I should have paid them for service I did not approve.... NO. I even inquired about them financially helping me since I had to have the car towed and took time offwork for their mistake- No help-No integrity.As I have given Euro Pro a chance to prove themselves, I have learned that the mechanic, the one making these decisions, must not have the Integrity, morals and ethics that an honest mechanic needs to have. They are not working on their vehicles, they are working on ours. I do feel like they should have more common decency and respect for their customers vehicles than they have.A mechanic should not be hoping that the repair will work. There is this thing called school and internet. If you are not sure, you can always ask for help, look up the issue, learn something for your profession. That is what the service industry is about. learning and growing.

Everyone at Europro has been great 👍🏼, I have a 2006 3 serious and I’m a woman which we all know car people love to take advantage of 🤬. But here at Europro is so different, they have worked on my car numerous times for almost 3 years now…I was taking my car to another place which was great until new owners and they totally broke my car on purpose 🤬, every time I went in for some small like an oil change my car kept braking down after a few days, after the third time I knew they were doing something 🙇♀️🙇♀️ And then I found Europro explained my problem and I have always had great service with Europro.I do tend to freak out when the repairs are out of my comfort zone but they they always help with the prices plus they do an out standing job..I would like to thank the newest member Natalie which is the new front office lady… Natalie is very kind and helpful…Thank You all Europro for being there for me 💗
Fantastic auto repair in the Wilmington area. Ark and the guys were professional and easy to work with. They checked out our new car from nose to tail and everything in between.They will definitely be my go to for car repairs and general work on my Mini.
They left my hood open in the back lot unattended and clay dirt on the drivers side of my car when I came to pick it up...otherwise, its fine, I guess ...

After calling over a dozen other repair shops who all said they were too busy to help me, Ken Baker graciously told to come in and he would take care of my situation! He also found a used part saving me about a hundred dollars which was very much appreciated! With a 95 Mercedes he understood that getting the car safe to drive was more important than over charging a new customer.

Being an older woman, itis hard to trust auto repair people,especially with a Mercedes-Benz. Euro-Pro came highly recommended by a male friend who knows the deal with these cars and who he used Euro-Pro for his own vehicles.Well, he was right. They are not into ripping people off, they are building an honest reputation with quality work. I have used them twice so far and both times walked out a happy lady. Prices are very FAIR. Got me in same day for a diagnosis on a complex issue with my 335i. Lowest diagnostic fee in town, and they have the same equipment that the dealership does. My first call was to BMW of of Wilmington and I hit a dead end 3 times trying to set an apppintment with them out of general incompetence on the part of whoever works at the service desk there. When I got to Ken Baker originals they were quick, straight to the point, and professional. I also liked that there was at lest two dozen assorted European cars in their lot pending pickup. Will be bringing work on all future BMWs here.
When the dealer recommended me to come here I knew this place must have been special, I mean why would they send me here. My BMW got the care it deserved, i felt welcomed, they kept in contact with me throughout the process, and they even washed my car. Why would anyone go to a dealership when you got a Ken Baker Originals in town.
KBO fixed my SL550 Mercedes trunk closure after two Mercedes dealerships in Colorado failed to fix it. KBO diagnosed and fixed it once and for all. Whereas those dealerships charged me over $1,000 each time and the problem just returned. Thanks KBO; I will be back for future service and would recommend you.

I bought an 07 BMW 328 about a year and a half ago knowing that maintenance cost would be a bit higher than a traditional American car but I wanted it. I recently had the ABS/Module and pump go bad and had it rebuilt and had Ken Bakers do the work. Theyve done some other maintenance in the past on my car as well. I just want anyone who reads this to let the know that in Dave, the Front Desk Service Manager, they have an invaluable person in him. Hes one of the most pleasant people to interact with that is not just a service writer but knows what hes talking about. Anytime Ive had problems hes always kind and courteous. Worst experience in my life. After paying almost $1700, had same warning light come on before I got home! Owner told me that my $1700 paid for one issue this is another issue? Would not stand behind work. Cars are not made like they used too was his answer! BUYER BEWARE. You would better better to burn $100 dollars bills to stay warm in the fireplace than spend money here.

I dropped my Mercedes off because it was having trouble starting. Come to find out my car had several gallons of water inside the bottom of the floorboard. They diagnosed the problem and found I had several clogged drains from the sunroof and my car was not draining properly . Once I saw all the water I pretty much knew my car was toast and I was looking at possible thousands of dollars to replace different SAM units .They immediately went to work pulling carpet up, seats and vacuuming all the water soaked floorboard. They let my car sit for 3 days with a dehumidifier to finish getting all the moisture out. After cleaning all the corroded wires and running several tests my car was alive again. $600 happy dollars later I am wowed at their expertise and rapid cleanup efforts. These guys pulled a mericle and Im another 100% satisfied customer. Super friendly, honest, and reliable euro mechanics . Would deffinately come back for future fixes

Just so everyone knows the OWNER DOES NOT OPERATE OUT OF THE WILMINGTON LOCATION BUT MYRTLE BEACH, SC. He has zero clue as to what happens in Wilmington but what his service advisor tells him and I can about guarantee you that guy is only covering his butt when a negative review pops up.Not sure what happened to Dave but knowledge and customer service is key to any car repair business. I had to go back and review my records but I had a valve cover gasket replaced on my 3 series 3 years ago. Never was told about the Valve cover itself being able to warp. Months later had to take it to the dealership for a recall repair and they made me aware the valve cover was leaking, as months later another place did as well. In all honesty I thought the other places were trying to build a work order on me for nothing. I mean really, how quick can a valve cover gasket fail? Well suffice it to say, the valve cover itself was warped (at the time Ken Baker replaced the gasket) and was leaking ever so slightly slince. Had I been made aware of this at the time of repair I would have spent the extra 300 bucks to repair it. Got a quote from them to repair it. Over 1200 bucks. Thats about $150 less than the dealership. So I take it back to Wilmington Motor Works, tell them my problem, and $971 bucks later, im fixed, the way it should have been the first time.2-2-18Having read the owners response, its quite clear hes not understanding. My car started LEAKING OIL again after your repair of just the gasket within just months. It was warped at the time of the gasket repair. Its just that a new gasket sealed up tighter over the area where it was warped on the back side, as ive come to learn is typically where they warp to begin with. So. I paid Ken Baker Originals 600 bucks to half-azz repair an item. Had a knowledgeable service advisor said to me, hey look, these cars have a plastic Valve Cover and over the years they tend to warp. We can replace the gasket but wed advise you to replace the valve cover as well to ensure it doesnt leak...then you know what? Id had forked over extra money to have it done right, the first time. Thats why your place of business deserves a one star review. Its about informing the customer upfront and letting them make the decision because I basically just wasted 600 dollars by going to your folks and taking a day off work to get it done.
Called to inquire about repairs on my Mazda miata. They said no problem they can handle it today. Upon arriving they said they assumed my car was a bmw( I told them miata on the phone) and they could not fix it today. Thanks for wasting my time! Customer service could be improved by listening to the caller on the phone when they say miata and the car expert should know bmw does not make miatas!!!!

The guys were super nice and worked really hard to get me my car back within two days, but they gave it back with a CEL and a vacuum leak because they busted one of my exhaust lines.
Charged $600 for diagnostics. But did not even do any work on it. Still wants to pay more.
