Hired Greenway to install a new AC unit outside and coil inside. After receiving a few quotes from other companies, it was in the end Joe S. the salesman sold me on the company. The work was done on-time, and the technician went through what he installed, and explained the testing he performed. I am happy with the sales, service and install.

I do not know where to begin. I was looking into getting A/C. The salesman came gave me a price. I said I will call back when I get my roof fixed. He said they had a roofing department and it would only cost $1500 to repair. 2 guys went on the roof for 5 minutes. My father in law said theres no way they fixed it that fast. They insisted they did alot of repairs. After repair the roof continues to leak. I called back he tells me it needs to be replaced so a $1500 repair became a $3500 replacement. On top of that I already got the A/C installed from them. And now roof continues to leak Ive been told by another company it was not done right and has to be replaced again! It was checked out by them 3 times before replacement. Seems like the roofing its a third party because I asked for direct number and they dont have one and no online information about the roofing part. I cant even get straight into contact with the roofing. I have to contact greenway so they can get in touch. The roofer came out unannounced when I wasnt home. Checked the roof and no call back after. its been a week theres no communication. Not even a roofing refund will pay for this. As far as the A/C goes no complaints except I told the salesman where I wanted the compressor. He said that was the only spot to put it. They installed while my wife was home and not the spot I said. Its hard to trust and recommend after this.

We used GreenWay for a conversation from oil to gas. Their tech Mark P who worked on the property was fantastic. Worked his tail off, stayed until almost 9pm to finish the job in time so Peco can do a meter test at 8am next morning. Just solid guy and I hope they pay him enough.

I contacted Greenway when my 80 year old heater quit on me. The owner of the company came out, assessed it, and gave me a quote for a new one within hours. At 8:00am the very next day, Kyle was at my front door ready to start replacing it. Everyone was very professional and I was happy to say my heating now works like a charm. I know it’s august, but the peace of mind I get from knowing my family won’t freeze in a few more months is worth more than money. I also received a price cut because I purchased it during off season so I am very happy.

BEWARE! We wanted a mini-split system installed so we could use our new sunroom year-round. Greenway Comfort had great reviews so we decided to use their services. Salesman came out and gave us the quote. To close the deal we had to waive our 3-day cancelation right and provide a $300 CASH deposit. And in order to take advantage of available discounts and coupons, we would also need to pay the remaining thousands in cash. (Not sure why cash was required instead of check or credit card). We noticed the model number was omitted from the paperwork so we contacted the salesman immediately and he provided the model number. Work was scheduled for 7 days later. When tech was preparing to install, we noticed that it was the wrong unit - an older, bulkier model that is priced approx $500 less than the one we were quoted. Had we not done on-line research prior, we would not have even realized it was the wrong model. We advised the tech it was the wrong item, he called the office to let them know that we wanted the correct one and instead of making arrangements to get the correct item, the manager told him to walk away. So they just left - no apology and no explanation. We feel they intentionally sent the wrong (cheaper) item and that the whole transaction was shady from the beginning. They did refund our deposit. Again- NO EXPLANATION, just WALK AWAY.

I converted from oil to gas. Had a new furnace and hot water heater installed a few months ago and tried to use the heater for the first time and it didnt work. Called and Simon came by and he was excellent. He recognized the problem right away and resolved it. He even dusted and cleaned off the furnace. He was very personable, knowledgable and provided excellent customer service!!

The quality of the work was INSANE. Never have seen a better team then the one that came out and got the job done no problem. Couldn’t choose a better company to do HVAC. Thankyou!

Had 3 estimates. These guys were the lowest On the best equipment. Install went smooth. These guys are artists. Highly recommend. Mike, the owner, is a true professional. If you are in the market for a new system, use these guys.

My heater finally died after 15+ years. I called Greenway and they were able to have a Design Consultant out that same day. Mike (the owner) came out and gave us a wonderful quote. I still wanted to do my do diligence and have other companies give me a quote as well. I decided to go with Greenway for several reasons. Of course the price, but also the prompt response from the company and the fact that they could install the new system the very next day!! Every one else was a week or more out. I am so happy with my new furnace. the installers were efficient and very kind. I would defiantly recommend Greenway to my family and friends.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. They replaced my heater and air conditioner in one day. I work from home and they didnt bother me at all. I had 3 quotes and it was a no-brainer to choose them based on the price alone. When someone is the lowest bid, its normal to be skeptical of the service, but they proved me wrong. I know a lot of people are skeptical about online reviews (I am one of them), but I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the summer so far, i called greenway and they were out within a few hours for an estimate! my new system was installed the very next morning. Not only was the price a fraction of other companies, but everyone was so nice and genuinely concerned throughout this entire process. They even had financing as i wasnt expecting this to occur. While away for the week, my furnace stopped working. I had already had some bad experiences with HD, BB, so I gambled with an option provided by Angies List, and called Greenway.I as told $49 for the visit and that amount would be deducted from the final bill.Even though the appointment was scheduled for 10:30 - 2pm we were notified of an earlier availability and the technician, Simon Sarkar arrived a little after 8:30.Short version.He found the issue, discussed it. Provided the simplicity of the repair. He only charged for the visit, as he felt he did not do enough to charge labor.Due to my lack of technical knowledge, this was definitely an opportunity to take advantage, and that didn’t happen.i inquired about any coverage thar his company may provide. We talked and I signed up.This was a great experience from beginning to end and all info and work was transparent.I recommend this company to any and everyone.

So we were very nervous about getting new air conditioner because we are just a little tight on money...that being said from the service technician who came out to diagnose the problem to the owner who came out and not only sold us air conditioner but new furnace to the 2 gentleman that installed alls I can say is WOW Michael was so knowledge and honest that I so wish everyone did business like this he was so customer service driven, he was also went the extra mile and got us a payment we could afford blown away the technicians were quick efficient and so respectfull also my husband usually fixes everything himself and he was very very happy from beginning to end.
