Tech: Young ( also the owner) just gave me the WORST manicure ever. She didnt deserve a penny for DESTROYING my beautiful, long, healthy nails.The whole place was FILTHY. I cant believe I sat down. The gel polish is uneven, lumpy, and bubbly. My nail edges are all rough and poorly shaped.Dont waste your money, they NEED TO CLOSE.. Why does she own a nail salon when she cant do nails better than a 10 year old? Im thoroughly disgusted.

Steve is amazing! I always go to him to get my nails done. Other nail salons have not been up to my standard and were rude. I get acrylic gel nails from Steve. They look amazing, good price and they last over month without coming off!

Ms Patty is a great nail tech I will definitely be back in 2 weeks. Clean sanitized and covid-19 safe. Screen fpr nails an Curtain for foot spa.

The pedicure was not relaxing as the technician talked for an hour and twenty minutes nonstop about her boyfriend! The quality is terrible it was 45 dollars and I could have done a better job myself! Never again

Steve is the best nail tech Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. He is very sweet and gave me tips on how to spot a good tech in my home state. If Im ever in the area again, I will come back!

I will not go to NY Nails again! I miss my Betty. She was very good at her job! I never had any problems with my Manicure and Pedicure, she did a beautiful job, I had another lady who was not good at all! I had the same services and they didnt look as nice as the previous time with Betty. I had a Gel manicure which looks horrific! I had to go elsewhere to have them done right, same with the pedicure. The shop isnt the same without Betty.

Well this has been my go to place for many years. Due to my wifes condition, it takes an enormous amount of patience to get her nails done. We havent been able to for a year so we decided to go today. We always used the same nail tech, but she wasnt there so Gabby did her nails. What a treasure Gabby is. Because of my wifes shakes and jitters it took Gabby 3 hours! Never once did Gabby complain and was continually soft spoken. We will be back!

Not only did the older gentleman cut me and blame me for it my nails were crooked and when I called back to tell the owner I was told she would take care of me next time. Called to make that appointment for her to tell me she isnt a great nail tech. Dont waste time or money here

I love coming to this salon-always friendly and they do great work! My husband has been bringing my 4 year old granddaughter here to get a mani/pedi with Miss Betty since she was 1 year old. They are so nice to her and she wont go anywhere else...feels like theyre part of our family now! I have always gotten good service and been happy with my nails.

My husband, daughter, and I went to NY nails on May 20, 2017. The experience was very disappointing. My daughter was getting her nails done for prom. When they were finished with her nails they looked like a 10 year old painted them. We were disappointed but wanted to tip them anyway since it is customary. My husband told them to add $20 to the total but when he looked at his bank statement he noticed that they charged $30 as a tip. Very dishonest and criminal for an establishment to run this way. Do not go there! We left and went straight to Amys nails. They re shaped and painted my daughters nails. They are fabulous at Amys Nails!

This was the best nail salon i have ever been to! they are great with customers and easily create conversation. my nails were messed up from a previous salon and i couldnt be happier with the new result. cant see myself going to any other place after this!

My husband and i first went there for pedicures which were great so I decided to go back for an overlay and then fills.. The owners ex husband is HIGHLY experienced and very friendly, loves to talk. However twice Ive got stuck with the owners son Johnny who is every bit of rude and I presume annoyed with his job/life. He never looks at me, never TALKS, so he holds his hand out I guess Im supposed to know he wants me to give him mines. Hes rushed everything, every single time. My nails were the opposite of what I asked for. His baby mama is the young girl that works there and they bring the infant into the SMELL of the nail shop bcz I assume they have no sitter!! Oh and the dogs...nvmd.. Ive found another shop to go to.

The nail tech was nice but that was just about it... i asked for square nails and for them to be think (due to my job thin nails break to fast) . ended up getting square round, uneven and thin as can be. also gel polish is already peeling mind you went there less than a week ago.. will never go back only went here because of the reviews should have rethought that idea....

I have been going here for years and I will NEVER be back!!!!! The young white girl doing my pedicure was not experienced. She didnt know how to do it. She cut my nails uneven and was missing steps. Mind you, I asked for a sugar scrub and it took them a total of 25 minutes. When I asked her to cut my nails correctly, she became argumentative. She then asked the owners son Johnny to complete them in which he came over and did a rush job. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. If he is going to be this way towards the customers, his mom Young should fire him.

I take my 3 year old granddaughter here to get our nails done. They are very nice to her even when she accidentally messes up a painted nail. Lol

Went Friday and did a full set acrylic French. Looked like a toddler painted my nails. 3 days later acrylic started lifting went back to have them looked at and fixed all I got were excuses. To then be told the gentlemen (son) of the owner was the owner. Neither do I recommend the place nor will go back. He wasnt a clear rush for doing my nails and unprofessional in handling customers. I will be back tomorrow to speak with the owner personally
