Went on vacation for a gel manicure and was very disappointed. My color is uneven and the top coat is completely grainy and bubbled, unsteady. I would go back and have them completely redo it if I was in town longer. Very upset that I wasted $35 on this service. It is almost embarrassing. The reviews online looked good so I tried it out. I never leave reviews but I felt like it was necessary this time.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM! They are very consistent, friendly, and super accommodating. I’ve never made an appointment but they always squeeze me in. Sure, sometimes I have to wait a bit, but I don’t mind. I know they’ll provide me with the same quality of service they provide to all their customers. I found this place after sitting in Allure for 40 minutes in a pedicure chair (and thusly walked out). So glad I did! The nail artists at AMY Nails are top notch, and my nails always look natural/not overly thick. Today, I opted for a white gel polish with a unicorn chrome powder on top. They look so awesome! It’s a small, not overly fancy salon … but I’ll opt for a quality mani & pedi at a small salon over a huge salon with glittered ceilings and marble floors that can’t ever seem to accommodate anyone, with or without an appointment. I’ll be a regular from now on!

We made appointments for 4 mani-pedis, and they were not able to finish us.. we sat in the pedicure chairs for 30 minutes before one of us got helped, and then they did our pedicures one person at a time. One lady had a very nasty attitude, and ultimately we only got 2 pedicures and one manicure completed between the 4 of us. Unless you want to wait two hours for mediocre service, I suggest you book your appointment elsewhere

Stopped in while vacationing. Average nail salon. Didnt offer a soft drink or water. My husbands manicure was lackluster.

The best and most natural looking set of acrylics I’ve ever had! I’m not sure of the name of the lady that did my nails, but she absolutely knew what she was doing and took her time to get them perfect. In addition to the above, she is literally the only person to have ever gotten my nails as requested (this set was short coffin nails) and not overbuilt. She was very nice as well. Wish I were local to come to her weekly, but I will still be back when I am in Williamsburg again! 🖤

Nice people, but they were rushing and my fingers are now burning and hurting. we waited over an hour.

I came in this past Friday afternoon. No one was sitting in the waiting area. I was the only one. No one spoke to me at all however they were speaking to each other and then would look at me. I sat there for about 10mins. 2 caucasian women came in and one of the ladies asked what services they need. The ladies said pedicure and then the woman said pick a color. I was so shocked, I just looked at all the employees. As I was looking in disbelief, the employees started speaking to each other again and was looking at me again. I never said anything and I just walked out. Im black and Korean. Not sure why that happened to me...

I truly enjoy the services Amy Nails provides. I drive 40 minutes to come here! Quiet and relaxing! The staff remembers you and the frequency you come!

Nice people but my nails came out poorly they are very short, my nail polish messed up, and my cuticles burn. Will not be going back.

My new go-to nail spa and I am willing to make the 20+ minute drive! This nail salon spa is clean, organized, great pricing for quality of services & services offered, and extremely friendly & knowledgeable staff!! On my 2nd visit Amy Nails is still working and do honest, diligent care and beautification and strengthening to my real nails after the new nail and spa in Quinton obliterated the integrity of my nail bed. I will now be a forever customer to Amy Nails!! THANK YOU, LADIES!!!!

Such a wonderful job! Vivian took her time and my toes look so good, I’m pleasantly surprised! Tracy did my mother’s toes and also did an excellent job, especially with her ingrown toenail. The service was good and the staff is pleasant and friendly. I’m visiting from out of town but will definitely stop by here anytime in the Williamsburg area.

I would not recommend. they had me and my friend waiting for nearly two hours and didn’t say anything to us but put us in a nail chair to wait. they didn’t tell us it was gonna be that long of a wait and some employees weren’t doing anything but making it seem like they were doing stuff in the back with the towels. they had open chairs and people that could do our nails and didn’t say a word to us.

Vinny was my nail technician and she was amazing!!! Shown her a picture of what I wanted and she did it better than the photo. The rest of the staff is super friendly and very professional. I came in about 20 minutes prior to closing but was never rushed during my time there. She still took her time and made sure that my nails looked fabulous. Pricing is very reasonable especially for the quality of work. Very excited to find a good nail salon in Williamsburg.

The staff here is very friendly and the service is wonderful!!! I very rarely have a problem with my nails, but if I do, the girls fix it for me!!

Great experience, Tracy did an awesome job. Nice staff, relaxing experience and happy with my nails. Loved the wax pedicure and the hand scrub during my manicure. Will definitely go back!

Nail tech told me “that’s why nobody like you people”. I am black. 1st time in the establishment I was given a nail tech who could not communicate with me in English. I spent over an hour trying to communicate with these people. Accused me of “trying to find a reason not to pay” after I spent over an hour trying to communicate with this lady who DOES NOT speak English. If I did not want to pay I wouldn’t have entered the building. After that “nobody likes you people” comment maybe they didn’t want to understand. Racism is pathetic.

Went for the first time today and they saw 5 of us at one time as we all had a brother sister outing on vacation and I must say we had a great experience! Very clean, used gloves and was very polite! Will come again!

First time here and new to the area. Tracy was AHHHHMMMAZZING! Had a deluxe pedi/mani and the message was an actual message and not someone just banging hard on your legs. Peach scented paraffin wax that was awesome.Found my new nail joint in W’burg. Yay!

Went here after having to go back time and time again from different VERY popular salon in williamsburg that dang near everyone goes to and having the same issues with my gel chipping and peeling after not even a week and the issue never being addressed...went here after a friend told me to go, paid $20 less for the same style of nails with better service and more attention spent on doing a quality job. Had to go back today, over a week later to get a few fixed because my nail broke and I nicked one with my razor (all issues my own fault) and the technician remembered me and fixed them beyond what I expected and made sure all the others were great and didnt charge me a cent. NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE.

When I go to get a manicure/pedicure I feel that this is a time to be pampered and relax. Well, my experience wasnt relaxing at all. The owner was on the phone the whole time gossiping the entire time. It was very annoying. All I could think was would she please shut up. There is only one tech that I feel does my tips the way I like them; shes only there a couple times a week. But after going to her the third time she did a fill and two days later one of my nails were already lifting. Amy Nails get it together and bring back the experience of a soothing and relaxing pedicure/manicure, with more qualified tech. Im looking elsewhere for my next fill.

Im a tg getting full sets for little over a year. Probably one of lowest priced places for a Wite tip full set I have ever got. Not best at English. But nice to a guy like me :)

I came in almost 45 mins ago with my wife. We were instantly sat in the pedicure chairs. While one lady got started on my wife i sat here the entire time. My feet in icy cold water and the guy that works here isnt doing anything. As i look his way to see if he could at the very least heat my water back up, i see him on his phone checking his facebook. The lady working on my wifes feet is amazing. However i will not come back based on the incredulous customer service or lack there of! Worst experience ever at a nail place! As i am writing this review i finally get someone to start working on my pedicure! Unbelievable!
