I can’t say enough good things about this salon and the staff, they are all so professional and dedicated. Annette does my hair, she always make sure I leave happy and satisfied with whatever hair style I ask her to do. I have seen the rest of the staff doing other customers hair and I can tell they know pretty well what they are doing. I highly recommend this salon. I won’t get my hair done anywhere else. I’m usually never happy when I try to switch up my hair but Anthony did such an incredible job dying my hair. I asked him to fix a bad dye job from outside and he made it look better than it did before. I genuinely love it and he exceeded my expectations. Very happy customer :)

Shame on you! I followed my stylist here from her previous salon. I made an appointment a week ago, specifically with my stylist. I arrived on time. And 10 minutes after my appointed time I was greeted by a different stylist. Im sure shes lovely, however, not who I made an appointment with. Was told my stylist could fit me in about 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I took my lunch hour for the appointment so I cannot just wait around.Not sure who is responsible for the overbooking...but its not cool. If theyd called me prior to my appointment I would have understood, but this is just unacceptable. Not even an Im sorry. Their time is clearly more important than that of their clients.

I got my hair cut done today with Anthony. I was super nervous because never got good experience at other salon with my asian super straight hair.. But Anthony, he gave me the best hair cut! I showed him the picture as a sample and he did exactly same cut. Very professional and gentleman.

Isabelle was so professional and knew exactly what I wanted and I didn’t even have to show her a picture! They are very good about making sure the entire salon is sanitized. I HIGHLY recommend going to EBC, you will not regret it!!!

Showed the woman (will not release the name because she was very nice, just did not give me what I wanted )a picture of the haircut I wanted. I did get 9 inches off my hair so it was definitely a change. She kind of looked at the picture and did what she wanted. I had to go back there for her to fix it a second time . The owner looked at my hair and tried to justify it that she gave me “several haircuts”. If she had given me what I wanted to begin with, I wouldn’t have needed “several haircuts” . It is too layered and uneven. It’s too short to even fix at this point . I wasted my time going to that salon three times and my money, that I was not reimbursed!

This is, hands down, the best salon I have been to! First and foremost, Jamie is amazing! She is so talented and sweet, she has gotten my colors to the perfect shade and really spent time explaining the whole process to me.The salon is clean and the decor is awesome. Did I mention comfy chairs? I cant recommend this place enough.

My girl Loredana can do a BLOW OUT. She took her time to make sure my hair kept as much length as possible while giving some nice shape around my face and didn’t shy away when I asked her to thin it out. She was easy-going, fun, and wildly good at her job. New customer for life!

The atmosphere is amazing! When I first walked in there, there was a lot of craziness because there were 2 separate bridal parties going on at the time with dozens of women getting pampered and I thought that I was going to be there forever. However, I was immediately helped by the woman at the front desk and offered a drink while I waited! I was very impressed with the level of service here and how the staff made me feel like I was just as important as the women there doing multiple things and paying more money. I felt comfortable even though I have never been to an upscale spa like that before. Melissa did my waxing and she is a wax Goddess! By the time she started I swear I just blinked and she was done! Melissa was very friendly, warm & enviting and I will definitely be returning as a regular customer!

My sister and I are from out of town and went for updos and mine was fantastic. However the individual who did my sisters hair was 20 minutes behind and did an awful job. Within 20 minutes all her curls had fallen. Definitely not impressed and sadden that her day was RUINED because of the awful job she received.

Such talented stylisist ( so fond of Sabrina, Anthony, Annette, Yanna,) Michelle gives excellent massages, facials, and professional waxing, They make sure you walk out happy and satified. I would recommend to anyone! My husbad gets his hair done their too.

The quality of the manicure is bad. They really need to learn how to work with the nails.
