Dedicated, Compassionate, Quality, VERY Friendly are the first words that come to mind. I love Luxury Nails. I have gotten multiple pedicures, manicures and massages there, BUT my favorite is getting my eyelashes done. Teri is so professional and does such quality precise work that I get compliments all the time. I love Teri and her eyelash work so much that I go back every two weeks to have them filled. Thank you to Luxury Nails its owners and all the staff for always working so hard and never saying NO I appreciate all of you so much!!!!!!!!

I did not like my nails at all. Their services are way overpriced and unnecessary. I spoke to the nail supervisor and asked him if a gel manicure would add on extra money to the price I was already paying for, and he straight up lied in my face and said “no”. I listened to my gut and decided to get regular polish with a fill to repair two of my broken nails. I got these nails done yesterday for labor day and the next day my pinky nail broke off out of nowhere. I did absolutely nothing for it to break. The acrylic was very thin, and the person doing my nails constantly messed up on my nail and it actually started to hurt. I told her multiple times to fix it until it was somewhat decent. I ended up paying $40 which is way too much for a fill in general. I would not recommend, and I definitely learned my lesson. Horrible and overpriced ..

I did not have a good experience with this salon at all. I was not happy with my nails and when I told the owner his response was well what do you want me to do about it. He was rude and unhelpful. His wife was more pleasant and gave me a refund on my nails. Never going back again. The prices are high and the service is awful. I included pics of what I got vs. what I wanted. In addition, nails are thick and shape is inconsistent. The response to my review from the owner proves my point.

The nail spa was amazing!! I enjoyed gentle, professional and talented pedicure service! The gift of this place is the humble and kind folks who dedicate their time to give each customer a great experience. All the employees work together and help each other! My toes look amazing and the leg massage and paraffin treatments were wonderful!! Don’t hesitate- this is the place to go… wish I lived in town!😉🌅

Pretty sad and disappointed. I wanted to love this nail salon. The service there is kind, and the atmosphere is friendly. However, I got gel polish on my nails on Wednesday and it is already peeling off. I get gel polish for its durability and I definitely don’t expect itto peel off within a few days of my appointment 😔*EDIT TO ADD: when I made my initial review I was disappointed, however, I’m now furious & would like to leave a more detailed review, as I’m no longer trying to say things nicely. I got my done nails last Wednesday. It was my first time since moving states & since quarantine started last year that I decided to go to a nail salon. As you can imagine I was super excited, because back home & before covid, I use to get a mani/pedi twice a month. So after a year of no salon, I decided to dip my toe in & just get gel polish on my hands and reg polish on my toes. The reviews seemed promising so I went into luxury nails. Again, the atmosphere seemed friendly & the techs seemed kind. I was a little annoyed at first because my nails did not look anything like the photo I showed, as far as each nail being different. But, I trusted the process & felt bad because the tech seemed out of his comfort zone, & by the end of it I liked them! They were something different and in the next few days I got several compliments, which always makes a girl feel good! However, by Sunday, my nails started chipping and peeling. I was a little frustrated, &my fiancé kept telling me I needed to go back then, but I absolutely hate conflict & I’m pretty shy. By Tuesday only 3 of my nails were completely intact. Several had completely peeled off in whole sheets of polish and the others peeled halfway off. This led me to leaving my initial review. Then, the owner reached out & said they’d love to fix & redo my nails. I thought this was really standup & decided to go back today. I was nervous to go bc nobody likes to tell anyone that they messed up at something, & again, I’m not familiar with this salon yet so I was feeling a bit awkward but happy to be able to get my nails fixed. I go in & let the guy behind the counter know that I reached out about my nails peeling & that I was to come in to get them fixed. He looked at them & agreed, & asked if I wanted to get a solid color this time. I agreed that was fine (bc in my head I’m thinking that I don’t want to make a fuss about redoing my design, etc. bc they’re trying to do a good thing & make this right, even though technically I had every right to request that, because that’s what I originally paid/wanted & it’s now peeling off). The woman who painted my nails was kind, & I intended to tip whoever re-painted my nails for me because even though it’s not my fault that the nails are peeling off so soon, I still believe the nail tech should be tipped for their time. I brought my wallet in for tipping purposes only. I went up to the counter & before I could mention the tip, the woman behind the counter says that she knows I was just in, so she’s only going to charge me $15. I was stunned. Then she asked what day I was in, I said Wednesday, she said okay, today is Wednesday too, so that’s fair. Refer back to the fact that I HATE conflict, I just said ok & paid the $15. The woman made small talk, & then I left & I will NEVER be back. Within 1 week I have paid $60 for gel polish & reg polish for something that wasn’t my fault. Why ask me to come back in to FIX and REDO my nails if you’re going to charge me? The way you worded your response was very misleading & you should have been upfront about a $15 fee before I sat down to get my nails “fixed.” Because to say you want to fix/redo something implies that you recognize your mistake & intend to make it right, however you haven’t made anything right. You charged me for another service instead of fixing the 1st one & then thanked me for my support? And if I’m going to pay for a service, why can’t I have whatever I want? Why did I have to pick a solid color? & if you’re reading wondering if after all of this if at least my nails look good now? Nope

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was there Sunday to get a full set done, I showed the owner a picture of what I wanted which was something very basic, she said it would be no problem. The person doing my nails didn’t seem to know what he was going and the owner must have also known that because they stood over the manicurist shoulder the entire time my nails were getting done. It took 2 HOURS to get a full set put on and they charged me $80. I reached out to the owner to let her know I was not happy about the way my nails looked and her response was that at this time they don’t have anyone in their shop that can do acrylic nails at this time. HOW can you run a nail salon and you don’t have people in there that can do nails. The owner offered me a $20 gift certificate but what good will that do if no one in the shop can do nails! If you have techs there that can only do the basics, then you need to upfront about that. Dont take my money knowing you can perform the task I asked for.

My friend and I got a gel manicure and the people that did are nails were nice, but the whole time while we were getting it done they kept getting up and walking away. They also left a decent amount of space between my cuticle and nail bed so it looked like the nail polish was already growing out the very next day. Our nails started to peel three days after we got it done. We will not be coming back especially with our nails starting to peel three days after we get it done.

We had the BEST experience for our annual Father Daughter Mani Day! Terry just absolutely made my Dads day. They accommodated 4 pedicures and manicures with 2 full sets and a fill all in a timely manner. My Dad really looks forward to this every year and they just did a wonderful job on everyones services. Ms. Gina always know exactly how to shape my nails and always suggests a color or design that I may like. They are just the sweetest family and could not give better service. Terry, Aaron, Ms. Gina, Cody, and the rest of your staff,, we love you guys and my Dad who came from out of town along with my sister also just raved about you guys! We look forward to doing it again next year. Thank you so much for making our event a success!!

*will revisit and update rating*I booked a Mani/pedi for my birthday and had a wonderful experience with the herbal spa pedicure. It was aaaaamazing!!! It took way longer than I had thought it would but thats because they did such a great and thorough job. However, because I booked on a Sunday afternoon, they were extremely busy and my manicure was rushed as it was already only 30 mins to closing and most chairs were still full. The mani was only filing, buffing, and painting (with a beautiful little design) Had my hands in a bowl of water for a few minutes and cuticle oil put on my hands but the rest of it was skipped. I am giving them a second chance with just a mani on a weekday to give a fair review of that. Will update my rating accordingly

On Saturday I took two people with me to this place for foot spa and acrylic and gel manicure those ladies that did my two daughters pedicure and manicure did a great job!! but when it came to me the manager did not let the lady finish,while my nails were almost done she told me that I need to go sit and get ready for my dip powder manicure which I want it acrylic specifically but they convinced me to get Gel then when the supervisor came to work with my hands I had to remind him that my feet were not done he had to get up every two minutes to attend to the newcomers! end up also leaving my nails undone and poorly filedI had to remind him again for the last step and left me again halfway through to attempt another customer. But those other ladies did a great job on my daughters nails I just won’t go back to the supervisor again! If I bring my business and I pay the price I would like to leave happy!

Not happy that the gel polish started peeling less than a week after getting my nails done. Next time I will get a regular manicure. Love this place though. They do awesome pedicures.

It is a very nice setting. However, I expressed to them mid way of getting my nails done that I did not like them. The female manager (who was doing my nails) insisted that they would look better once they were finished, so I waited until she was finished and proceeded to tell her that I still did not like them. Instead of insisting to take them off or atleast offering a discount, she just told me that she liked them and completely disregarded what I said. I spoke to the other male manager and he proceeded to tell me that I would still have to pay the price of $70+ dollars even after asking them to take them off. I just feel like if a customer didn’t like the way their nails turned out, then you should reason with them and come up with a way that they are satisfied.

It was friendly and professional also Aaron did a fantastic job on my nails today. Also it was good to see Terry and you guys are awesome ☺️☺️❤️❤️💞💞✌️✌️. Most definitely Ill be coming back again thank you guys you are rocking 😊😊

I tried this establishment for the first time today and plan to make it my regular spot moving forward. They are all very nice and professional, and my pedicure included a lot of services I have never received at previous places. Mony was my technician and did a beautiful job, and he was a great conversationalist.

I am on vacation and decided to get my nails and my feet done, I am so glad that the first place I called didn’t answer and I ended up here at luxury nails. I am not kidding, this was a truly luxurious and wonderful experience. Everybody was so friendly, the experience was calming and relaxing and fun and it was so nice to be able to talk to all the staff and they carry on conversations, and it was really heartwarming to see how they knew everybody who came in and asked about their family and all of that. This is everything a nail salon should be! I’ll be back anytime I’m in the area!

This was my first time at Luxury Nails and it won’t be the last. Mony did my pedicure and he was great and very friendly. He spent a lot of time massaging my feet and I left feeling relaxed. Vanessa did my daughter’s pedicure and her toes were so cute! My daughter is 3 and on the wiggly side, Vanessa was very patient with her. Thanks again for a great experience!

Terry is absolute “gem” she is Courteous, caring, and very detailed. She does amazing lashes, nails, and nail art!! I have had the pleasure of knowing her for over a decade, and she has always treated her clients like family. Terri’s hospitality is what sets her apart from other salon’s. I truly just had the best experience at this salon. It will now be the only salon I will use. I have gone to several salons here in Williamsburg and this one is by far the absolute best. I wish I could add a picture on here of my nails. I will add one on Facebook. I had Vanessa as my nail technician. Her attention to detail was amazing and she really listened to what I preferred to have my nails look like (not what someone else thought was right) and then she did it to perfection. Ive never been so happy with my nails. The length, shape, cuticles, thickness..... all of it.... was exactly what I asked for. She has an awesome personality and kept checking with me throughout the service to make sure I was happy with what she was doing and if I was satisfied with what they looked like. I mean.... come on ladies.... we all know weve had to settle for something we havent liked out of frustration of communication and misunderstandings. Too many times at other salons Ive had to nod my head and settle. Not here !!!! Terry, the owner also made a point to learn all of our names and show true concern and appreciation for us coming to their business. We didnt feel like just another client who is rushed in and out. We were offered beverages and we were checked on regularly by the owners. They are so lovely. This place is seriously good. Thank goodness !!!! Finally..... a nail salon that was incredibly clean, organized, and professional. Girls (and guys) dont make the mistake of going to some mediocre salon where you have to settle for mediocre services. It was also nice to see a bunch of men having services done there as well. The new owners have really improved this salon. It is cleaner and much more professional yet very welcoming. Johnny has done my gel manicure twice and I couldn’t be more pleased. I go here often and always have a good experience. Today started out not as good, the person doing my nails made a very sharp square nail and her file was sharp enough to cut me twice. Luckily the male supervisor stepped in and fixed it making everything perfect. I will continue coming back here and appreciate the owners professionalism and courtesy.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

She has done every 3D design on my nails you can think of in regards to my love for Mickey and the Disney crew so you could only imagine my excitement with her being closer to me with her very own shop with her love Aaron! I just got my brows microbladed, my brow tattoo looks so beautiful I cried in tears when I saw the finished look. It was completely painless, Terry the owner is so kind and gentle. She definite speaks passion on what she does. I’ve already got several compliments on my new brows. I love how clean and organize she is and informs me with every little detail. I highly recommend her. She is certified by advance training school and licensed, I felt so confident to see all her licenses and certificates. If you want semi permanent/ permanent brows/lips or expert waxing that’s beyond on point then let them pamper you away!I finally got my brows bladed and I couldn’t imagine trusting Anyone but Terry. I waited forever to finally take the leap but she made me so comfortable and her cleanliness was spot on! As a nurse I’ve spent a plenty of time in operating room and boy she’s no joke! -The nail artist are reputable, licensed by the state, and has excellent studio hygiene.-Terry does permanent makeup and has photos of her artistic work -she ensures that her to cosmetic style is compatible with what you want.-Let Terry know how thin/thick - dark/ light you want the ink she will be very precise- I was very straightforward with what I wanted and she did a perfect job on my eyebrows and eyeliner- I also highly recommend her eyelashes ... I have had them done several different places prior to going to see Terry and I will never go to anyone else other than Terry!!

She does designer work at the best price and always accomplishes my look with no miscommunication. So happy that she has her own boutique! I LOVE LUXURY NAILS!!! Terry did Microblading on my eyebrows, upper and lower eyelids and I absolutely love it it was pain free she took her time taking into consideration medical conditions and was very calming it was a very relaxing experience and I will be back!

I’ve been going to luxury nails for years now and while I adored the old owners, I’ll admit that they didn’t always do the best job. The new management is AMAZING!! I cannot stress how pleasantly surprised i was with how much higher the standard is here! The manager is very professional and came to check on me multiple times throughout my services (full set acrylics and pedi), I was a walk-in and I only waited 10 minutes, they are extremely EXTREMELY clean, and my nails lasted two and a half weeks without breaking, cracking, or falling off! And even then, I’m the one who pulled them off. They definitely deserve the five star rating and I can’t recommend them enough! Go to Luxury Nails!! You won’t regret it!!

Tried this salon three times, my pedicures have always been good, but my nails are always horrible, I do not know if it is because the men technicians cannot do acrylic nails skillfully, but I have had a male nail technician each time and every time has been a different one but either my cuticles and fingers are all cut up from them or overall shape is not shaped or they are popping off. You can have a man do your pedicure there, but do not recommend the men for any finger nail service

I have been going here since they have come under new management and it is AMAZING. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. TJ has done my nails and he listens to what I am asking for and knocks it out of the park every time. Vanessa is friendly, fun and a joy to see. Terry and Aaron are always friendly and have done amazing taking over the shop. I highly recommend them if you live in Williamsburg! They have so many things to offer and they deliver every time.

Luxury nails is much more than a nail place. It is truly a beauty salon/spa.The do mani/pedi parties with adult beverages, lash Extensions, and semi permanent make up. The atmosphere is upbeat and the employees and owners take true Pride in their work and The satisfaction of their customers.

I always get my eyelash extentions done and they are always fabulous. I also decided to get my nail art re-done due to another salons mess up. Aaron did a wonderful job at both the eyelash extention and my nail art. So many compliments!!

They were so friendly and professional. TJ helped me today and did an amazing job with my nails. The owners were SO involved and really cared about their customers. I will be definitely coming back again. Thanks for pampering me and giving me a relaxing few hours during this stressful time

Overpriced and unprofessional, people were friendly and took care of us, but two owners (I think we may have been told they are husband and wife) sold us many things without giving us a price first, even pushing us to get gel polish on our toes, which is an extra $15 charge!!! Just for a different kind of polish. The male owner then pushed us to get dip nails, the girl who did my daughters was new she was friendly, but her work was not up to par, my daughters toe nail polish was not even and the dip nails were thick and still sticky, now there are dents. We spent over $235 when all we walked in wanting to get done were manicures and pedicures. We enjoyed our first visit but this second visit was not enjoyable.

I bring my girls here for pampering and bonding time. Highly recommend all of the staff! They are the best.

Do not come here for your eyebrow tattoo, the owner Terry is not good. She was late arriving to begin with, she did not sterilize the room before she had me lay down, she does not have safety precautions in place for COVID19 . I showed her a photo of how I wanted it done, as it is permanent, she did it to her liking, much thicker than I had asked for. She said she would fix it in a few weeks at my touch up time, how is there a way to fix a tattoo that is now too thick. She then was talking about me with other staff when I came out of the wash room. She still charged me full price I will not be back.Edited to respond to owner’s response- Folks, the owners made a fake page and posted a review not even an hour or two after my review, how coincidentally someone commented and hit every point that I brought up. Very unprofessional, only read the review and you will understand, they also laid it on very thick. There is no need for me to bash them nor lie, go check out the establishment for yourselves, the other technicians do seem to be practicing some precautions, but Terry does not have any covid precautions for the work she is performing in her room. I am not saying all her work is bad, but what she did to me was not good and now the response is very unprofessional, her work and establishment should be speaking for itself, she should not have to make fake pages or beg her customers to post reviews for her, she does this at check out for their “contest” or even while they are only trying to enjoy their services. I paid $450.00, there is not an option that they do not have an invoice statement for that. It is my own fault I did not ask for a receipt, but they cannot say they do not have a record of this transaction.

Very plogey nail art one girl made my nail bleed and the nail isn’t fully painted she used her own nail to push my nail it bled

Today was a very stressful day for me. Luxury Nails is what I needed. I had a spa pedicure (Pumpkin Spa Hot Stone Pedicure) OMG. It will be the special for October. Gina has magic hands and such a gentle touch. I then had a facial with Lea. OMG. I wanted to go to sleep on the table. What an awesome experience. Her touch was so gentle. It was like she felt the stress I was under. If you just want to feel special or relief stress or just pamper yourself treat yourself to a awesome experience. Once you go, you will keep going back. This is a stellar establishment and you will not be disappointed. A blessing. They are just like family.

The salon has recently changed owners and I love it even more now than I did before. The team is friendly and professional. The owners are taking the time to learn everyone’s names and ordering colors of polish or product specifically for each guest.Highly recommended!!!

Dropped by at 6:30p for a last minute mani-pedi and while it started out good, it ended pretty miserably. The pedicure was not bad, and was done without any extras (massage, exfoliation, etc) at my request. The manicure experience was awful. The manager’s 4-year old daughter came in and was sat down near me to eat dinner, while listening to children’s you-tube videos at the loudest volume possible. My manicurist must have been distracted because my paint job was awful. There are visible paint lines where she didn’t finish the stroke properly. She tried to fix it, but the salon was closing and the manager kept passing by yelling “Go home! Go home!” Don’t come here near closing time. Service takes a nose dive around 7pm.
