Made an appointment for 1pm but wasn’t seated until 2pm. got a fill and was very disappointed at how messy it turned out and he was very rough with my cuticles. came back a couple days later after explaining i wasn’t happy with them and he did a gel polish change, they turned out okay but won’t be coming back :/ service and quality were one of the worst experiences i’ve had at a nail salon

Very crowded, I told them that I can come later but they said it ok someone will take care of me. They didn’t cut my cuticles, and my calluses look like nobody touch them . Very disappointed for sure I will don’t go back

First time there, walk in, very clean. All technicians took their time with customers. My service was amazing, no rush job. My toes look fabulous👌 I will definitely return.

I have been coming here for over a year. I am very disappointed in the broken appointment system, lack of clarity and communication. I called to schedule an appointment and I arrived on time and still waited an hour and a half to be seen. This is not the first time this has happened to me, its been multiple times. Calling to get a time for an appointment means that I should be expected and ready to be seen shortly after. That is the expectation of an appointment. It seems like there is no system or it’s broken. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. If, for example I had to wait, that is never communicated clearly. If you were to tell me I would have to wait 45 mins or 1 hour, I would understand and have that expectation, versus feeling ignored and almost like you are avoiding telling me anything. You don’t seem to respect people’s time. Some people have limited windows of time to come in and may not have hours to wait around. Please communicate how long waits will be and I promise your clients will appreciate that. Have a better system for appointments versus walk-ins because right now it seems like you try and see everyone and its obvious how stressed and overwhelmed you all are. Your services should bring people joy and it’s a moment of pampering but for me that is no longer the case. I don’t feel joy coming here, because every time I just wait and wait with no acknowledgement. It makes me sad to say but I will not be returning. The only person worth coming back for is pedicures with Mary. You guys do great work so I hope you find this helpful so that you don’t lose more loyal customers.

Got my wedding manicure and pedicure done here. I made an appointment but it didn’t really make a difference on a busy Saturday. Lots of techs but lots of clients, at least on the weekends, so expect to be a while. I got an ombré manicure and they did a great job! I was there 2 1/2 hours and had 3 techs work on me ( one for feet, one for manicure, one to finish up my manicure). It was $82 before tip. I’m pleased with it. If I go back I’ll go on a weekday.

What a negative experience. I made an appointment at 2pm. They didn’t even start my pedicure until 3:10. It took forever. The place was super crowded. Disorganized and not very sanitary. I saw some people leave their pedicures Bc it was raking too long. Other customers came and used same foot bath, they didn’t change it out. 100% the owners fault, she overbooked and saw tons of walk ins instead of prioritizing appointments. Will never return and my pedicure isn’t even good. Oh well.

10/10 would not recommend especially if you’re younger and of color. I showed the woman what I wanted multiple times and it came out nowhere near the inspiration picture. On top of that she over charged me; she said acrylics start at 40 dollars when it clearly states on the price board that acrylics start at 30, she then tacked on 2 extra five dollar charges for getting the almond shape (which she didn’t even do correctly because my fingernails are shaped like mini houses) and painting the tips of the nails to resemble a French manicure. Maybe if I were an old white woman the service would’ve been a lot better. There is no way this place deserves more than 2 stars.

Had to wait a bit to get started, but they took me as a walk-in despite being so busy. Johnny was very detailed and gave a great foot and hand massage with mani-pedi service. Friendly staff and very clean, pleasant atmosphere! Will go back in near future!

This is one of the best nails salons Ive been to in Williamsburg so far! Unfortunately, I went to a different salon in town for a manicure shortly prior and was very disappointed in the results- nails were done very unprofessionally and hastily. I came here to get new nails for Christmas/New Years and I love them. Just looking at them gets me in the holiday mood! The manicurist was so kind and professional. I showed her a picture from Pinterest for inspiration and she was able to replicate them beautifully. (gel nails)

Went in on 7/29/21 and just wanted a fill the lady told me to sign in and have a seat. I got there at 5:45 and people came in after me they got seated at a station and I waited until 6:15 to get up and leave by then she seated 5 people that had came in after me. Thats so unprofessional next time just say you dont have time and you have appointments that are coming in and you guys are behind dont have me waiting for 30 mins and people that came in after me went ahead of me. I understand if your under staff just be honest amd keep professional. Never returning

Went yesterday for a birthday gift for me and my best friend and waited an hour and a half while our feet soaked before anyone ever touched us. Only reason that happened was because we told them we had to leave and come back. Was supposed to have a Deluxe pedicure but because after waiting so long we only had an hour. Lady was sweet but definitely rushed. Total of 15 minutes she worked on my feet. I also asked for pink polish the same I already had on and she used orange. She gave me 3 colors to choice from and I repeated 3 times pink before giving up because I had to go. The heals of my feet are still rough. They should have allowed us to leave and come back like we asked several times so we could have enjoyed our pedicure rather than being rushed and paying $60 for a terrible job.

The owner is very unprofessional. I went with my friend three weeks for her to get a color change and they charged her 10 dollars. I left there today because I wanted a color change and they charged me 25 dollars. I called the owner to make a complaint and she tried to tell me I was lying when I wasn’t. She got rude with me and hung up the phone on me.

Best pedicure I’ve had in a VERY long time! All staff was quick and friendly. I absolutely will be back!

I would never recommend you going to this salon. The owners/mgt lack in customer service. I scheduled an appt on Fathers Day for my husband and myself, and we were the first ones there. While I was able to get my nails down immediately, the owner let my husband sit there while 4 others were help, and they came after us. Now, today, I called to schedule and appt for either today or tomorrow, and I spoke to IN, which by the way is a great nail tech, stated I can come today at 1pm. When I get there, her sister(the owner) tells me that she cant do my nails because she has another appt at 2pm, and I would have to come back tomorrow. Even though, I really like Ins work, I will never go back to this salon.

The manicure service in itself was fine. But somehow they missed the fact that we had already paid and made quite an awkward scenario accusing us of not paying, made our party of 5 a bit bummed in what should have been a fun experience. Will I return, maybe, nails and manicure itself were decent.

This place is SO clean every time I come here. They use new supplies for each customer, they have plastic shields for added protection and they are extremely professional. I have many salons near me and choose to drive out of my way to come here because they are so awesome. THANK YOU!!

I just went in to get a gel manicure.The woman was removing my old gel polish when another woman comes in for her appointment at 2.So while my nail lady is filing my nails she gets up and starts giving this woman a pedicure.I should have walked out then.I asked for a regular French manicure instead cause I just wanted to leave.I proceed to get the worst regular French manicure I’ve ever had, no lotion, no cuticle oil, all while she’s rushing and going back to do a random woman’s feet and not changing her gloves between usI am then charged 30 bucks for my nails to be painted so badly and to have the worst service of my life.I will not be coming back I can’t believe I just paid that much for such a horrible manicure.

I have been getting pedicures and powder fills since the salon opened. Once I found Mary I won’t let anyone else do my pedicures. She is fabulous! My toenails are a challenge and Mary always does a thorough job and NO pain!!! She is sweet, kind and welcoming.🧸Ellen is my go to for my finger nail powder fills. She does quality work. My nails always look great. She is so efficient and always has a welcoming hello when I walk into the salon. I appreciate her service🌷

Ellen was amazing! She taught me about dipping vs. acrylic nails. She told me that dip is healthier for my nails and will allow me to use my real nail vs. a fake nail. I absolutely love my nails!! Too bad I live in Indiana and am only visiting for vacation.

I had a long wait but Mother’s Day is Sunday so I’m not surprised. I LOVE my new nails! If you’re on the fence, dip powder is the way to go!!! Thank you!

I always enjoy getting my nails done at Allure. They put the powdered dip on my fingernails and I love it. The colors are gorgeous and my nails are strong. All the techs. are really nice and the salon is very clean and they follow the pandemic safety protocols.

I am completely dissatisfied. I booked an appointment the night before and it was “confirmed” for 1pm. My daughter and I arrived at 12:50, we checked in. Was told to sit in chairs 8 and 9 but waited a whole hour before anyone came over to us. Had previous customers who came in and got service before we did. This is totally Unprofessional. Then we waited to see if anyone would at least apologize for the inconvenience but no one said anything. My daughter and I walked out and will never return. As a small business owner I understand being overbooked and understaff during this time but at least acknowledge that you are. Please be aware if you go to this place. Went to a competitor of there’s and received top notch service.

First time here & I had a great experience! I’m pretty picky when it comes to my manicure. I got tips with dip powder. I believe Ella did my nails...she listened to all of my preferences and did a great job! Took less than an hour & im very happy with the look and shape. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back again.

I have been a client here several times; I take breaks here and there to give my nails a chance to breathe.. I Try to see Ellen when I can; I really like her personality, expertise and professionalism. Today after Ellen did my manicure, Lewis completed my pedicure. Lewis was an absolute joy, so very sweet and attentive; best pedicure I have ever had. I suggest you make an appointment, but they do their best to accommodate everyone within a timely manner. The salon is very clean, and a very positive atmosphere among the staff.

I initially gave this salon a bad review but they’ve redeemed themselves. Very nice folks and all equally talented. My daughters & I enjoy going there for nails & pedicures.

This place has ZERO time management. Ive only been three times and twice I have walked out. The time I didnt walk out I was there two hours for a full set. Never again.

I have been here a couple of times, but this was by far the BEST visit! I dont know the young ladys name, but I will be finding out cause I will definitely be requesting her!! I get the UV liquid gel, which Ive had done for years and my nails grow very well with no damage. I had not had a fill in several weeks so I was worried about the line still showing. She used the pink gel, but it was still slightly noticeable. Before I could say anything she had the perfect shade of pink polish to be used for my American manicure. The gel is thin, not lumpy anywhere. The shape is perfect (ok there is one slightly off lol) and the polish makes them look perfectly natural. I couldnt be more pleased!!

The man doing my full set was very unprofessional and clearly not very experienced in doing nails. He kept trying to converse with me and be funny but it was all very cringy to say the least. For as long as he took you would think my nails would be flawless but it was the total opposite! Definitely not worth the amount he charged and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Had to wait 45 minutes with an appointment. He insulted my sister & did a bad job on my pedicure. My toe nails are slanted and my feet are not as smooth as they should be.

Today was my first visit at Allure Salon. I was very pleased with my service. Ellen did my pedicure and manicure and she did an awesome job! The salon is very clean and they are professional. They practice social distance with the shields at their stations and they as well as the clients wear mask!!! 😊That was important to me being a nurse and keeping safe during Covid-19. I will return again for more service in the future.

2nd time Ive arrived at my preset appointment time and had to WAIT 45 MINUTES while they worked on walkins...but it will be the LAST TIME. When I asked the nail tech why they dont honor the appointment times they set he just said I could talk to the manager if I wanted to.

Did a fantastic job on my pedicure and my daughters manicure. We will go back. My pedicure provider was very nice and worked with my challenging feet.

Ellen does a wonderful job on my nails, so happy my niece told me about this salon. I get so many compliments on my nails and I always tell them where to go and who to ask for. 🥰 I also recommend Louis, Susan and Rosie. All have done my nails and have done a wonderful job. I have known Louis for at least 10 years, he is a very skilled and thorough technician. 😊

The lady who did my pedicure rushed a lot and was very fast and rough with her hands. She was digging into the sides of my toenails really hard with her instruments and made me bleed. Didnt do a very good job of painting either. And the hot towel was damp with cold water. I saw other nail techs doing seemingly better jobs than mine, so maybe it was just this particular person that made the pedicure so bad. I also got a gel fill, they did a much better job on that. and total was $55, and I tipped $10. Overall affordable but I was only happy with 50% of the service.

Was the 1st time Ive ever had a pedicure and it was amazing! Got the full package for 45 bucks plus tip. Louis was very nice and gentle.

I went here for the first time a week ago and they did a good job but they are extremely overpriced! I ended up paying $62 for a deluxe pedicure and nail removal! I dont recall a pedicure costing 52 $ ! Rip off! Never again!

Honestly, I don’t even want to tell how amazing this place is because then that will give away my new favorite spot. Keeping this place a secrete though would be selfish as they are so amazing! Came later in the night with my friend for two full sets and they were nothing but accommodating whereas other places have given attitude. The nails are gorgeous and look smooth and natural, like they are suppose to be your nails and not overly fake and thick. Definitely give them a try they are worth it.

I highly recommend Allure Nails for their professionalism, prompt walk-in service and lovely results. Mary was my technician today for a gel manicure and my hands look great!

They did amazing on my gel natural nails. Painted my 1o year olds nails and did fantastic! Very nice atmosphere. Theyre also very nice to you from the moment you come in the door.

I’ve been to several salons in Hampton Roads with mixed results; Allure exceeded my expectations. I got a gel pedicure and a full set. The gentleman I had as my nail tech was very knowledgeable and paid close attention to detail throughout my appointment. Definitely the cleanest set of nails I’ve ever had - no acrylic stuck underneath my nails, no sharp edges, very even lines and density. I’ll definitely be returning!

Very clean & welcoming. Love my pedicure with Lauren ( Or Loren not sure her name) as well as my design. She made me feel at home. No matter how busy she tried to turned on the water for me. I am very excited to comeback ☺️

Had a great time. I got a full set gel, pedicure gel and my eyebrows done. My husband got a mani/pedi. The team was friendly. They took their time and made our visit great.

They were very rude to my friends and I. They were very rushed and even tho we booked our appointments ahead of time, they acted as tho we were a burden to them. Seemed like they overbooked. The lady who did my nails was doing someone else’s nails at the same time, going back as forth. Will not be going back..

This was my second time to this nail salon. The first time I had a wonderful experience. If I could leave zero stars today I would. This past Monday I had an awful experience. The nail tech was extremely rough and actually cut my toenail horizontally off of the nail-bed. I couldn’t tell at the time, but yesterday my left big toe was red and throbbing so I tried to see what she did. It seems like she tried to push the nail back down and then paint over it heavily so i couldn’t tell what had happened (her cutting my nail off the nail-bed) and am now left without a toenail on part of my big toe. Also the polish is very uneven. I will never return to this nail salon. If I could post a picture to go along with it, I would. I’d be weary of this nail salon.

I have been coming to Allure since their grand opening. I always am so happy with my nails. I get the gel on my toes and the dipping powder for my nails. Ellen is so attentive she makes me feel like a queen.

The woman that did my nails appeared to have not had proper training. During my pedicure, she kept looking at the person next to her to see what she should be using and doing. When she went to do my manicure, she did not start by soaking my fingers. She toke a dremel file to my cuticles. When I pulled away, she said its ok, trust me. She then proceeded to dry cut my cuticles. My cuticles now have raw spots and are sore. I told her how I want my nails shaped and she did not so that how I asked, an filed my nails down to nothing. All the white of my nail is gone.

I went for a dip powder manicure. Was seated right away and nails look great. Prices comparable to other salons. Nicely decorated and friendly staff.

My first time here and I have tried many and I must say it was very clean and organized when I first came in and the person taking care of me was friendly and I like that there is nothing worse than someone who won’t talk and you can’t understand what they are saying. I am very excited to go back

Allure Nails & Spa is a wonderful salon to visit. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful and the attention you receive is exceptional. The Deluxe Pedicure exceeded my expectations from the flavor (Aromatics) you choose to the massage and everything else in between. I will be a returning client.

Dissatisfied with the design on my pedicure .The Technician didnt know how to do designs. So what she did do wasnt Satisfactory to me.So I paid $30 .Too much. I guess I will not be wearing sandals this weekend. Beautiful building but need more knowledgeable technicians Its that time of the year where you want your toes out

Lauren is my choice but based on what I have seen, everyone does an exceptional job. Summer does great on your nails and get this..you can understand her...you will not be disappointed.
