I cannot say enough how impressed and grateful I am for this shop!! My Honda CR-V was making horrific noises after a routine oil change and air filter replacement at Take5. After taking it back to Take5 only to find out they had put the wrong oil in my car, I was told it was fine, but the noise and vibration from the engine were even worse the next day. Very worried at this point, I called Paul at AutoCenters on a recommendation from a friend. He fit me in the same day, right before closing. He personally took my vehicle for a drive and within minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem: the cover for the air filter had been incorrectly installed: twice. I am so grateful for his honesty and for seeing my car the same day. It was a HUGE relief. He has definitely made loyal customers out of my husband and myself. Thank you!!!

Do Not go here if you are a woman. They will rip you off. Paid for an alignment and it was not completed i was told it is close enough and finds reasons a to why it cant be put into complete alignment. They do not call you while doing the alignment to tell you something else is wrong they just do it half ass and when i picked up my car was told i got it close your lower control arm is seized so i got it close and loosened a bults so youre not eating bushings and tires arent wearing to bad so you will be OK. Left to drive the mile home and the front end of my jeep clunkes when i turn. Called the next day to tell them my jeep is clunking left message with ray for paul to call me. My call was not returned. As noie seemed to be getting worse i just stopped by to have them tighten what ever paul said he loosened so i would not eat ball joints. And when i did i got an altitude from paul saying he did not do anything. Took my jeep in back for 40 min and tightened a couple bolts so tight it was a fight to get off. Had my boyfriend look at the front end and i now need lower control arms and the busings that i already replaced will need replaced again because they did not call me to tell me i cant do your alignment your lower control arm is seized. They waisted my money on an alignment that they knew could not be done and messedup brand new parts less than 2 months from Christmas. I would spent that $$ on my kids.
