I have had my car serviced multiple times at Avenue Expert Auto Repair. Art and Mile are so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Above all I truly appreciate their HONESTY !! That above all is the hardest thing to find in most car repair places. There have been incidences where they could have easily lied to make a big sale, and they did not. Being a woman especially, it’s difficult to develop trust and I most certainly have. They have even stopped what they were working on for an emergency situations. Can’t say enough great things about this business. They have my business always !!!!

Was looking for a place to do an alignment on my vehicle and found Avenue Expert Auto Repair online.The people there are very courteous and do exceptional work at reasonable prices.I will take my car there for all of my repair needs in the future.

Ive always had a good experience here. They are usually pretty busy but I believe thats a testament to their reputation. Call ahead or use their new website to schedule an appointment and they will get you in right away when you arrive. Oil changes are much cheaper than at an instant lube place and their other prices are usually very conpetitive!

The gold standard in customer service and quality of work, these guys go above and beyond to assist you with your automotive maintenance needs, the polar vortex put a strain on my car and I had to get some repair work done immediately, Ed was an outstanding businessman and professional, honest and fair when expressing the costs and what would be involved, the mechanics were efficient, hardworking and knowledgeable. Quick fast and didnt get bent over for the cost of the repairs.very honest and nice to talk to. decent to nice lounge to wait on my car. they even offered me a Gatorade and to pay for my lunch while i waited.. unbelievable. nice young man working the desk and helps with the repairs. a must go to for car problems ! keep up the honest work guys! you earned my business!

My daughter had her car repaired at Avenue Expert. The had a dented passenger door and also a small dent where the door opens on the rear passenger door. She could not believe what a beautiful job they did on her car and the price was VERY reasonable, as my daughter paid out of pocket not through insurance. We would definitely recommend you get a quote at Avenue Expert!

The owner is very honest and helpful. I needed my brakes done and this place was the cheapest out of everywhere I called around approx. 5-6 auto mechanics in the area. The brakes were only 220.00 FOR both sides, same with the back brakes. Wheel barring was only 200.00 very cheap and my car has not made a single noise. I am hoping to continue my buisness here! They had me in and out in an hour or half hour more.

Had cruze worked on. $786.00 . now air conditioner fan randomly comes on even when heat is on. Hubby had him check his truck for no oil pressure. $386.00. Truck broke down next day.

My vehicle was in need of some repairs. I went to many auto repair shops near my home, all of them more than willing to provide a free estimate of repair costs. Avenue Experts the final shop. I asked for a free estimate for the cost of repairs on my car. They avoided the word free, but gave me a rough idea of the costs for repairs. The man told me it would be easier for him to give me an idea if he had the car to look through, so I brought the car in the next day. He called me after checking out my car. The verbal estimate he gave me was far higher than any other price I had been given. I returned to the shop to get the key and take my car. He handed me a bill for $53.50, stating the estimate took him two hours and he was charging me for it. He did no work to my car, nor did he repair any part of the vehicle. He did not notify me of this charge beforehand. He gave me no upfront warning of the cost.It is dishonest to charge a person for an estimate without telling him or her the price beforehand. Customers need know the cost of car repairs before they agree to have the repairs done. Avenue Experts can charge how they see fit, but its only right to give prior notice before doing so. While they did not state that the estimate was free, they did not notify me of the cost prior to doing the estimate. I am requesting a refund of $53.50 due to withheld price information.
