This dealership is amongst the best around. Extremely helpful staff willing to anything they can to put you in the car you want. I highly recommend them. Jim Tracy was my salesmen whom again worked tirelessly with the finance dept to get my car traded in for great value while putting me in the car I wanted. My salesman was Alex Hill. Alex made the process of buying my new truck enjoyable and stress-free. Alex was eager to answer any questions I had and was willing to spend extra time staying a bit late on a Saturday evening to help me with my decision to purchase. There was never a time where Alex, nor amyone else at AutoNation East for that matter, felt like they were pushing to make a sale. I had to go way out of my way to find the truck I wanted but was happy to buy from Alex and AutoNation East.

I was pleased with almost everything except the time for an oil change and tire rotation was an hour and a half. Seemed a little long and I asked not to wash my car (I had it washed the day before) and they did leaving water on it. I dont like water stains on my car.
We have been purchasing our vehicles from AutoNation Ford East for 20 years. Joe Tripepi has always been our salesman. He is always professional and treats his customers really good. Weve even become friends over the years. The financing staff have also always been great too. We all have fun and laugh while were there. We are moving to Kentucky but we will still come back to AutoNation Ford East to purchase any vehicles in the future.

Poor customer service . One of the service ladies simple told me to come in around the time I got off which was around 3:30 /4:00 to get my car serviced. However, I get there, and all of a sudden the mechanic can’t work on my car due to him leaving shortly. I would’ve been perfectly fine with her stating that it would’ve been a possibility I won’t get my car fixed that late in the day due to the mechanics leaving. Basically she lied to me. I absolutely will no longer get my car serviced at this location, ever! It was a complete waste of my time

I really want to be a fan of AutoNation Ford but two times Ive tried to bring my truck in for a quick oil change and its always a 6-hour wait I have to keep leaving Ive always been a Ford guy always will be I wish theyd have a faster oil change turnaround time.

I called again two more times, left messages. I emailed him, no response. NOW I OWN A VEHICLE I CANNOT REGISTER IN NEW YORK AND CANNOT GET HELP FROM THE DMV OR DEALERSHIP IN OHIO.NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!

My truck has 10k miles on it and is less than a year old.There has been an electrical problem with the vehicle that they have NOT been unable to fix and quite frankly make it out like this is ok for a brand new car. I have bought Ford my entire life. #Nevermore
I called Alex Hill on Saturday about a truck I saw on their website, he was uncertain about it and said he would call me back in about 10 mins. Within 5 mins, Alex had called back and had the ball rolling for me to purchase the vehicle. About 15 mins after my call ended with Alex, the sales manager had called and stated a porter was going down to pick up my truck. Arrived at the dealership and everyone was extremely nice and entertaining. Jesse in finance had me waiting a little longer than usual, but it was worth the wait!! He managed to get me a lower rate on my loan!If anyone is looking for a new vehicle I would recommend checking out AutoNation!! It was a great experience!!

The service was easy to set up and went fine I just have one issue. I requested that at the completion of the recall if they could run my car through the car wash. I was told that my car would be cleaned up after and that it wasn’t a problem. However when I picked up my car it was not put through the car wash. It is the little things like this that would keep me a Ford customer and to me this was a missed opportunity.

I purchased a 2016 Premium XTS for what I believed to be a good price until I noticed how many premium features were broken on my drive home. After multiple attempts to contact the dealer to have these items fixed, I was FINALLY able to get the car in the service department just before the 90 day warranty expired, only to be told that the warranty did not cover the items that needed to be fixed. I believe service is far more important than price when purchasing a vehicle and this dealership has failed miserably. This dealership was not forthright in disclosing the items that were broken and they failed to address my needs in a timely manner despite my numerous attempts to be proactive.
This is the 4th vehicle my husband and I have purchased at AutoNation East. I just purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer on April 17, 2021. I am enjoying my new ride. As usual, the customer service was great. Alex Hill took good care of me. He was very professional and very patient with me. I was pleased with the service & work that was done. However, I think its terrible that the brake vacuum booster has failed in 2-1/2 years and Ford wont warranty it. Its $800 to have it fixed. The vehicle was barely used due to Covid lockdown. Its ridiculous to expect customers to pay for an $800 repair every 2 years on a part that was poorly designed.

Ive been to this location twice and have had two very different experiences. The first time was great! I received great service. The second time I was told that they could not get my hood open to do my oil change and that they had ordered a latch key for me. They said theyd call me when it was in so I could receive my service. This was in November and I still havent heard back from them!

I originally purchased my vehicle from AutoNation Ford East and was very impressed with the professionalism and ease with which I could purchase. I have been back to have my vehicle serviced 3 times since my purchase and I can confidently say I will not be back, especially after my last service. The day of my service they were short staffed, late to open and they surely let you know that they were short staffed and overwhelmed. I had to have a valve replaced, which took them about an hour and the cost of the part was $200. This price is typical and not what I had an issue with, my problem was the cost of labor. For one hour of labor I was charged $366. It seemed high to me at the time, so I called around to other locations after my service and was told the labor should have been no more than $100 as it is a super quick fix. I feel taken advantage of and am disgusted that this location would over charge such an exorbitant amount. I definitely won’t be back!

My husband worked with Dennis S, great sales guy, but unfortunately we drove about 4 hours from our home state & we were waiting to get approved for a truck there but it was near closing time and nobody was able to get in contact with their financing department so we planned for that following week day and while we were waiting for an answer after we were told by Dennis himself that this truck was not going anywhere it was sold with no follow up phone call & now nobody will return or answer any of our phone calls. Not very nice way of handling this situation. I know where I won’t be car shopping anymore.

I bought and have my F150 serviced here from the beginning, including my previous 2015 F150. I always am very satisfied with my experience. They do not try to oversell service but do advise me to watch out for things down the road to prevent a breakdown,fortunately I am never in this position. My wait is usually what they tell me when I come in, I always wait as I drive 30 minutes about 30 minutes to this dealer. Honest and I believe fairly priced. They now know me and my vehicles so I have build a good relationship with them. I will continue to have them service my vehicles and they do it with Integrity and friendliness.

I gave a call and was probably directed to Matthew in Service, who made every effort to get me in with a same day appointment. He told me how long it would take and he was true to his word. Even found that I had enough rewards points Pay for the entire visit. your Service department is one of the finest I’ve been a part of since I started buying Fords over 35 years ago. My father worked for Ford for 40 years and although he’s no longer here, I am grateful I still have reasons to support his lifelong belief in Ford. Terrible, I was told it would take an hour and a half for an oil change and some other minor things. That took about 2 hours, then the same work I get done in Parma at a Ford Dealership cost me double here. If I could give 0 stars I would. No one get service here unless you wanna spend double the amount. Also on top of it I was told they were washing my car should be done soon, 25 minutes later... absolutely a joke I will never come here I’ll drive the 40 minutes to Parma to save $70.00.

The service staff seemed to be nice. The only thing I would suggest is for the customer to have something maybe to where the customer to be able see the progress of their repair.

First experience was when I bought the car - the down payment was used to increase the price of the car. Next experience - the back hinge came apart - it was replaced for under $100 said it would cost the same to replace the other side, even though I was not having a problem with it and there was nothing obviously wrong with it. When I came back to have that part replaced - the price was doubled. Instead of replacing that part just got a tune-up instead. Also said that there was another problem with the car saying that is why the car shakes. My car never shakes. That problem would cost almost $300 even with Car Shield covering most of the cost. When leaving noticed that none of the fluids seemed to have been increased the readings looked the same. There was no damage to the other hinge but two days later I looked and the hinge was cracked. I never want to do any business with that company ever again.
