Really nice staff, got a mani pedi and got a clear coat on my nails. My skin felt so smooth and the massage chairs are nice.

Had a rookie I guess. Terrible job. Took 90 min for dip. Left a lot of extra material on several cuticles and under my nails that I had to file or pick off. Funny enough they still looked like they were 7-10 days old instead of fresh Then the top coat looked trashed in 3days. Nope. Not again

Best pedicure Ive ever had. Sophie was so sweet, very thorough and detail oriented. My feet were rough coming in and they look so good now. I didnt have to wait very long, and the area was pretty clean. Everyone wore their masks too, which was reassuring. Ill definitely be back.

I never get my nails done, because I do not trust the sanitation practices I’ve seen in the past. I decided to get a manicure for the first time in over a decade for my wedding. After a couple weeks, my nails start chipping away, and what do you know, I got a fungus. I’m so disgusted and angry, because yeah, funguses are really gross and I don’t even know how long it will last. Before, my nails were strong, healthy, and beautiful. NOT anymore. Another turn off is the staff. The lady who did my nails was unfriendly, acting annoyed when I asked for a different color for the second coat, meaning no additional work on her end. I left her a good tip and was very positive throughout. But now, I’m so frustrated and grossed out. I do NOT recommend using this salon, or frankly any nail salon. They’re so unsanitary 🤮

Horrible horrible place. Use to love going there. But I didnt like how they did my nails one time and tried to tell the guy what didnt like about them and he argued with me about them. Then called back to see what can do to fix and they were useless. Do not recommend at all. Especially if you get the one man that works there. He wouldnt listen to anything. Usually the women are nice but nope.

Tanya and her staff always takes such good care of me and my girls. They will always work with you of getting you in and if you have a nail appointment they are always on time with it. Everyone is so nice and says hi and makes you feel welcome. The salon is always clean and plenty of staff to satisfy your wants for the day. I have been going there since day one and by far Tanya and her crew are by far the best yet!

We love going to Sassy! Tanya always does a wonderful job on my dip nails, and the pedicures are always great. We have gone since they took ownership and they made so many great changes. Even when I moved across town I will drive over every couple of weeks to get my nails done with my mom. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sassy Nails is amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and talented. My nails always last until the next visit and they have a wide selection to choose from. Every time I come I am greeted with a smile, my name, and the best customer service. I live in OKC now but wait to get my nails done until I’m in town so I can come here! Highly recommend.

My daughters and I have gone to this salon since they opened. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Wonderful people, caring staff and they always make sure we are happy with our nails and toes. We love Sassy!!

Great atmosphere. They did great on my nails. I wish they had a larger nail polish color selection, but I will be back!

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Yes they speak English well. Plenty of staff and stations for both manicures and pedicures. The pedicure stations are very luxurious with leather chairs. Hosted a bachelorette party. They close down the shop in the evening for a couple of hours for us. They provided a table and tablecloth and water and so much more! All you need to do is ask and they will try to help.

I visit sassy nail often and have never had reason to complain. Thank you for always taking such good care of me and allowing me to begin my bachelorette party at sassy nails. It was nice to relax, play games and feel pretty before going out with the girls.

The ladies are very nice. I will tell everyone about your place. Was great.

I have been here a couple times and each time I go I am reminded of why I shouldnt. Last time I went in for acrylic nails I was sat in front of the male technician who never once asked me what shape or length I wanted. He was acting put out to have to do my nails, I felt uncomfortable yet unable to speak up because he was very obviously trying to rush the process. I warned him I have sensitive cuticles but he did not do anything to try to avoid hurting me and ended up doing exactly what I warned him not to do. When I jerked my hand because he hurt me he pulled it back and didnt even apologize. My nails turned out okay, nothing spectacular. The customer service is lacking here and I wont be back.

Ive been here three times and I love it! They take their time and make sure my toes look perfect each time. They are also very welcoming and engaging. Id recommend them to anybody.

I made an appointment on Facebook and went in and was seated immediately. I decided to get a full set and As he was doing my nails he just kept telling me how much cuticle I have. I’m not surprised by that because I have never gotten them done. I asked for a coffin shape and didn’t even get close to that, I don’t even know what I would call the shape I have. My nails are crooked and uneven!

Absolutely LOVE my nails from here. I have extremely short nails and Tony does the best job at making them look natural. I have been to other salons for years but HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST my nails have ever looked!!! I wont go anywhere else ever!

My friend had recommended this place to me so another one of my friends and i went to the nail salon and the people were kind of nice but kind of rude and said they were going to charge us more just because were teenagers, the lady ended up doing my nails and none of them are the same shape, or length and they do not look good, very mad i paid $45 for something i dislike so much and my friend asked for coffin nails and got square nails which do not look good either not coming back here.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE VERY LAZY AND RUDE!! They dont care about their customers thats why they dont have any. Diamond nails in ridge and maple is the BEST!! Mia is awesome sweet and artistic and Im very picky

Nice and clean . I was pleased, however; one of the quickest peids Ive ever had. Got the sassy pedi. The artist was nice and listened to what I asked for I just felt kinda rushed,(in and out 35 mins? It might be normal around here?) and felt she cld have done a little better.. But that is my opinion.

This place was amazing I will come back next time!! It is quick and they have good prices and it was so easy everybody that worked there was so kind!!

I take my gma in with me and we leave laughing everytime, they are not only incredibly artistic at what they do, they are caring, kim is compassionate about my hand that is effected by a stroke i had and doesnt get frustrated by it not holding still. Shes very patient, we all have a good time while there and they are really good people! I wont go anywhere else. After my first visit kim recalled everything i had said to her about me. Shows how caring she is. Youre not just a client. Ive never r witnessed them act snotty to another client ever.

This place is nice, the people are nice and they do care about what you want.

HORRIBLE service!!! Within a minute of sitting in the pedicure chair I was completely offended amd wanted to walk out!!! I told the lady what I wanted and she replied to tell me it was too much money and I didnt want that. I proceeded to tell her I understood howuch it cost but still insteaded it was too much. At this point she had already started to take my polish off and I felt like couldnt get up and leave. Needless to say I did not recieve thr pedicure I came for and would not recommend this place!!!!

Very friendly and after a bad experience somewhere else, I walked away very happy and satisfied! I will be going back
