Walked in as I was on the east side and was able to get a shellac pedicure on the spot. The pedicure was great! She took time with each step and my toes are beautiful. If I’m on the east side again I’ll stop here!

I have tried several different nail salons in the area, and Princess Nails (Moon) did exactly what I wanted with my natural nails. I will be back to see her!😉

I have been looking for a nail salon that i like in Wichita. I have tried some other places in Wichita but did not like them. I believe with Princess Nails I have found the salon I like. Very friendly and pleasant. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied when you are done. I felt very relaxed. They put all their attention on who they are waiting on. Take their time to make sure its what you want. I will definitely go back.

I am a loyal customer to Princess Nails. Annie and Nina have both done my nails and done a fabulous job. I am new to Wichita and before coming here, I had previously went to a few different nail salons, and I’ll just say that Princess Nails is SO CLEAN and they do a much better job on my nails than the previous places! So much so, that I drive from the other side of town to get my nails done here. They’re THAT awesome. They’re friendly as well and have always remembered my name. Love this place so much. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

They did a wonderful job, Ive gotten my nails done at many different places and this place is by far the best place Ive gone! I got a full set, other places never clean up the nails as nicely as natural nails does. The ladies were very nice and it was very easy to talk with them. These ladies actually did what I asked of them to do and did exactly what I asked of them and more!

Overall the environment was clean and welcoming. The technicians politely welcomed me and asked what Id like. I got a pedicure that day and it was great. My nails were nice and beautiful, just the way I had asked. I would definitely recommend to others wanting to get their nails done, or to just relax.

When I came in, it was my first time. The staff was nice and welcoming, and the shop was nice and clean. I came for simple pedicure and to get my nails done, and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get a spa treatment.

I cant understand how anyone could give this place a bad review. I have seen the same nail technician for a year now and I always receive excellent service. Everyone who works there is polite and courteous. In addition to good service they are always willing to take me last minute and they have a great variety of colors. The nail polish brands are very high quality and lasted me for a long time. I wont ever go anywhere else.

Apparently clean. Went down hill from there. Very little English spoken. Couldnt help me find a colour I wanted due to language barrier. Nail tech messwd up the polish when interrupted by co worker whispering to her. Nails not filled to equal lengths. Gel polish chipped on day 2, second chip day 4, just keeps getting worse. No shine left on day 7. Since I have been out of town since the manicure I doubt if it will be fixable when I return. PLUS it was $30!! PLUS tip. And she didnt even need to remove any polish to begin with.

Looks clean. However the 2 times I went in I was shocked the nail tech didnt allow my feet to soak long enough before doing my pedicure. It hurt and was uncomfortable. The second time I asked to allow me to soak them longer due to my first experience. The following day I noticed I had a skin infection on both of my heels that has taken a mass amount of steroids and creams to fix. My doctor said was a fungle infection due to unsanitary conditions at the nail salon. It has taken almost two years to heal and I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.I also had my eyebrows waxed at the last vist and the lady who did it laughed at my eyebrows because they needed to be trimmed. She hardly did any waxing and I was stuck having to the rest at home because when I asked her to fix something she couldnt suddenly understand and told me they were fine. Worst waste of money.

Waste of money! Came in as a walk in, was asked what I wanted. Told them a full set for my sister and I and my daughter would like her nails painted. They started and ended up jumping from chair to chair going from one customer to the other causing a longer wait time. They were in such a rush that my pinky finger ended up getting cut in the process. She buffed my nails with such force and frustration it burned my skin, nails were filed so rough and quick that the friction caused my skin to burn, the acrylic was applied so thin that it caused lifting hours after applied. As a nail tech I know what to look for. You are to use a new nail filer and buffer for each customer. Seen that they use the same on every customer which is unsanitary. Keep in mind it was just two nail techs working the floor and two working the pedi stations. Towards the end I asked to be sure they were going to get my daughter taken care of. They ended up saying that they are too busy, but seems as if they simply did not want to. There were only two other customers besides my sister and my daughter. I would rather continue paying $60+ for a full set at my current nail salon than to pay for their terrible service. So upset, refuse to go back.

Soo I’ve been going to princess nails for about a year now regularly mostly because its close to my house and I could always get a nice mani and pedi and nice service for $35 so I haven’t had a issue until my last few visits!! My last visit I requested that my nail tech Helen (she does my nails every time) not use a drill on my natural nails (as should be able to) because it was making them thin and very weak so she argues with me about saying it doesn’t which made me frustrated so I just let her do it as she wanted. So my next visit I go in as usual and Helen has a customer in her chair so I sit to wait for her to finish as I normally would but they are talking amongst each other in a different language then her sister says she will do my nails so I figured that Helen was booked or something soo I let her sister do my nails and I also asked her sister not to use the drill on my nails so she calls the manager over and the manager becomes very upset arguing with me saying that I was wrong that the drill doesn’t mess my nails up which I don’t understand stand why it’s a argument they are my nails and i am a paying customer!!! So today is my first time back after a month because I was unsure if I should go back after my last visit. So today I go in to get a mani an pedi I requested that Helen do my nails and she lies and says that she was busy she had a customer coming and it wasn’t until I said I would go somewhere else that she said she would do my nails and per usual she doesn’t like the color that I choose from the limited choices they do have she will say that the color is too bright for me (I am a darker skinned woman) which again shouldn’t matter I am the paying customer why tell me what to choose? So she does my nails the charges me $45 instead of the $35 that I usually pay and also the imaginary customer she was waiting for never came in !! I’m highly upset and I’ll never go back after how I was treated today 😡

Both my husband and I got pedicures. Great service.

Went in to get a fill on nails that had been dipped. They went ahead and did them and when I questioned why they didnt look great, they said they dont normally fill dipped nails. She made me pay the full $25 even though they look like garbage.

First visit. Probably last visit. Was cut so bad I cant walk today.
