Good visit, the pedicure and massage chair was great

Friendly staff, my 1st time ever get going to a nail salon so I cant compare it to others. With spa mani, included a scrub n hand massage, and a spa pedi, with a scrub n massage as well. Magnetic nail polish on both came up to $110. As I stated Ive never been to another salon before so Im not sure how the prices compare to other places

Terrible! Was rushed to pick something out, she filed my skin to were I literally have holes in my skin! Very sloppy have nail polish all over my hands, uneven shapes and designs, dents and air bubbles.. last time going here!

This was my last time using this place. I always seem to get the same tech, very sloppy looking, dirty nails herself and TOO pushy. Told them I wanted shellac polish change on my nails, and a regular pedicure. Right from jump oh shellac better, last longer, only $15 more, I said no, regular pedicure, another tactic you want heels scraped? Of course extra $$ I said no, I have one of those at home, Ill do it myself, she didnt like that so hands me the pamphlet w/prices, i said just the refresher pedicure, she didnt like that. On my nails of course oh trim cuticle $5 more make last longer, they came out decent guess she thought she was doing me some big favor oh I put 2 coat of topcoat, ok, sooo.... go and pay she hands me back ticket, i said do i need this for anything, they wanted me to put in tip amount I said no, no tip she shouldnt have been so pushy about a shellac pedicure, their sign says prices went up $5 it was actually $10. Too expensive, too pushy and they dont listen and try and do what they want to do to you, not what you tell them. NEVER AGAIN.

Tracy in station 1 is very talented! I am very very picky about how I like my nails and she kindly does all of it. My nails look like perfection when I go to her! I do wish they had more choices of neon and really bright colors though.

It does adhere to covid protocols and the usual sanitation procedures of good nail salons. It is more expensive than some places though. Theres a surcharge for the manicure set, charge extra to remove gel polish, and some of the gel polishes they charged $20, double the standard amount for gel vs regular polish. The basic pedicure is $35, before the surcharges and the massage provided in basic pedicure wasnt even done with hot stones as many places currently do. The nail technician was gentle, thorough and careful when performing the pedicure. But, I expect that as a bare minimum and not as an exception. Nice place but you can get the same or better for less money other places.

The nail tech who did my nails did not listen to what I wanted at all. I had photos for the shape and my nails did not resemble the shape what so ever. I asked for coffin and got a square shaped normal nail that was way to long. I asked her to shorten them three times after that she would not listen to me. The tech also massively cut my cuticle causing me to bleed. I was told I was fine and she would not give me my hand back. She also didn’t sanitize any of her tools she just put them back in her box labeled clean with the others. Not only was the customer service horrible but so was the job she did on my nails. After paying $45 for this you would think that I would not feel ashamed to look at my nails but I do. I will be going to get them re done at a different salon tomorrow morning. Will not be back

They were really nice but what changed my whole opinion on the place was when they gave themselves a $16 tip even though I wrote a 0.

This is the worst nail shop ever!!! I was told that my nails would cost $25 plus $1.00 for a mask. When I was finished she charged me $47...For what???not professional at all. I would also like to add that they are really rude as hell. Be careful ladies and be aware!!!

I have always been happy with the attention to detail at Royal Spa! They always recommend the latest trend etc. but, Im somewhat old school and there is no problem receiving service for what I want. This is my go to spot. I recommend! :^)

I would give a 0 or a minus if I could. I was across town and called to see if I could get a pedi. I speed across town get there 5 minutes before the 8:30pm cut off time and they said they filled the spot after telling me to drive across town. They wouldnt see me. Going out of town for a family reunion tomorrow & needed my toes done. How unprofessional and extremely rude. I will never come back. No wonder they only have 3 stars

Had my first pedicure here and really enjoyed it. I was going to do the bare minimum, but my technician suggested a better package and it was what I really needed. Excellent service and sooooo relaxing.

Me and my friends went there because I worked in the mall . I just want to do a full set and pedicure with regular polish . But the lady work there wants me to do gel which cost more I keep saying no but she still keep asking many time. When I refused she act like she mad and when she did my fullest she rushed right through and even make me bleed. When I complained to the manager she dont seem to care. Never go back again.

I had to get my nails done in a pinch recently. i walked straight in and was taken back almost immediately. i got a holographic gel manicure. there is little to nothing wrong with them. there are a couple of gaps, but that usually happens with my abnormally curved nails. my lady was very nice, and quite easy to understand despite her accent. the only reason they get a star docked is the outrageous prices, but that might be my bad for going to the mall.

They are very kind and do a lot of last minute stuff. They are thoughtful and listen to what you want done. They are also very quick at what they do, some have conversations to pass the time.

Amy is such a superstar! She takes her time and does a fabulous job!

My sister, nieces, and I enjoyed the service we received at Royal Spa. They were very personable and did a good job.

Very rude employees. They don’t talk to you and they only speak in Chinese to each other. Seemed pretty obvious that they were talking about my mom and I because one would say something and then they would both look at the same person, look back at each other and smile. Crazy how they don’t even try to hide that they are talking about their clients right in front of them. They were also very rough with us. Not an enjoyable or relaxing experience at all. They were in a hurry to get us out, and after a few minutes of their service, we were more than ready to be out. We will not be back. If you are looking for a nice nail salon with kind and caring employees, I recommend Zen Zen just north of this place on Rock. The only reason we didn’t go there today is because they closed before we got there.

I am very picky about my nails. And I was very nervous to try somewhere new. But the woman who did my nail, did an amazing job! I am very pleased. When I come back to visit, I’ll be back.

I get my nails done every three weeks by Linn and she is wonderful. Ive gone to different places and every time I regret not going back to Royal Spa. Great placed good prices, large selection of Gel colors. Ive never had to wait to long when I just walk in either, always fully staffed.

If they had a zero star it would be clicked trust and believe. I Got my nails done here and the service was terribly rude! I continued telling the technician Tammy that I did not want gel on my acrylic nails as she was constantly being pushy towards me to do the gel nails while I continually refused and she did it ANYWAYS!!!! The only English she spoke to me was trying to sell me on things and the price. Not only that, she cut my nails BEYOND shorter than what I asked for because she had already messed up and DID NOT want to fix it. She also knicked the gel polish off with the Drill and said oh, well its ok. An I SPECIFICALLY gave her a regular polish I wanted (because I only planned on spending the usually 27$) and she ignored me and did what she wanted to do. Charging me 40$!!!!!throughout my entire appointment I was constantly telling her it was not how I wanted it and she continually did what she wanted! Literally the worst service Ive ever experienced. I am never coming back here!!!

Please save yourself some money by not going to this place!!! They try to rip you off! The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The ladies who work their have 0% professionalism and they show you alot of attitude.

Asked her to cut my toe nails really short & they are still longer than my toes! She didnt hardly cut them at all! Then only painted 3/4 of my toes, it looks horrible! I guess this is their way of making sure you need another pedi sooner which I will but I will most definitely not be going back here!

!!!!!Do not go for eyebrows!!!!!Second time they’ve waxed of my tail to my brow. After I told her to just clean it up and not to shape them.Tried again and they changed the price 3 times for a fill. It went from 15 to 20 to 21.

I get my pedicures and eyebrows waxed here and they always do a nice job. They do try to upsale you on everything, but they arent overly aggressive.

The lady made me bleed but my nails turned out good the lady was really rough but my friends lady was not rough and was really nice I wish I had a more friendly lady

By the end my nails turned out alright, she hurt me multiple times. my cuticles have two nicks that bled. She didnt do the shape I wanted and would pull my arms and hands really hard and was yanking my fingers around... Absolutely the WORST nail service Ive ever received and Ive had some pretty bad times other places. Oh and she charged me more than the agreed price I asked initially what it would be

We had our bridal party go in for pedi and nails. None of our group was happy with the nails. Within 2 days we had some nails chip and when we returned to have our nails fixed they refused unless we paid to have it done and to pay full price to get the same polish on. They did not want to do our nails the way we wanted. They refused to go a little shorter if we wanted and our nails were so thick that our fingers felt extremely heavy and they argued and said we needed them like that so they last and wont break. I have had my nails done before and have never had nails chip like I had with this experience. Reconsider and go somewhere else!

My nails do not look the best but the lady I had was amazing

Ripped open two of my cuticles so bad they were dripping blood. They work really fast to help lots of customers a day, I’d slow down so people don’t get hurt. My nails look cute but I’m injured lol

The shopping center is ready for a revival .

They told me my dip would be $40 and I chose the $55 pedicure. My total was $110 you do the math. They tore up my cuticles with the drill and all of my nails are uneven. Would not recommend going here. Will not go back!!!

This was my first experience at this nail salon and all I can say is that it’s going to be my last. My nail tech did not listen to what I wanted. I specifically asked for a square French tip and she laughed at me and proceeded to round off all of my nails except for one. By the time my tips were done, they were all shaped very unevenly and just looked messy.I had a friend come along with me and she decided to go with a dip powder mani. She was told that basic gel would be $30 and then she would get upcharged an extra $5 if she wanted to go with a dip powder. She sat down and her nail tech told her that it would be an extra $10 for the mani on top of the $5 and $30. She said she wanted black nails but by the end of her service, her nails ended up being navy, they were very thick, and the tech neglected to top coat one of her nails.We called the salon back and the girl at the front desk was very unprofessional and hesitated to help fix the situation. They told us that the top coat turns the black powder into blue and that it was the product’s fault for how they turned out. We ended up going back to get them fixed and a different nail tech ended helping us. I could tell that this nail tech was angry because she took it out on my friend by aggressively buffing away at her fingernails and the skin surrounding the nail. My friend hadn’t said a word and the nail tech says, “am I hurting you? Because that’s just the way it buffs.” She was using a buffing block so she had full control over how it was used.This time she buffed wax over her nails instead of a top coat. How does it make any sense to not use a top coat after buffing down dip powdered nails? Needless to say she left with red and irritated cuticles. 5 hrs have passed and her nails are starting to develop very uneven and dull patches where the wax has disintegrated and powder is wearing off.Overall, this place is just extremely unprofessional and does not listen to the concerns of customers. They decide to do whatever they want regardless of what the customer wants. The fact that they were intentionally trying to cause physical irritation while fixing an improperly done service shows the poor quality of service that this place provides. I highly recommend that you save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! Unsanitary, they don’t clean tools before another person sits down.... I came in on 8/31 paid for a full set which was new I didn’t have acrylics before that day! Well 2 days later they started coming up off my nail and I left on 9/02 for a business trip in Missouri well I didn’t get home till 9/6 at midnight so technically not till 9/7 was I home... so I called the next day and explained what was going on with my nails and she told me that I should have come in which I explained to her I was out of town on business and she said we only have a 3 day policy we’re we will fix for me so I told her even if I wanted to come in I couldn’t.. and she said well sorry but we’re not going to fix them because it’s been more than 3 days and to stop calling because they weren’t going to doing anything then she had the audacity to hang up on me ... so I called again and asked for a manager and this time the manager was even worse than the girl before and told me you still should have called which I then said what would that have done if I can’t come in plus I wouldn’t have been able to call regardless for the simple fact I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR BUSINESS it was just a fun trip I was working while in Missouri... so then I asked if they were associated with the better business bureau and she then started telling me I don’t have to answer that... DONT GO HERE they are terrible to deal with and are shady and don’t consider any situation... very rude and unprofessional as well as unpleasant...

Very rude technician. She didnt listen at all. Nails are horrible. Went in to get nail extensions, told her my nail beds are thin, she then proceeds to be very aggressive and uses way to much primer and now my pinky nails are on fire! Should have waited to see Jackie at Belize nail salon. This place was a waste of time and money.

The first time I went there, I thought it would be a good place for my wedding party to get their nails done since the decor inside is beautiful. I went in for a gel manicure as a trial and the gel started chipping off at the tips after a week ( Ive never had that happen before). I decided that I would still proceed to having my party go there and when we arrived, I told the staff that I wanted to pick my gel color first, then pick a polish for my toes. They kept pressuring me to choose and when I told them I was still deciding, theyd all start speaking in vietemese about me ( I could tell by the tone they were using and the fact that they were looking at me!) Finally when we got our nails done, my mother-in-laws polish bubbled so she had to have it fixed, then it bubbled again when she got home! My toe nails werent painted all of the way to the free edge, and my gel manicure started chipping 4 days later! I will never go back!

It’s frustrating that everytime my family and I come in we always get our nails done for the same price (around $35- $40) and we always get the same thing. Acrylic coffin shaped one colored nails. We come in often too. So Today I dropped my sister off to get her nails done and our mom gave her $40. She gets there and the this lady tells her it’s going to be $45. After she started of course. She told her she only had $40 and the lady was RUDE! Over 5 dollars?! When we never get charged that much. She said well then you’re not getting length or shape. She was SO rude about it too. You’re going to make a 14yr old feel bad for not having 5 more dollars?! Not to mention it’s never costed that much. Never coming back.

Very disappointed with the service. Basically just ran a brush across my feet and charged me an extra $10 for what I thought would be a callous removal, A LITERAL BRUSH ACROSS THE HEAL. I COULDVE DONE THAT AT HOME. Woman left my nails uneven even when I asked if she could even them out. Over priced and poor quality. Would not recommend to anyone who values their pedicures.

My eyebrows are two different shapes ENTIRELY. She over plucked and cut with the trim scissors on my right and over arched my left. I look upset unintentionally because of how messed up she did my brows!!!!!! I have a picture but apparently cant upload it on this format

Best place ever

By far the worse pedicure I have ever had. Went with 2 girlfriends and all of our pedicures were less than desirable. Snugged polish, polish left all over toes, and no massage. Only positive thing about this salon is that they are open on Sundays. Extremely disappointed as I got a higher prices pedicure and it was TERRIBLE!

People beware, they will rip you off (OVERCHARGE)! Thats what they did to my daughter. Her first and last time there. Thats how they make their money, they overcharge you for what you want than what its originally suppose to be. Shame on the workers there.

Ive given this place two chances. Each time ive been, my acrylic nails are reaching towardheaven. Meaning, the go up at an angle rather than laying flat on my nail bed. They are overall terrible. She even forgot to put lotion on my hands, so i leave with ashy nuckles . i also didnt get a full message i paid extra for. Never again royals spa . never agian
