I have worked for several temp agencies in Wichita since I moved here in 2017. Not a one of those companies put me in positions that matched my skill set. It was as if they just wanted a body to fill a vacancy, not a qualified employee.Apprentice Personnel have gone above and beyond the rest. They listened to the type of work I wanted, looked at my skill set, and found me the PERFECT job! Im about to be hired permanent full time!! Never would have happened without the help from Josh and Stephanie! You guys ROCK!

Erin Stephanie and Josh are good friendly and helpful if you want a permanent assignment or temporary let them guide you I look at it as an adventure you can do online application no worries for data hacking non judgemental give this crew a shot over any temporary agency in the Wichita area no wating in line in the morning just a simple text to start the morning. I was told one thing at the office and then told another at the interview they sent me to. I wasted my time and gas. It was a total thumbs down experience

Our Company began utilizing Apprentice Personnel in early May, 2019 when the flooding in and around the Wichita area became so intense that we needed extra help to accomplish our jobs and provide service to an extremely high number of Customers in need. Apprentice Staff have gone above and beyond to provide us with quality personnel every time we have asked. Not only have they provided quality, they have been amazing at responding to our short-notice emergencies that have arisen.

Its a good agency to work for but its not a dependable thing. Some days they tell me all jobs are taken yet, their online still posting jobs...? You text in every day to wait if there might be work.. Then when you do get called last minute, you are expected to wear exact clothes they say youll need. Thats almost impossible when you are unemployed and cant run out to buy them.

Ive sent countless resumes for several warehouse position and most recently and expedite position that I know I more than qualified for and still havent received a phone call.

Worst temp agency ever made me filled all the paperwork just to be told to text them for job openings which in return became annoying. They never called me personally to offer a job. Just wasted my time filling out paperwork for nothing. They deserve zero stars.

If you work with them and do what you should, they work with you when it comes to getting you what youre looking for. My only complaint is that they dont do direct deposit. Who isnt capable of Direct Deposit nowadays??
