UPDATE: A month later and about 6000 miles my very expensive front tires are severely worn and my steering wheel is off center. Absolutely no way they did this alignment correctly. If I was going to charge someone over double what fair market value is, I’d atleast make sure it was correct. I am a small business owner/operator and I rely on my truck to do my job. So add the time and money lost on having to do this again to the original price gouge and I will be taking quite a hit to the pocket book. Changing my rating to one star for lack of pride in their work at minimum.Staff is polite. No issue with personnel or facility. 2006 Chevy Silverado. I needed an alignment on somewhat short notice(same day, dropped off at 11A) The alignment is, for all intensive purposes, aligned. My issue is that I paid $250 for AN ALIGNMENT!!!!! After I replaced my front end parts. Everything was clean, broke free, and new. No reason that it should have been difficult, regardless of how far out of spec it was. I was charged for a modified vehicle and I don’t have a single aftermarket suspension part on my truck other than KYB shocks. And to boot, it still isn’t right. Absolutely insane. 250 dollars?!?!?! And you had the audacity to send it back to me less than perfect?! I feel like y’all saw an opportunity to make a extra buck and took advantage of me.

These guys are great. They babied my 65 Chevy C-10 like it was their own and returned it to me tuned up and running like a top. Great service, friendly atmosphere, and a willingness to take the time to offer different options, explain them in detail, then follow up afterwards and make sure everything is good. Ill be back!

6/16/21 I was struck by a van, straight-on at the left rear wheel on my 01 S-10 Chevy Blazer. Extensive work was required to get the vehicle safely drivable, including: remove, overhaul, & install differential assembly, remove & replace differential cover gasket, computerized alignment, and replace bent caliper support. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was talked to and treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. I have done business with All American Automotive 7 times in the previous 15 years and always have been treated with the same professional courtesy as I was recently. I love this place! They call and check on us once in a while to see how we’re doing and even mentioned vehicles on sale around us because our van was shot. They have honest people who work there and their prices are very affordable ! They didn’t check all the unnecessary problems first. They checked the Engine first and ruled that out, so I didn’t have to pay for checking parts that wouldn’t have mattered anyway. It saved me hundreds of dollars compared to other automotive repair companies.They even let us park our van there until we figured it out!These people really care!!!!!

Stopped by to have them look at my fuel line on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummings Diesel, because the service shop I went to connected it on top of my power steering reservoir not allowing access to check the fluid level. Greg took a look at it and moved it in 5 mins. Great customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend taking your vehicle there for any kind mechanical or maintenance needs.

AAA is a great shop with some great people. Ive take multiple cars for repair and general maintenance. Theyve always explained everything they suggest, but leave the final say to the customer. Ive always valued their input, and listened, but take comfort in having control of what is needed. They tell it like it is and shoot straight.

Ive been a customer here for years now. They always do great work and take the time to explain to me what they need to do and why. Theres never any pressure to agree to extra maintenance that I didnt come in for. Even though I live about 20 minutes away, and there are plenty of closer shops I could go to, I always take my car here!

My mothers car had an oil leak which we were told was the oil pan. The guys at All American said that was wrong- it was actually the oil cooler. They repaired it and so far so good- no more leak!! Couldn’t be happier!!

I knew I needed new tires but with this awful pandemic and all the economic issues that surrounded it, I kept putting it off. Dennis told me my car was unsafe and wouldnt be able to service it until those tires were replaced. (He didnt just take my money and send me on my way.) He helped me get my car running safely and problem solved with me about the expenses. This grandma is grateful to AAA, and to Dennis for helping me protect precious cargo-my grand babies!

Great service, got me in right away and work was done on time.

I brought my car in for a possible coolant leak. They were very thorough in finding the problem even though it was a very hard diagnosis (tiniest leak). They even came and picked me up when it was done because I didnt have any means of transportation back!

These guys are great to work with. I brought in a used vehicle I bought and asked that they inspect and share what all it may need. They emailed me the quote and then we walked through it on the phone. It was clearly explained that the line items were for my awareness and not everything was needed right away (didn’t try to push a bill on me). We fixed what was needed and it the “things to watch” off until I was ready to spend the money. Thanks for the candidness and not trying to sell me on spending more than what was truly needed at the time!

Needed the AC repaired in my 1995 Accord. Called for an appointment and was able to drop off that day. The tech called the next day and advised what the issue was and the estimate to repair. I picked my car up the next day and the AC is now keeping my cool.

All American comes thru again! This shop has demonstrated consistent quality and customer service taking care of our vehicles. My wife’s 2014 Explorer had a steering issue this week so we had Triple A tow it to All American after hours. I had phoned Dennis just before closing to let him know about the issue and that the vehicle was being delivered to their shop that evening. By 8:30 A.M. the next morning I received a text message with a link to the full summary and diagnosis of the problem as well as associated costs. They awaited my approval before beginning any repairs. The process was convenient, transparent and efficient. I appreciate the communication and timely/professional service that we receive at All American.

I called a few months back and spoke with Greg about some issues I was having. I was finally able to get truck dropped off and once in the shop they had it figured out and were prompt in emailing me a quote for said repairs 3 issues I had all 3 issues handled within a day or two. They also let me know about some repairs I may need addressed soon. Overall very professional and affordable

I had an inspection done before a 1,200 mile trip. They recommended repairs to my steering column and finished the repairs in extra hours so I would be able to leave on time. My 230k mile Chevy made the trip with zero issues. Would highly recommend.

This was the second time I used this business for a car repair. The first time they tried to sell me things I didn’t need, but figured that’s just business. This time I went in for an oil change and alignment. They called to tell me numerous things were wrong and needed fixed. They quoted me $3,233, which included a $105 fee to “diagnose rear turn signal not working”, which was just a bulb replacement. Additionally, $162 for a control arm, plus a plethora of other things like $11 for a washer, $15 for a nut, etc. needless to say, I asked to just have the oil changed. When I got back to pick up my car, I was charged over $50 to inspect the car, in addition to the oil change. Granted that took work but the way over priced estimate I got out of it was useless and I never agreed to pay for an inspection. I was then asked if insurance would cover the bill and said no. I was then offered the “economy” route and said they’d call with a new quote. When they did, they removed all the nonsense and was now only being charged for 4 things at $1706... only problem, the new estimate was charging me 50 dollars more for the control arm (x2) and labor for less work was increased by $200. I then called another business, was quoted for all the work at $1200. While the staff are kind, you can’t trust this business to offer you a fair price.

Great shop and experience. They go over things in detail and explain things in the field if you would like a better understanding as to what is taking place and needs to be done. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming group of people. The items we have gone there for have been fixed professionally and running great. Highly recommend them! They know there stuff.

The service was quick. However they tried to charge me $275 for a gasket set that is available at oriellys for $100 and online for $50. The exact same gasket set. I asked them about the mark up and Greg ( the man i spoke with) quickly became condescending and rude and implied that I was lying. Other than that i have no complaints about my dealings with them.

Everybody was so helpful and so nice! I called and they got me in within 15 minutes and instantly knew what was wrong. I am so grateful! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

My friend went in to all American automotive for four new tires and just have the worst experience with Joseph white. They let an employee work on her car while off clock and told her its not on them. I do not recommend this automotive shop.

Although they could not provide the service I called about, they were very helpful in putting me in touch with another service provider. I am very grateful for their good customer service mindfulness. Because of that, I will use them the next time I require Auto service.

I simply couldnt afford their service.To me, it was ridiculously over priced.I just needed my brake pads changed. They said my rotors were bad too. (They were not) they wanted to charge me almost 200 for pads, almost 500 for rotors....they wanted to charge 12.95 x2 for break cleaner. My boyfriend got the brake ceramic pads at Oreillys for just under $100. Oreillys RESURFACED the rotors for 15 bucks each. 60 for all. The brake cleaner was $2.99, for a huge bottle.Oh, and they stated $30 for shop supplies.I think they wanted me to pay for lunch or something 🤔Over priced and honestly he seemed offended when I didnt want to go ahead and get them done there.We did everything at Oreillys for under just 200.

I scheduled the rest of my vehicles in the next week! They listened, stayed in touch, used quality parts, very friendly, the owner went on a test drive with me to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. Customer service was excellent during the service but after I paid and everything said and done the service didn’t stop. Came out to my truck and check a few other things. Quality of parts was excellent service was top notch and they finished on time! Very very happy! Thanks Greg/Dennis and the AAAutomotive team see you next week!

They always explain everything very well and ask permission for doing further repair. Very knowledgeable and the staff is always friendly.

We took our newly purchased, used motorhome to American Automotive to get the oil changed and checked over. They found several things that might have caused safety issues while driving, and then repaired them. The work was completed quickly. They kept us informed of things they found before they did the repairs. They are good people to deal with.

Be aware. They will charge you for sensor adjustments that does not exist on your car.Had to align my car again in less than one week.This is not an honest automotive shop.This is an update: 9/30/2019They indicated that the sensor adjustment was a mistake, and refunded all charges.

I took a alternator Im to have the pulley pulled off and installed and they did it with out question and even installed it onto my new alt. And never even asked for a dime to do it. I just went to the most honest Automotive shop in this city!!!! I work for UPS and my time with the family is short throughout the week, so when my wife told me her car was making a noise and she thought it could be the brakes. Not having the time to take care of it in the middle of the week, I called All American and they get me right in. The next Day I have my son follow me in her car to drop it off and on the way back to the house I ask him did the brakes on Moms car act weird or make noise, he told me her car drove well. After 45 min. I get a phone call from All American and they told me they have taken all the tires off the car and checked all the brakes and everything looks great, like its new. I go back later to get the car and theres no charge $$$. How many shops in this town can you trust like that !!!!!!!! Thanks for being the kind of business that takes care of your customers and not one who exploits them !!!!!

I have been going to All American Automotive for 30 years, I have only been treated with respect and honesty. When people say, your mechanic is your best friend, I am not exaggerating when I say I feel that way about All American Automotive. I purchased tires 20 plus times, they are always balanced and for a couple of dollars more I use nitrogen. Ive had alignments and all the rest removed and replaced without a complaint, but with customer satisfaction: water pumps, belts, brakes, timing belt, tune ups, oil changes, shocks, struts, you name it.I must be the lucky one, because I have never had to bring anything back or experienced poor workmanship. All I have had is great quality service at a fair and reasonable price. I will always continue returning to All American Automotive, even if something would go wrong, it would not compare to all the times I have been treated so kindly and have my vehicle repaired properly.

About an hour later I decided to go ahead with the purchase, called and was informed there was an opening if I wanted to come right in.
