Fast service, but highly overcharged the cost of the parts. Guy was wearing an AutoZone hat, and theres one across the street, so Im assuming the parts came from them. Retail price is $299 for my fuel pump (invoice lists part number), Hembrees charged me $528 PLUS labor of installing it. I understand an upcharge, so they can make more money, but over $220 mark up is insane, especially when they already get discounted parts (no, they dont pay retail even!).When I called to ask about the upcharge, Glenn said its just part of business.Upcharging that much is part of bad-business, Glenn.Ive came here before, several times, but wont be coming back, id suggest you take your hard earned cash elsewhere.

My transmission suddenly quit shifting or moving after a few minutes of driving, ( it has a LIMP MODE, THAT RESETS THE TRANSMISSION AFTER YOU SHUT IT OFF FOR A FEW MINUTES, ) I took it to them to find out what was going on. They called the next day and wanted to talk to me about the truck. They told me that the transmission needed to be completely rebuilt, and would cost me, $ 2500.00 ppllluuussss ++++ TTAAXXX, REALLY !!!!! :/ NO WAY....
